Ex-Navy Sailor Pardoned By Trump Just Got Immediate Revenge On Hillary – No Recovering From This

And today we are happy to report that President Trump has once again done what he promised.

A former Navy sailor who was one of five people to receive a pardon from President Donald Trump last week is now planning to file a lawsuit against Obama administration officials for not offering him equal protection under the law.

Kristian Saucier, who served a year in federal prison just for taking photos of classified sections of a submarine on which he worked has now made the argument that the same officials who handed out punishment are the ones who chose to be lenient with Hillary Clinton when it comes to her use of a private email server and handling of classified information.
Saucier’s attorney, Ronald Daigle confirmed to Fox News today that the lawsuit which will be filed soon in Manhattan will name the U.S. Department of Justice, former FBI Director James Comey and former President Barack Obama along with many others as defendants.

“They interpreted the law in my case to say it was criminal,” Saucier told Fox News, referring to prosecuting authorities in his case, “but they didn’t prosecute Hillary Clinton. Hillary is still walking free. Two guys on my ship did the same thing and weren’t treated as criminals. We want them to correct the wrong.”

Daigle said that a notice about the pending lawsuit was sent to the Department of Justice and others included in it in December. There is usually a six-month period that must lapse before the lawsuit actually is filed.

“We’ll highlight the differences in the way Hillary Clinton was prosecuted and how my client was prosecuted,” Daigle said. “We’re seeking to cast a light on this to show that there’s a two-tier justice system and we want it to be corrected.”
While campaigning, and after taking office, Trump frequently voiced support for Saucier, who in March became the second person he pardoned.

Trump often compared the Obama administration’s handling of Saucier’s case with that of Clinton.
Saucier, who lives in Vermont, pleaded guilty in 2016 to taking photos inside the USS Alexandria while it was stationed in Groton, Connecticut, in 2009. He said he only wanted service mementos, but federal prosecutors argued he was a disgruntled sailor who had put national security at risk by taking photos showing the submarine’s propulsion system and reactor compartment and then obstructed justice by destroying a laptop and camera.

Saucier said that he recognized he had erred in taking the photos, which he said he wanted to show only to his family to show them where he worked. But he lashed out at Obama officials, saying that his prosecution was politically motivated, prompted by sensitivity about classified information amid the scandal involving Clinton’s emails.

“My case was usually something handled by military courts,” he said. “They used me as an example because of [the backlash over] Hillary Clinton.”

Saucier, 31, said that the pardon has enabled him to pick up the pieces and rebuild his life with his wife and young daughter.
A felony conviction left him scrambling to find work; he finally landed a job collecting garbage. Now, he works on design and engineering projects for an industrial boiler company.

“Things are starting to go in the right direction,” Saucier said. “I work with a group of really great people, I get to use my skills set.”

Because of the loss of income during his imprisonment, as well as earning below his potential when he collected garbage, he and his wife Sadie lost their home to foreclosure.

Debt collectors called and his cars were repossessed.

“With a pardon there’s no magic wand that gets waved and makes everything right,” he said, “But I try to stay positive and look forward.”

He praises the pardons that Trump has granted after his, and takes exception at the criticism.

“The Obama administration singled out Dinesh for things most people don’t even get charged for,” Saucier said. “President Trump noticed that my career was exemplary and that I didn’t deserve what happened to me.

Conservative commentator Dinesh D’Souza, who was pardoned by Trump last week, had pleaded guilty to campaign finance fraud.

Trump tweeted Thursday: “Will be giving a Full Pardon to Dinesh D’Souza today. He was treated very unfairly by our government!”

D’Souza was sentenced in 2014 to five years of probation after he pleaded guilty to violating federal election law by making illegal contributions to a U.S. Senate campaign in the names of others.”

Baghdad, Iraq – Two Iraqi people were injured Monday in a bomb blast outside popular markets in Baghdad, the latest in a series of terrorist attacks that target the Iraqi capital on almost a daily basis since the defeat of Islamic State last year.

