A 15-year-old Utah girl was on the phone with her mother when she was “brutally attacked” and killed inside her home, police said as they hunted for a person of interest who is accused of a previous unlawful sexual encounter with the teen, Fox News reports.

We have great news- he has been apprehended by the Salt Lake Police Department!
“Shaun French has been taken into custody. SLCPD will be available for media at the PSB at 1:00 p.m. #PersonofInterest from #Homicide of 15 yr old Baleigh Bagshaw. French now a suspect.”

“She was on the phone with her mother, she was brutally attacked while inside her home,” said Sgt. Brandon Shearer with the Salt Lake Police Department. “The mother heard the attack going on, and then the phone went dead. At that time, the mother called a neighbor to go check on Baileigh, and who also contacted police.”

Bagshaw had just returned from West High School and called her mother to let her know she was OK, a routine thing she did, FOX13 reported. It’s unclear if the attacker was waiting inside or outside of the home at the time. Police have not released her cause of death.

“I can’t even guess what the mother would be going through right now. Our hearts and thoughts are with her,” Shearer said.
Talia Zamir, who knew Bagshaw from school, said the teen was well-liked.

“She was incredibly smart and talented and she always got along with people around her. She was really friendly and nice,” Zamir told Deseret News. “And that’s what makes everything so heartbreaking, honestly.”

So damned tragic.

Let’s hope this monster get’s put to death-swiftly.

He’s playing his wild PR games, for attention – many say, in hopes that he can get his own reality show.
Who on earth would take what this stunt-huckster says, and build a credible news story around it?

Michael Avenatti, who represents the aging porn star, tweeted out a fake story, that President Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen, received an illegal/fraudulent $500 thousand dollar payment from a Russian oligarch.

There’s one problem with the “BOMBSHELL” report.

It’s totally fake.
Michael Avenatti, porn star Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, released a seven-page dossier on Tuesday containing a list of payments purportedly made to Michael Cohen, the lawyer for President Donald Trump.

But there is one problem with the document: one of the allegedly “fraudulent” payments was made to a different Michael Cohen.

That’s according to Haaretz, the Israeli news outlet.

Avenatti’s report includes a section listing “possible fraudulent and illegal financial transactions” involving Trump’s lawyer. One of the entries flagged by Avenatti is a $980 transfer from a Kenyan bank to Bank Hapoalim, the largest bank in Israel.
The entry also lists names of two other people involved in the exchange.

“Mr. Cohen received one wire transfer in the amount of $980.00 from a Kenyan bank from account holders Netanel Cohen and Stav Hayun to an account in Israel at Bank Hapoalim,” reads Avenatti’s report.

Haaretz caught up with Netanel Cohen, who acknowledged having a bank account in Kenya and transferring money to a Michael Cohen. But the Michael Cohen in questions is his brother, Netanel told the news outlet. And his brother is not Trump’s lawyer.

“I’ve never heard of Michael Cohen, and I have no connection to this affair,” Netanel told Haaretz.

It is unclear how Avenatti obtained the financial records cited in his report. But various news outlets, including The New York Times, also appear to have viewed the documents. The Treasury Department’s office of the inspector general opened an investigation into whether someone leaked Cohen’s financial documents to Avenatti and the press, it was reported on Wednesday.

It remains a mystery how the financial records of a completely separate Michael Cohen would have ended up in the tranche of documents provided to Avenatti.

Other transfers tied to Michael Cohen, the Trump lawyer, actually did occur. Several companies, including AT&T, Novartis and Columbus Nova, a firm linked to Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, acknowledged paying Cohen’s company, Essential Consultants.

Cohen used that firm to route a $130,000 payment to Daniels in October 2016. Daniels, who claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006, is suing Cohen and the president to get out of a non-disclosure agreement she signed in exchange for the money.

When Donald Trump was running for President, he promised he’d get America working again.

He’d create a healthier, more attractive environment for big companies that offer lots of jobs, and he’d fight to offer as many jobs as possible to American citizens.

