Federal Judge Delivers Trump Win, Drops Crushing Anvil On Mueller Investigation

Since the day it started, Americans were outraged over the Mueller “special investigation.”

We know President Trump did not “collude” with Russia to alter the 2016 Election. The case was opened by former FBI head James Comey—a man with obvious suspicious motives. After over a year, Mueller’s probe has found zero evidence proving the Democrats’ claim.

Yet we still have to put up with this ridiculous probe. Mueller has used it as an excuse to go after anyone remotely connected with Trump. He’s gone after lawyers, former campaign partners, anyone that might have some dirt. Clearly, he’s trying to find some way—any way—to take down the lawfully elected POTUS.

Things might be turning around, though. After Rudy Giuliani joined Trump’s team, he announced the investigation must end. Now, a federal judge is weighing in on the matter. His decision might spell doom for Mueller and every swamp dweller.

From Reuters:

A federal judge on Friday sharply criticized Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s criminal case in Virginia against President Trump’s former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, and openly questioned whether Mueller exceeded his prosecutorial powers by bringing it.

“I don’t see what relationship this indictment has with anything the special counsel is authorized to investigate,” U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III in the Eastern District of Virginia said…

At a tense hearing at the federal courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia, the judge said Mueller should not have “unfettered power” in his Russia probe and that the charges against Manafort did not arise from the investigation into Moscow’s alleged meddling in the 2016 U.S. election.

“It’s unlikely you’re going to persuade me the special counsel has unfettered power to do whatever he wants,” said Ellis, who was appointed to the bench by Republican President Ronald Reagan.

Since is pretty significant. Obviously, Mueller’s team hasn’t found evidence of collusion with Russia. That probably became clear months into the investigation. Yet they’ve dragged it out, to abuse what power this special consul has. Why? Because they are corrupt D.C. swamp dwellers, who want to destroy the President.

Manafort’s case has nothing to do with investigating Russia. The alleged charges have to do with things he did years before the election. They are in no way connected to the Trump campaign. So why did Mueller’s people target him?

It would be like police who are investigating a murder, using the same warrants to bust someone else, for another crime.

The judge’s comments can quickly lead to a ruling. That might throw out Manafort’s case. From there, they might question the entire Mueller probe might. Congress and the judicial system can demand hard proof from the special consul to justify this on-going charade. Since they can’t provide evidence, it wil have to be shutdown.

It’s about time.

A panel of news anchors was discussing President Trump’s attitude towards the mainstream media and urging the American public to question the press. It became even more bizarre. Mika Brzezinski actually admitted that if the economy takes a downturn the American public may start to trust President Trump over them.

Brzezinski continued by saying that she considered the dangerous edges here were that President Trump was trying to undermine the media by trying to make up his own facts, and people might start to believe him over the media if the economy worsens and the unemployment gets worse than it is.

“Well, I think the dangerous edges here are that he’s trying to undermine the media, trying to make up his own facts, and it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsens, he could have undermined the messaging…”
According to Mika Brzezinski, it’s the media’s job to tell people what they think.

Here is more on how Morning Joe was pro-Trump during the primaries because they saw him as the easiest for Hillary to beat via National Review: “Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski have taken to insufferable gloating about their prescience and condescending snootiness aimed at anyone or anything that might disrupt the Trump narrative they’ve bought into and helped to create. When it comes to the presidential race, the set of Morning Joe increasingly resembles the mean-girls table at the high-school cafeteria.

When a presidential candidate (goes after) Trump or simply proves inconvenient to Trump’s campaign, the response from the mean girls is typically, “Oh no she didn’t!” Mika Brzezinski’s favorite reactions to any suggestion that criticism of Trump will stick to him include eye rolls, poses of shock and disgust, and sarcastic bewilderment. Scarborough, meanwhile, loves to rehearse all the past times people said Trump was doomed and pretend in mock seriousness that this time he really is toast. The upshot is always the same: Nothing touches the Donald.

Mika Brzezinski’s favorite reactions to any suggestion that criticism of Trump will stick to him include eye rolls, poses of shock and disgust, and sarcastic bewilderment.

This is a key distinction. You don’t get in much trouble with the Morning Joe crew for criticizing Donald Trump, so long as you keep it low-energy. What earns you pushback is any suggestion that Trump can be vanquished. You can call Trump a racist or a fool, but don’t you dare suggest his racism or foolishness will cost him with voters!

Scarborough knows what a lot of people in Washington have been slow to learn: Trump doesn’t care what you say about his views, statements, and positions, so long as you describe him as a winner — in the polls and in life.

It’s a strange kind of worshipfulness that’s easy to misread. The ancient gods of, say, Norse and Greek mythology had flaws. They were prone to jealousy and vanity — and it was okay to say so. You could still be a faithful disciple of Thor or Zeus so long as you also praised their strength and power and feared their wrath. That’s how it is with Trump. He doesn’t care what you think about his ideas — because he doesn’t either. He cares deeply about being described as a winner. For instance, Scarborough and Brzezinski insist they’re not in the tank for Trump. I think this is . . . untrue. Yet their defense has superficial plausibility according to the normal rules of politics, because they have in fact criticized Trump for some of his comments in the past.

Well, think about that for a second. If his comments were disqualifying, shouldn’t Trump be disqualified from being president? Good luck finding any suggestion that Scarborough and Brzezinski actually think that should be the case.

State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert had to give a combative CNN reporter a lecture on the First Amendment on Thursday, informing her that President Donald Trump also has the freedom to express his thoughts and opinions.

“You had a whole lot to say about press freedom, basically speaking to the world on that,” CNN’s Michelle Kosinski said on World Press Freedom Day. “So when the President of the United States and those around him repeatedly say the words ‘fake news,’ isn’t that disinformation?”

“We’ve discussed this as well,” Nauert responded. “You and I have had many exchanges on this, and that’s part of the beauty of a free press and the beauty of a First Amendment when people can say what they want. You don’t have to agree with it, others don’t have to agree with it, but that is certainly within [Trump’s] own right to do.”

Nauert had to remind Kosinski that in other countries around the world, journalists are jailed and harassed for their work in the media.
“So because that’s not happening here, the White House lying and saying ‘fake news’ is a better deal?” Kosinski asked.

“Michelle, I’m not going to get into this,” Nauert shot back. “Look, it’s the right of the free press and of the president, and he has the right to speak his mind and has a right to be concerned about stories that he feels are inaccurate.”
