Trump Just Got IMMENSE Revenge On Stormy’s Crooked Attorney Was Hiding It All Along!

Stormy Daniels attorney, 47-year-old Michael Avenatti is now facing significant legal troubles of his own and may find himself in need of counsel. Avenatti faced allegations of dubious business dealings as the owner of a flailing coffee chain. Since his investment firm bought bankrupt Tully’s Coffee for $9.15 million at auction five years ago, Avenatti’s company has been named in more than 50 different state and federal legal complaints, including commercial lawsuits, breach of lease actions, as well as warrants for unpaid taxes, according to court records.
Tully’s has shuttered the doors of multiple stores leaving employees jobless, landlords unpaid, and customers left holding worthless loyalty cards. And the list of grievances against Avenatti continues to grow ever longer. Now a complaint has been submitted to the California State Bar Association — with a copy sent to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Seattle. Attorney David Nold of Bellvue, Washington alleges Avenatti carried out an illegal “pump and dump” scheme through his Washington state-registered Tully’s ownership firm, Global Baristas US, LLC.
The complaint accuses Avenatti of fleecing nearly $6 million in federal and state tax withholdings while he ran the company. The money was intended to be held in trust for payment of quarterly taxes from the paychecks of Tully employees. The complaint also claims Avenatti fraudulently transferred $100,000 from Tully’s operation last year in an effort to retain counsel for his California law firm’s unrelated bankruptcy.
Nold is representing Bellevue Square, Ellenos yogurt and multiple other clients that have recently sued the Tully’s firm, states – “Michael Avenatti’s actions in connection with Global Baristas US, LLC have caused significant damage to the State of Washington, the federal government and numerous private entities and they implicate his fitness to practice law.”
The complaint, first reported by The Seattle Times, said Avenatti and Global Baristas faced a lien for unpaid federal taxes worth roughly $5 million, claiming taxes were withheld from workers’ paychecks but not paid to the government. The complaint called into question Avenatti’s “fitness to practice law.”
Fox News confirms that the California State Bar is indeed investigating Avenatti. ‘According to the state bar’s website, an investigation is launched based on a complaint only if the state bar attorney ‘sees evidence of a serious violation.’ But Avenatti told Fox News on Wednesday that the complaint is ‘completely baseless’ and called Nold an ‘unethical hack of a lawyer.’
Nold, who filed the initial complaint, represents Bellevue Square, which has been in a landlord-tenant dispute with Tully’s Coffee. The Superior Court for the State of Washington found Nold to be in ‘contempt of court’ following an ‘intentional disobedience of a court order.’ Nold disclosed Avenatti’s deposition transcript to The Seattle Times, according to a court filing obtained by Fox News.
‘The court ruled that I should not have given the full Avenatti deposition transcript to the news media,’ Nold told Fox News last week. ‘The court found nothing wrong with sending the bar complaint.’
Since the coffee chain purchase, Tully’s has shuttered its stores (though the closures were described as temporary) as Global Baristas has dealt with numerous lawsuits.”
Not only is Avenatti being investigated by the California State Bar, he is also being sued by a former law partner over an alleged breach of contract. Former law partner Jason Frank filed a complaint this week in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that Avenatti owes him $2 million for failing to make good on a settlement agreement for a previous dispute.

Kirkuk, IRAQ – Iraqi fighter jets bombed the houses of twelve Islamic State members, including a prominent leader, southwest of Kirkuk, a security source from the province said on Friday, Iraqi News reports.
“Federal police troops, backed by army jets, started operations to target the terrorists havens, southwest of Kirkuk,” the source told AlSumaria News. “The troops destroyed, in the evening, six rest houses of ISIS and killed four militants in al-Rashad town.”
The army jets, according to the source, who preferred anonymity, “targeted one of the havens near al-Zab region, west of Kirkuk, leaving eight militants, including a prominent leader, killed.”
On Tuesday, the Security Media Center said Federal Police troops managed to killed five prominent Islamic State members who took part in the attack against a village in southwest of Kirkuk.
Yesterday we reported that the U.S.-led Coalition has carried out an airstrike against the border region with Iraq in Syria’s southern Hasaka in an attempt to arrest Islamic State’s supreme leader, according to Syrian local sources.
The airstrike, according to Syrian media channels, was carried out early on Thursday against the border strip with Iraq to arrest abu Bakr al-Baghad. Heavy shooting occurred in the region.
The U.S. Coalition troops managed to arrest a prominent IS leader, the sources said without confirming if the troops arrested Baghdadi or if the arrested militant managed to run away.
Earlier this month, Iraqi security said Baghdadi is likely to be hiding in Syrian region near borders with Iraq.
And in Baghdad, Iraqi warplanes carried out an airstrike on an Islamic State (IS) command center inside Syria, the Joint Operations Command was quoted as saying Monday, Iraqi News reports.
“Acting on intelligence reports, the Iraqi F-16 warplanes destroyed a building used by the IS group as a command and logistics support center in southern al-Deshisha area in Syria,” the command said in a statement.
The air raid was launched upon directives by Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the statement read. No further details were given, but the center said more information about the result of the airstrike will be released later.
The Iraqi air force has already carried out several air strikes against Islamic State in Syria since last year, with the approval of the Syrian government of President Bashar Assad and the US-led coalition fighting ISIS.
Iraq had previously announced launching airstrikes against IS locations in Syria. This came after Abadi said security troops will follow IS militants in the whole region, not only in Iraq.
Islamic State continues to launch sporadic attacks across Iraq against troops. Security reports indicate that the militant group still poses threat against stability in the country.
Thousands of Islamic State militants as well as Iraqi civilians were killed since the government campaign, backed by paramilitary troops and the coalition was launched in October 2016 to fight the militant group, which declared a self-styled “caliphate” from Mosul in June 2014.
School Warns Students To Never Chant ‘USA,’ What Kids Did Instead Has Officials Regretting Their Rule!