Consider that promise kept.

A new report from the Labor Department proves that President Trump has made great strides in the job market, which has now reached historic heights.

The data shows that for the first time in U.S. history, our country now has enough available positions to give every unemployed individual a job!

This is no small feat and not only because it has never happened before. Under Obama, fewer people went to work and the economy suffered. But with Trump … well, the future is here!

“There were a record 6.6 million job openings at the end of March, the Labor Department said.

With unemployment down at 3.9 percent, that means there are enough jobs to employ everyone looking to work for the first time since the data began to be collected.”

Of course, this doesn’t mean everyone will end up with a job, but it means the possibilities are there. And that’s what really matters.
An increase in job openings should still translate to a decrease in unemployment, though economists say there are various reasons why some people can’t find work.

For instance, we have an aging population (more retirees than ever), rapid changes in the economy have created a “skills mismatch,” and some employers are unwilling to raise wages to attract workers.

Even so, since Trump was elected, these disconnects have started to abate. Job openings are once again starting to coincide with unemployment rates.

The country can indeed start getting back to work, and there’s now little excuse for people who refuse to get a job.

Trump’s actions have resulted in a historic situation out there, so more citizens than ever have the opportunity to be productive!

Kamala Harris put on a disgusting show during the confirmation hearing for Gina Haspel, the CIA hero who is President Donald Trump’s nominee to be the new director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Harris attacked Haspel as “immoral” for defending America after 9/11. The Democratic senator cried, claiming waterboarding terrorists is torture and blamed Haspel for doing her duty. Well, Harris got hit hard with the brutal truth.

Kamala Harris’ sick display of partisan politics against a real hero like Gina Haspel is despicable. During her confirmation hearing, Haspel made it perfectly clear that after 9/11 she immediately offered her help to the intelligence community, which turned into a three-year stint in some of the most war-torn hot zones in the world.

The day after 9/11, Haspel was already overseas, and she didn’t return home — she just went where the president sent her. In her 33 year career, Haspel was a covert agent, doing the most dangerous undercover work. If she would have been killed, Americans would never know. A star with no name would have gone up on the CIA wall.

But, the Democrats are hellbent on dragging her through the mud for one reason; namely, she’s President Trump’s nominee for director. The only thing they can come up with against her is so lame: the waterboarding of Islamic terrorists after 9/11.
You’d think Kamala Harris would be ecstatic, as a feminist, that Haspel is the first woman ever nominated to run the clandestine agency. But, no, Harris has another agenda. She’s eyeing the 2020 Democratic nomination, so she branded Haspel as immoral with her bullying tactics.

The Democratic senator caught Haspel off guard by asking her, “So do you believe the previous interrogation techniques were immoral?” As a junior CIA agent during 9/11, Haspel had already addressed this topic in her opening statement.

During her opening remarks, Haspel began, “I am here because I have been nominated to lead the extraordinary men and women at the Central Intelligence Agency — men and women who are our country’s silent warriors.” As she went on, she refused to brag about herself.

Knowing the Democrats would come at her with the waterboarding/interrogation techniques she had used on one terrorist, she said, “I want to be clear: Having served in that tumultuous time, I can offer you my personal commitment clearly and without reservation that under my leadership, on my watch, CIA will not restart a detention and interrogation program.”

The attack on the Twin Towers was an extraordinary time for the CIA. Usually, they gathered intelligence in foreign lands, but after 9/11, they were tasked with interrogations too and, yes, at “black sites.” Haspel followed directives from the Bush administration at a black site where she was in charge.

Harris knew it was a “gotcha question,” and it stunk to high heaven. She then blocked Haspel from giving a detailed explanation, yelling at her, “It’s a yes or no answer!”
Thus, she gave the leftist media fodder to label Haspel “immoral.” But, patriots across the country were pissed off, and they let Kamala Harris have it with some brutal truth.
