The Boulder City Council unanimously passed a sweeping gun control ordinance Tuesday night banning “assault weapons” and bump stocks, even as a pro-Second Amendment group threatened to retaliate by suing individual councilmembers, Fox News reports.

The city defines assault weapons as “semi-automatic firearms designed with military features to allow rapid spray firing for the quick and efficient killing of humans.”

Included in the definition are “all semiautomatic action rifles with a detachable magazine with a capacity of twenty-one or more rounds,” as well as “semiautomatic shotguns with a folding stock or a magazine capacity of more than six rounds or both.”
Those possessing “assault weapons” already can keep them under the law, but owning bump stocks and high-capacity magazines will be become illegal in July. Certain law enforcement and military personnel are exempted from the ordinance.

The law requires people who own magazines that hold 10 or more rounds or bump stocks to dispose of them or sell them by July 15. People who already own assault weapons will be able to keep them but must get a certificate proving prior ownership.

Councilwoman Mirabai Nagel said she struggled mightily before deciding to vote in favor of the measure.

“We’re going to see a lot of court cases coming before us. I think that we’re going to spend a lot of time and money. It’s not that lives aren’t worth that, but I think that there was a better way of going about this,” she said. CPR News

“Assault weapon” is an invented term. In the firearm lexicon, there is no such thing as an “assault weapon.”

The AR-15 is the most common example of what are sometimes called assault weapons. But what does this term actually mean?

AR stands for ARMALITE RIFLE WHICH IS THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THEM.

Prior to 1989, the term “assault weapon” did not exist in the lexicon of firearms. It is a political term, developed by anti-gun publicists to expand the category of “assault rifles.”

This is happening all over the United States now, States are overriding Federal Firearm Laws and creating their own that are against the 2nd Amendment. make no mistake, the Democrats and Libs truly desire to abolish firearms in the United states and they are bypassing the Constitution and Bill of Rights and are currently winning the fight.

We need to stop pretending that they cannot take away our firearms and rights, because they are! Stand United and PUSH BACK!

Our brave men and women in law enforcement put their lives on the line every day to keep us safe.

It’s a job they are rarely thanked for, but they continue to face the evils of this world every single day. And they don’t get half the respect they deserve, either.

They don’t do it for the applause or the paycheck, but because they believe in protecting our communities, even if it means putting their lives at risk.

But anti-police sentiment has been growing in America, due in large part to Obama and his constant refusal to crack down on those wishing to harm the police.

After the horrific Dallas shooting that left 5 officers dead in 2016, Obama should have condemned the rising tide of violence against the police. Instead, the former president used the shooting as an opportunity to rant about gun control.

President Trump, on the other hand, recently spoke at the 37th Annual National Peace Officer’s Memorial Service to honor fallen police officers, and showed just how far his administration is willing to go to back the Blue.

“Trump said his administration had vowed to protect and defend police officers, and noted that as of 2016, an officer was assaulted nearly every 10 minutes somewhere in America — a travesty he refused to let continue.

‘We must end the attacks on our police, and we must end them right now,’ Trump said.

‘We believe criminals who kill our police should get the death penalty. Bring it forth.’“
This comment by Trump was met with thunderous applause by those attending the emotional ceremony, and rightfully so.

The president then went on to introduce the families of officers slain in the line of duty, including the family of NYPD officer Miosotis Familia.

Familia was shot in the head while sitting in her parked police car in the Bronx last year; her killer was eventually caught and fatally shot by police. Trump promised to put a stop to these types of ambushes against police officers.

Then he went on to comfort Familia’s three children by saying their mother was “looking down, and she’s so proud of you. She’s so proud of you. And you are great. Your mom’s legacy will never, ever die.”

Trump also comforted Familia’s 90-year-old mother, Adrianna Valoy. Valoy couldn’t hold back how grateful she was to Trump for honoring her daughter, and tenderly held onto the President for the majority of their time together on the stage.

The law and order candidate is now the law and order president, and the men and women who protect our communities can breathe easy knowing that their commander-in-chief is in their corner!

Leakers Confirm What We All Knew the FBI Was Doing to Trump, Heads Will Roll

Leakers have confirmed a new story about what the FBI’s been doing. We now know the agency was working against President Donald Trump all along. This revelation could mean many heads are about to roll.

The term “deep state” gets thrown around a lot these days. Many patriots are concerned that powerful people in the intelligence community are trying to undermine our country. These people are trained agents, spymasters, and professional killers. They have been used to topple government around the world and collect intel on our enemies.

But what if these people want power too much? What if they decide to use their arsenal of skills to influence our own elections? Perhaps the worst could happen, where these agencies side with one political party over another?
We know that Barack Obama was pulling a lot of strings during the 2016 election. In order to help the Democrats and Hillary Clinton, Obama used what influence he had to control the election. Despite what the media said, he knew Trump had massive support. Only recently did we discover he wrongfully acquired FISA warrants to spy on Trump’s campaign.

The end goal was to find dirt to expose Trump and destroy his campaign. It was a dirty scheme, worse than Watergate.

But now word is coming out that an even bigger scheme was going on. Under James Comey, the FBI was conducting a spy operation on the Trump campaign. The breadth of the scheme was truly staggering. It’s clear that this agency was working overtime to prevent Donald Trump from becoming President.
Leakers to the New York Times confirmed in a story published on Wednesday that the FBI had run a spy operation on the Trump campaign that involved government informants, secret subpoenas, and possible wiretaps…

“The F.B.I. obtained phone records and other documents using national security letters — a secret type of subpoena — officials said. And at least one government informant met several times with Mr. Page and Mr. Papadopoulos,” the Times reported, citing “current and former officials.”

The Times‘ story also seems to conflict with what the FBI has previously maintained — that the investigation into the Trump campaign began with information that Papadopoulos had told an Australian diplomat he knew that Russians had stolen emails that would be embarrassing for Clinton.

In fact, it was not until two days after the investigation began that the agents summarized their interview — which apparently “broke with diplomatic protocol” — and sent the summary back to Washington.

The Times’ story glosses over this discrepancy by saying the agents’ report “helped provide the foundation” for the case – instead of sparked the case – as has been claimed. [Source: Breitbart]

It’s clear there was an elaborate scheme being conducted to investigate Trump’s campaign. The FBI used informants and agents overseas. Their goal was to find something incriminating against candidate Trump, in the hopes of derailing his campaign.

Keep in mind, this is most likely illegal. Federal authorities have no right to dig around in a person’s business for no other reason than “hoping” to find dirt. Trump and his campaign broke no laws. Yet the FBI treated him and his people like criminals. They were sending spies to speak with his staff. They were intercepting c