High school students were majorly caught off-guard when they found out that someone at their school didn’t want to hear chants of “USA.” The kids responded in the most amazing way one could imagine. The students were upset and felt like their rights were being violated as Americans when they were told that chanting “USA” might be considered offensive or intolerant. However, since this is the USA, the students responded and what they did would make any patriotic parent proud.
The students pointed out that there are plenty of times where it’s appropriate to chant “USA” and it likely had officials regretting their decision to characterize the patriotic chant as offensive or intolerant. Chanting “USA” shouldn’t be offensive to anyone who is an American citizen, nor should it be considered intolerant because this is America.
Instead of responding with anger, the students took it upon themselves to act responsibly and question the statement about the “USA” chant being offensive or intolerant. The students reminded people that “we’re all Americans” which is why the chant shouldn’t be offensive to anyone. The students also reminded officials that one can be patriotic and empathetic at the same time.
This got people thinking and then it was later realized that chanting “USA” really isn’t offensive or intolerant at all. It took the peaceful questioning of wise students to raise this awareness to whoever thought it was offensive. Needless to say, there have not been any complaints about the chants at the particular high school.
Although local news tried to get a face-to-face interview with the school’s principal she would only answer questions via phone where she stated that the school can’t officially ban the chant but she still hopes that students will choose not to say it.
It should be acceptable for Americans to chant “USA” – right?
Here is more via CBS Local: “Controversy erupts at Vista Del Lago High School in Folsom over students chanting “USA.”
It’s a popular way to for students to show pride during sporting events and rallies, but school and district officials are now warning students that the chants could appear inappropriate and intolerant.
“I wasn’t angry, but I was definitely like, ‘Why can’t we chant USA?’” said senior Ryan Bernal, “To say USA, you know, we’re all the same. We’re all American. It doesn’t matter what your skin tone is or where you’re from.”
The chants are now causing chatter campus-wide after school staff brought up the topic to a leadership class.
Folsom Cordova Unified Communications Director Daniel Thigpen said, “To practice empathy, to practice kindness and to practice patriotism. You can do both.”
At some schools across the country, the chants appeared to be used in derogatory ways toward opponents of different ethnicities. The California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), which oversees high school athletics, addressed the concerns with local districts.
“There’s a time and a place to yell that and cheer that,” said CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Commissioner Mike Garrison.
The school’s principal sent out an email to families Wednesday and relayed the same message to students over the school’s P.A. system, clarifying any confusion. She told students and parents that sometimes “We can communicate an unintended message.” She also said USA chanting is welcome, but it may be best to do it at what she says are appropriate times, like following the national anthem or the Pledge of Allegiance.
School officials worry the chants could come across as intolerant and offensive to some, but parents see it differently, as an expression of pride and acceptance.
Mother Natalie Woodbury said, “I want to chant USA because I want us to pull together and help, not because I want anybody to feel left out or not a part of our country. ”
District officials say they want to make clear that there is no ban on chanting USA.
I’m glad that they will still allow our students to cheer for our country,” said Mother Cody Santero.
It’s a chant Bernal says will continue to be about uniting, not dividing.
“We’re all one. We all stand as one together,” she said.
The district says there has never been a complaint about USA chants at the school. Students say there’s likely to be a lot of chanting at this Friday’s football game, where the theme is USA pride.
