BREAKING US Court Just Ruled Illegal Aliens Can Now Sue Any American For Denying Them One ‘Right’

A United States Federal Court, led by an Obama-appointed federal judge in South Florida, for the second time, ruled that illegal immigrants living in the U.S. can sue American employers that abide by the law and refuse to hire them because they lack sufficient credentials proving they are allowed to work legally in the U.S. This is truly outrageous and beyond comprehension.

“For the second time in a few years, a federal court has ruled that illegal immigrants can sue American employers that refuse to hire them because they require workers to be U.S. citizens or legal residents (green card holders). The latest blow to the rule of law was delivered by an Obama-appointed federal judge in South Florida, who handed a powerful open-borders group a huge victory in a case accusing a major U.S. company of discriminating against an illegal immigrant.

Though years apart, both lawsuits were filed by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), a leftist group that specializes in discrimination lawsuits on behalf of illegal immigrants and has Chicago ties to Obama. MALDEF pushes for free college tuition for illegal immigrants and lowering educational standards to accommodate new migrants. Its leadership refers to the U.S. government’s immigration enforcement effort as racist and xenophobic and says it’s racist to make English the country’s official national language and inhumane to protect the southern border with a fence. Both MALDEF victories involve plaintiffs who benefit from a special Obama amnesty known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) that shields nearly 800,000 illegal aliens under the age of 31 from deportation.

In the recent Florida case a Venezuelan immigrant, David Rodriguez, living in Miami is suing consumer goods corporation Procter & Gamble for refusing to give him a paid internship because he is not a legal resident or citizen of the United States. MALDEF filed the lawsuit last year in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Procter & Gamble requires citizenship and immigration status information on its applications and warns that candidates “must be a U.S. citizen or national, refugee, asylee or lawful permanent resident.” Rodriquez is neither and he quickly played the discrimination card after getting nixed as a candidate. In a statement MALDEFF’s president reminds that “work-authorized DACA holders are valuable contributors to our economy” and “should not have to face arbitrary and biased exclusions from employment, especially by large and sophisticated corporations like Procter & Gamble.”

Judge Kathleen M. Williams, a former public defender appointed to the federal bench by Obama in 2011, agrees, citing MALDEF’s other lawsuit in her ruling. In denying Procter & Gamble’s motion to dismiss Rodriguez’s lawsuit, Judge Williams claims the Venezuelan immigrant’s claims are “strikingly similar” to those in MALDEF’s 2014 suit against insurance company Northwestern Mutual in New York. In that complaint, a Mexican illegal alien protected by DACA alleged that Northwestern Mutual’s policy requiring him to have a green card because he’s not a U.S. citizen discriminated against him. Requiring the Mexican national, Ruben Juarez, to provide proof of legal residency imposed an additional burden that constitutes alienage discrimination, according to the complaint filed on his behalf by MALDEF. The federal judge hearing that case in New York agreed and, in a federal courtroom more than 1,000 miles south, Williams used the decision to justify hers.

“In Juarez, the plaintiff was a DACA recipient who was denied employment based on Northwestern Mutual’s policy to only hire U.S. citizens and green card holders,” Judge Williams writes in her ruling. “There, on strikingly similar facts, the court found that Northwestern Mutual’s policy impermissibly discriminated against a subclass of Iawfully present aliens.” The ruling continues to say that Procter & Gamble’s policy could be construed to discriminate against a subset of legal aliens, which are protected. It seems to agree with the illegal alien’s assertions that Procter & Gamble has a tory employment

President Donald Trump seemed so sure of himself yesterday when tweeting that Russia should “get ready” for a strike against Syria. He appears to now be backpedaling some, and it’s a small sign that just maybe we won’t go to war over what’s shaping up to be a false flag attack.

He did post a tweet this morning, in typical confrontational fashion, saying he “never said when an attack on Syria would take place. Could be very soon or not so soon at all! In any event, the United States, under my Administration, has done a great job of ridding the region of ISIS. Where is our “Thank you America?”
Trump may have missed his window for getting any “thank yous” as he almost singlehandedly stoked the fears of a third world war with his threatening tweet yesterday. The United States is said to still be considering a military response over a reported chemical weapons attack on the rebel enclave of Douma on April 7.

