Gregory Hubbard, a/k/a, Jibreel, 54, of West Palm Beach, Florida; Dayne Antani Christian, a/k/a, Shakur, 33, of Lake Park, Florida; and Darren Arness Jackson, a/k/a, Daoud, 53, of West Palm Beach, were sentenced to prison today for conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization.

U.S. Attorney Benjamin G. Greenberg for the Southern District of Florida, Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers, Special Agent in Charge Robert F. Lasky of the FBI’s Miami Field Office, and members of the South Florida Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), made the announcement after sentencing by U.S. District Judge Robin L. Rosenberg.

“Individuals seeking to travel to take up arms with ISIS pose a threat to the security of all nations,” said U.S. Attorney Benjamin G. Greenberg. “As demonstrated today, this threat will be met with swift and certain justice. The U.S. Attorney’s Office, the FBI, and the Joint Terrorism Task Force continue to work proactively in order to stifle and disrupt any potential danger posed by terrorist organizations and their supporters.”

“Gregory Hubbard and his co-conspirators are a great example why the FBI’s number one priority is counterterrorism,” said Robert F. Lasky, Special Agent in Charge, FBI Miami. “This is not a scenario where law enforcement can afford to wait and see what happens next. The FBI and our Joint Terrorism Task Force, along with many law enforcement partners, diligently investigated and disrupted this threat.”
According to the court docket, including the factual basis for the guilty pleas, Hubbard was arrested on July 21, 2016, at Miami International Airport where he had been driven by co-defendant Jackson for a scheduled flight to Berlin, Germany. From Berlin, Hubbard intended to travel to Syria to join ISIS.

At various times during the conspiracy, which ran from approximately July 2015 until Hubbard’s arrest, Hubbard and his co-defendants, Christian and Jackson, talked about their support for ISIS and jihad, including acts of terrorism committed by and attributed to ISIS and its supporters. During the conspiracy, Hubbard and his co-defendants and others, practiced shooting weapons multiple times in preparation for Hubbard traveling to Syria to join ISIS.

Hubbard received a joint recommended sentenced of 12 years in prison, to be followed by a lifetime of supervised release.

Christian and Jackson who both pleaded guilty in 2017 and provided significant cooperation to the government, received sentences of eight years in prison and four years in prison, respectively. Both were also sentenced to five years of supervised release.

The FBI and JTTF investigated the case with assistance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; Transportation Security Administration; Miami International Airport Police Department; Boca Raton, Florida, Police Department; Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office; City of West Palm Beach Police Department; and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Karen E. Gilbert and Edward C. Nucci of the Southern District of Florida, and Trial Attorney Larry Schneider of the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section.

Liberals are notorious for manipulating people’s emotions in order to get their agenda rammed through.

According to Democrats, you’re a racist bigot if you’re against sanctuary cities, and if you aren’t in favor of the Paris Climate Accord, you want the planet to die.

This guilt trip tactic hasn’t been as effective in recent years, though, because people are becoming increasingly aware that it’s okay to have nuanced opinions.

Having a stance that doesn’t conform to liberal groupthink doesn’t make someone a bad person. But to the intolerant left, every issue is black and white, and if you’re not on their side, you’re evil.

And liberals will continue to stoop as low as possible to in order to distort the truth to suit their needs. One Democratic Governor recently proved this point in a big way.

“Louisiana’s ongoing budget battle received national attention last week, when the office of Gov. John Bel Edwards sent letters to thousands of elderly and disabled Medicaid recipients, warning spending cuts proposed by Republican lawmakers could result in the cancellation of critical health programs — including funding for nursing homes and long-term care.

The Edwards administration sent the ominous notices in response to a balanced budget Republicans in Louisiana’s House advanced in April, which slashed state Medicaid funding.

Republicans reacted furiously, saying Edwards was interfering with the budget process and using the sick and elderly as political pawns.”
The letters were sent to 37,000 Louisiana residents, who took them at face-value and believed they were about to be homeless.

The liberal media were quick to report on these letters as absolute fact as well, running headlines like, “Tens of thousands of Louisiana residents could face eviction from nursing and group homes.”

Republican lawmakers insist this is not the case, and that Governor Edwards is employing typical liberal scare tactics.

Unfortunately for Louisiana, their financial situation is precarious. Louisiana’s debt load has continued to steadily rise, significantly outpacing the national average.

Lawmakers are stuck between a rock and a hard place, and can either slash spending or raise taxes to make up for their significant debt.

But Edwards only seeks to add even more debt to the state, and wants a $3 billion Medicaid expansion: this is why he’s attempting to outrage the public through this political stunt, because according to Republican lawmakers, his “pet project” is at stake.

The furor this whole situation has caused forced the Louisiana Senate’s finance committee to place $12 billion in the state department of health, but the budget proposal also slashes spending by 25% in many other state departments.

Hopefully, these budget cuts mainly affect the state’s funding of illegal immigrants and tearing down Civil War monuments.

For over a year the American people have had to put up with a crime against their beloved homeland:

Robert Mueller’s “special investigation” has wasted our time and money, not to mention our patience.

There has never been credible evidence that Trump or his campaign “colluded” with Russia; in fact, it was a fantasy invented by none other than Hillary Clinton. The scoundrels within the FBI and DOJ followed her lead and opened this bogus case.

Then, because AG Jeff Sessions foolishly recused himself from the investigation, Robert Mueller took over, and this D.C. insider has dragged it out for far too long.

Clearly, he has been overstepping his bounds and abusing his power and yet, after all this time, nothing has come out to prove (even in the slightest) that Trump worked with Russia.

