The Department of Transportation officially withdraws an Obama-era regulation that would have forced some transportation workers to undergo sleep Apnea screening. Authorities say they now believe sleep apnea screening should be a choice rather than a regulation. This comes less than a year after another Obama-era transportation rule was deemed ineffective.