Syrian President Bashar Assad has been accused of being behind the purported incident, but the US said it also holds Russia responsible for failing to prevent Assad from conducting the alleged attack. White House spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Wednesday Trump “holds Syria and Russia responsible for this chemical weapons attack,” and said, “all options are on the table.”

According to RT, earlier this week, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, correctly pointed out that the alleged incident was beneficial only to the militants. Russian military specialists have already visited the site and said they found no signs of a chemical attack or any victims. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the UN’s chemical weapons watchdog, said back in June 2014 that all stockpiles of such material had been removed from the country.

“Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria. Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and “smart!” You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!”
Russia responded to Trump’s threat by calling on common sense to prevail. “We do not participate in Twitter diplomacy,” Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said. “We support serious approaches. We continue to believe that it is important not to take steps that could harm an already-fragile situation.“

But the beating of war drums continues, although this may be a sign that the US is willing to back off some.

For over a year, Washington has been abuzz with talk of a special investigation into the Trump campaign’s win of the 2016 Presidential election. The idea seems to be that if the special counsel appointed, Robert Mueller, looks hard enough, he will find some evidence that the President rigged the election in favor of himself. Sadly for those who hung their hopes on that theory, not much has come up.

The primary focus of the investigation has been on collusion between the President and Russian forces. Or at least that was supposed to be the focus before it appears to have dried up. It’s over a year in, and the investigation just keeps on going, with no results to show, except for some investigations into individuals close to the President and their business dealings.

Despite that lack of results, the FBI is still probing as much as they can into the life and times of President Trump and what he did before his time in office. However, the most recent move of the FBI may have pushed the issue too far. This special investigative unit took it upon themselves to override the confidentiality between President Trump and his personal attorney and raid that attorney’s office.

According to the From New York Post, the President wasn’t too fond o that move, and he might be ready to call an end to the employment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller:

“President Trump believes he can fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller because the investigation of Russian meddling in the 2016 election has ‘gone too far’ with the raids on his personal attorney, the White House said Tuesday.

‘He certainly believes he has the power to do so,’ Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said during an afternoon press briefing.

Some have expressed worry over this move, and believe that firing Mueller will make Trump look guilty. In reality, it’s the staggering double standard that the FBI has shown that makes them look guilty.

The pundits say that not even the President is above the law, and so cannot fire Mueller. But when the law does not itself follow the law, breaking it over and over again, they leave Trump with no choice.

It’s hard to ignore the glaring inconsistencies in how the FBI investigated Clinton versus how they’re currently investigating Trump. For example, it was during Clinton’s time as Secretary of State in 2013 that she colluded with Russia.

Bill Clinton received $500,000 to speak in Russia and met with Vladimir Putin right around the time a deal was cut with Russian company Rosatom to give them access to a U.S. uranium mine.

Additionally, the special counsel’s office is now investigating a $150,000 donation that a Ukrainian businessman gave to President Trump’s charity in 2015.

But the same donor, steel magnate Victor Pinchuk, has given $13 million to the Clinton Foundation since 2006, and had close ties with then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

But Special Counsel Robert Mueller is not investigating The Clintons. Instead, he is continuing his absurd investigation of Trump, frantically trying to find a connection between foreign money and anything having to do with the President.

Whether it makes Trump look guilty or not, Mueller has proven he is just as biased as anyone else in the Clinton-controlled swamp, and he must be drained accordingly.

Prosecutors have also asked the Trump Organization for any records related to the payment, according to the Wall Street Journal.

A Trump Organization rep said, ‘We do not generally comment on such matters, but have and will continue to comply with inquiries from proper authorities.’

In addition, the warrant covered documents tied to Cohen’s ownership of New York City taxi medallions, CNN reported.

Cohen, in his first public comments since the raids, later told CNN that while they were ‘upsetting, to say the least,’ he bore no ill will toward the feds.

‘I am unhappy to have my personal residence and office raided,’ he said. ‘But I will tell you that members of the FBI that conducted the search and seizure were all extremely professional, courteous and respectful. And I thanked them at the conclusion.’