But still the case goes on … though perhaps for not much longer.

Finally, Rudy Giuliani has dropped the hammer on Mueller’s absurd case. Using his considerable skill and experience, he has forced Mueller to admit the truth, and now it looks like Mueller’s special probe was all for nothing.

“President Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, told Fox News on Wednesday that special counsel Robert Mueller has told the president’s legal team he will follow Justice Department guidance and not seek an indictment against Trump.

This case is essentially over,’ Giuliani said. ‘They’re just in denial.‘

The precedent that federal prosecutors cannot indict a sitting president is laid out in a 1999 Justice Department memo. Giuliani told Fox News that Mueller has no choice but to follow its guidance.”

Giuliani later added:

“The same reason they can’t indict him, they can’t issue a subpoena to him.

Remember, [former President Bill] Clinton opposed a subpoena and then he voluntarily complied. He didn’t give up presidential prerogative, and then his administration wrote a memo saying they can’t do that.”

Patriots, you knew from the very beginning this probe was a witch hunt. The democrats, unwilling to admit defeat, cooked up this scheme to discredit President Trump.

Yet despite this graceful display, Trump hasn’t stopped winning for America.
It takes serious determination and laser-like focus to do that; few leaders could continue to work, knowing the injustice they have been served, but Trump has. That should tell you the kind of character our President possesses.

What have we seen from democrats? Nothing but lies, complaining, and bickering. They distort the facts, ignore the truth, and slander our POTUS.

They truly hoped Mueller would find something to take Trump down, but with each passing month, the reality has set in: there is no case. No collusion.

Meanwhile we learn again and again of the wrongs Obama and Hillary committed. Where are their investigations? Why isn’t the DOJ looking into the many questionable things they did during the election?

This mockery of our justice is the very reason we elected Trump– he promised to drain the swamp so that corrupt politicians can’t get away with breaking the law. It’s no surprise they’d stoop to such levels to try to stop him.

Promises made, promises kept.

This is one of the many slogans that has been ascribed to the overwhelmingly successful Trump administration. Whether it’s the economy or immigration, Trump is proving every day that he is a man of his word.

One area where Trump has overwhelmingly kept his promises is the Middle East.

The turnaround in that region is nothing short of extraordinary, but all Trump really had to do was the opposite of what Obama did.

Obama covertly funded our enemies while backstabbing our friends, but Trump immediately put a stop to it once he was inaugurated.

President Trump promised on the campaign trail that he would stop the Iran deal, and he did. He promised to move the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. and he did.

Obama’s practice of funneling money to terrorist groups and supporting Iran at the expense of Israel is over. Our allies in the Middle East can once again trust us, and our enemies can once again fear us.

And now, one of the gravest threats to the US is in its death throes, and stability in the war-torn Middle East, and the US, may be close at hand.

Major Rankine-Galloway went on to say:

“The United States and our partners remain committed to eliminating the small ISIS presence in Syria that our forces have not already eradicated.”

Obama infamously called ISIS a “JV team”, and yet never dealt them a significant blow.

Trump on the other hand promised to crush ISIS, and he is rapidly doing it. The incompetent Obama has already been over shadowed by President Trump, and Trump hasn’t even reached the halfway mark!

With the capture of the top 5 ISIS leaders last week, it’s only a matter of time before the house of cards collapses.

If Trump doesn’t earn the Nobel Peace Prize for his work with North Korea, he should earn it for the stellar job he’s done in defeating ISIS.

For well over a year, the American people have had to put up with the “Russian probe.”

The left-wing media has pushed the bogus idea that the President colluded with Russia, and they just haven’t stopped.

Even though there’s been no evidence, swamp dwellers within the FBI and DOJ continue to look for dirt; they waste millions of our tax dollars, hoping to find something to take down Trump.

They are actually using American resources to defeat the elected President of the United States.

But it gets worse: this probe—that started last year—is not the first. In fact, we learned that Obama’s FBI was spying on Donald Trump’s campaign, as long before he was elected President, Trump’s people were being monitored by the feds.

Now the Commander in Chief is letting loose, and his words are sure to light a fire under the GOP’s caboose.

“President Trump on Thursday questioned whether the Obama FBI ‘spied’ on his presidential campaign, on the heels of an extensive report on the Russia investigation’s origins that said a government informant met several times with Trump’s former advisers.

Rudy Giuliani, a member of the president’s outside legal team, also told “Fox & Friends” that former FBI Director James Comey ‘should be prosecuted’ if his bureau spied on the campaign…

This explosive line is sure to fuel Republican efforts on Capitol Hill to review records relating to an unidentified FBI source — and his or her role in the Russia probe.”

Yeah, I’d say this is bigger than Watergate. Nixon was taken down over a simple break-in at a hotel, but Obama’s FBI and DOJ were conducting illegal spying on a Presidential campaign.

You have to realize the FBI can’t spy on American citizens, just because they want to. We have a Constitution and Bill of Rights that protects us from such abuses.

Law enforcement has to go through courts to obtain warrants before they invade our privacy, and they better have good reason, or the cours will deny them.

Yet where was the reason for spying on Trump’s campaign? What credible evidence did James Comey’s FBI use to embed an informant in the Trump campaign? Clearly, they didn’t expect to be caught.

They never dreamed they’d find nothing. Or that Trump would destroy Hillary. Now these swamp dwellers are in it deep and they’re scrambling to cover up their crimes. And their cronies in the media are trying to downplay this massive abuse of power.

But we’re on to them. Trump is not going to forget this, so don’t be surprised if Republicans in Congress open an investigation.

Heads just might roll.