Cohen’s description contrasted with Trump’s assertion Monday that the feds ‘broke into the office of one of my personal attorneys.’
Trump — who on Monday also blasted the FBI searches as ‘an attack our our country, in a true sense’ — repeated his condemnation Tuesday morning in a pair of tweets declaring that “Attorney–client privilege is dead!” and adding: “A TOTAL WITCH HUNT!!!”

But the Justice Department has lengthy guidelines covering searches of ‘the premises of an attorney,’ including use of a special team to review the seized records and weed out ‘any privileged material.’

For years under the Obama administration, floods of illegal immigrants were able to cross the U.S. southern border with little to no deterrence from the Federal government. After years of this occurring the majority of the American people became fed up and decided that something needed to be done to stop the insanity, and elected Donald Trump. Over the last year Trump has battled the left and their refusal to secure the border, and now that battle has turned into a full-out war this past week.

During his campaign, Trump promised that he would secure our southern border, and has been doing his best to achieve that goal despite the Democrats constant pushback. However, it isn’t just the Democrats that Trump has faced resistance from, in fact, the Mexican government has done nothing to stop the full-scale assault at the border, and Trump is now doing something about it.

After President Trump was elected in 2016, one would think that illegal immigrants would have got the message that if they want to come to America, they need to do it the legal way. Well, that message seems to have been lost in translation, since thousands of illegals continue to pour into our country, but it is not entirely our nation’s fault. In fact, Mexico has an issue with their border security as well, since illegals from Central America are pouring into Mexico’s border and then making their way to America.
As reported last week, over a 1,000 mostly Honduran asylum seekers are invading America’s border, and to make matters worse, they are being helped by the Mexican government. Now, to stop the onslaught of illegals pouring into our country, President Trump is announcing these HARSH orders to stop the madness once and for all.

“In recent months, the situation at the border has gone from bad to worse. We all know about that 1000+ member caravan that so brashly tried to enter the United States. On top of that, there has been a 200% increase in the number of illegally detained over March of last year.

It’s clear that illegals are getting bolder. Meanwhile, liberal leaders are looking the other way. California lawmakers have warned illegals of ICE raids. Democrats are doing everything in their power to aid and protect criminal aliens. It has led to illegal immigrants returning to the attitude that the border is a revolving door.

These times call for stronger action. President Trump vowed to make this country safe for all Americans. But when liberals betray the country—and illegals stomp all over the border—what can you do?

Get tougher. It seems like Trump is moving to take serious steps to teach illegals they cannot just waltz into the country.

“President Trump issued a memorandum…directing his administration to move quickly to bring an end to “catch and release,” the practice by which immigrants presenting themselves at the border without authorization are released from detention while waiting for their cases to be processed.

The directive does not, on its own, toughen immigration policy or take concrete steps to do so; it merely directs officials to report to the president about steps they are taking to “expeditiously end ‘catch and release’ practices.” But it is a symbolic move by Mr. Trump to use his executive action to solve a problem that he has bitterly complained Congress will not…

As part of the memo, Trump asked Defense Secretary Jim Mattis to produce a list of military facilities that could be used to detain illegal immigrants.

“Catch and release” was instituted by Obama. It was clearly designed to give illegal immigrants a chance to escape. Why else would the government force border patrol to release an illegal into the U.S. instead of detaining them?

President Trump has vowed to end this program since his campaign. Yet the policy is still in place, thanks to an uncooperative Congress.

But if “catch and release” are eliminated, border patrol—along with their new allies in the Pentagon—will have to detain these illegals. That’s why the President is looking into using military facilities to house captured illegals. As Red State noted, this isn’t the first time the government’s used military bases to house immigrants. But it might turn into a long-term policy, should illegal immigration increase.”
The only way to stop the massive influx of illegals coming into the country is for our government to take a harsher stance against it. These illegals that are flooding into America need to know that their actions will no longer be tolerated and that if they want to come here, they need to do it the right way. Maybe now that President Trump is enforcing our immigration laws and showing the world that we are no longer going to be taken advantage of this insanity will stop and we can get our nation back in order.

After Obamas Exposed Daughter To Harvey Weinstein, Malia Just Got More Bad News

Malia Obama’s life has been relatively quiet lately, but that all changed when she was given some bad news about her time working with alleged serial sex offender Harvey Weinstein. The Obamas arranged for their daughter to take a gap year before college, allowing her to intern for the disgraced movie mogul. Now, Malia’s been named in reports with other actresses, and it’s not good news.

The Weinstein Company (TWC) filed for bankruptcy on Monday, and the scandal-ridden company released a new set of court documents revealing that it owes a lot of money to a lot of people and businesses. One name that popped up in the court documents was “Malia Obama.”

People Magazine reports, “The newly-released set of documents obtained by PEOPLE includes a 300-page list of creditors owed money that adds up to a reported excess of $500 million in liabilities. Malia, 19, interned for The Weinstein Company in 2017, before news of the scandals broke, but the amount of money owed to her and others is not specified.”

Also named is actress Jennifer Lawerence, model Heidi Klum, and actor Robert De Niro.
Malia was just 17 years old when she was first dropped into that lion’s den, and people wondered how could the Obamas not have known about Weinstein’s sick sexual assaults on young women. It was widely known within the Hollywood crowd.

Barack Obama accepted $45,000 in financial donations from Weinstein, as well as over $500,000 in bundled donations. Weinstein was a sometimes visitor to the White House, and during his eight years in the Oval Office, Obama reserved Wednesday nights to host parties attended by Hollywood celebrities, reported the Canada Free Press.

They add, “In other words, the former president felt comfortable in the companionship of celebrities. Was Malia raised to feel comfortable around daddy’s celebrity friends, too? Strange that Obama Hollywood pals like Tom Hanks, George Clooney et al never mentioned rumors about Weinstein to him before Malia went off to work for him.”

Well, this wasn’t Malia first rodeo with the Hollywood crowd, that’s for sure. As Vanity Fair reported, “In the summer of 2015, Malia Obama broke out of the White House to embark on an internship with HBO’s Girls.” Yeah, that HBO Girls with the disgusting Lena Dunham.

So, at 16 years old, Malia was running around with Dunham, who had published her memoir Not That Kind of Girl, which included sick sexual “situations” with her sister. Warning, Dunham’s memoir is graphic.
“Dunham writes of casually masturbating while in bed next to her younger sister, of bribing her with ‘three pieces of candy if I could kiss her on the lips for five seconds . . . anything a sexual predator might do to woo a small suburban girl I was trying.’ At one point, when her sister is a toddler, Lena Dunham pries open her vagina — ‘my curiosity got the best of me,’ she offers, as though that were an explanation,” reports the National Review.

Now, what kind of parent allows their teen daughter to intern with these sickos? It’s just astonishing. Americans weighed in over the latest news on Malia, and Michelle and Barack’s choices for their daughter.

Referring to Michelle Obama’s recent comments that Barack, as president, was like the “good parent” but now we have [in Trump] the “bad parent,” Barbara Purcell tweeted, “Well, it is certainly not the GOOD PARENT who allows their daughter to do an internship for a sexual predator, Harvey Weinstein.”

Ouch. The truth can be brutal. Trish Miller tweeted, “Well folks, when your half-baked Mom chooses a sexual predator like Harvey Weinstein as Malia’s mentor, what do you expect?”

Allison Madden wanted to know why CNN isn’t reporting on Weinstein owing money to Malia, tweeting, “Dem pervert Weinstein had Malia Obama as an Intern! Where is #FakeNews CNN talking about this [owing her money]?!

CNN will report on the craziest conspiracy theories or spend hours on sleaze when it comes to President Donald Trump, but real news on the Obamas? Well, that’s off limits. One other item that is interesting, when it comes to Malia’s internship with old uncle Harvey, is the good possibility that she will be subpoenaed as a potential witness.

Criminal charges are pending, according to the former Los Angeles DA. “When it comes to sex crimes, Weinstein is the case of the century,” said Steve Cooley, former Los Angeles district attorney, reports the Los Angeles Times.