Speaking to Alghad Press, the source said, “An explosive charge went off outside popular markets in the rural district of al-Taji, north of the capital Baghdad.” “The explosion left two civilians wounded.”

The source added that the injured were moved to a nearby hospital for treatment and a probe was launched into the incident, Iraqi News reported.
Their conditions are unknown at this time.

Meanwhile in Kirkuk, Iraq, four civilians were wounded in a bomb blast, northwest of Kirkuk, a security source said on Monday.

Speaking to AlSumaria News, the source said “a bomb went off targeting a vehicle carrying four people in Hetteen region, near police station in al-Dibs town, northwest of Kirkuk, leaving them injured.”

“Security troops cordoned off the blast scene, while the ambulances transferred the wounded to nearby hospital for treatment,” the source, who preferred anonymity, added.

Their conditions are unknown at this time.

Violence in the country has surged further with the emergence of Islamic State extremist militants who proclaimed an “Islamic Caliphate” in Iraq and Syria in 2014.

The surge in violence between armed groups and government forces has resulted in over five million internally displaced persons across Iraq and left more than 11 million in need of humanitarian assistance, according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

Violence and armed conflicts left 94 Iraqis dead during the month of May, the United Nations said in its monthly casualty count as the the security situations continue to sway after the defeat of Islamic State militants.

In its report, the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) said 163 others were wounded, adding that Baghdad was the worst affected Governorate, with 117 civilian casualties (45 killed, 72 injured), followed by Diyala with 9 killed and 35 injured, and Kirkuk with 20 killed and 16 injured.

The organization maintained that the numbers it provides were a “minimum”, saying that hindrances to its works prevent it from setting the exact toll.

Again, what in the hell are these people fighting over?

Samantha Bee “Apologized,” But Then She Was Overheard Behind Closed Doors

Although she had initially apologized, Samantha Bee is now doubling down on her gross remark against First Daughter Ivanka Trump.

Thursday Night the embattled but defiant the TBS late-night host Samantha Bee took the stage to accept a Television Academy Honors award. Where she took the time to defend her action of calling White House advisor and the FIrst Daughter Ivanka Trump a “c***,” and lashed out at the Trump administration once again for “treating people legally seeking asylum as criminals,” And in order to rub it in conservatives faces that Hollywood hates each and every one of us after the Roseanne firing she continued by thanking her bosses at Turner Broadcasting for having her back.

“You know, the thing is our show is steeped in passion. Every week I strive to show the world as I see it, unfiltered. Sometimes I should probably have a filter. I accept that. I take it seriously when I get it right and I do take responsibility when I get it wrong,” Bee said, according to Indiewire, to a star-studded audience at the event, held at Neuehouse in Hollywood.

“Our piece attracted controversy of the worst kind,” Bee said of the segment about the Trump administration’s immigration and border policies that ended with her calling Ivana Trump a “feckless cunt” who needed to “do something about [her] dad’s immigration practices.”

“We spent the day wrestling with the repercussions of one bad word, when we all should have spent the day incensed that as a nation we are wrenching children from their parents and treating people legally seeking asylum as criminals,” Bee added. “If we are OK with that then really, who are we?”

Bee apologized for her remarks late Thursday. TBS applauded Bee’s apology but did little else.

“Samantha Bee has taken the right action in apologizing for the vile and inappropriate language she used about Ivanka Trump last night,” TBS said in a statement. “Those words should not have been aired. It was our mistake too, and we regret it.”

On Thursday night, the 48-year-old comedian was unrepentant.

“I can tell you, as long as we have breath in our bodies and 21 minutes of airtime once a week, repeats on Saturdays, that we as a show will never stop shouting [about] the inhumanities of this world from the rooftops and striving to make it a better place” said Bee. “But in a comedy way.”
Flanked by her writers and producers, Bee praised her staff who had been honored by the Television Academy for covering the Time’s Up and #MeToo movements.

“Our staff poured everything we have into these #MeToo pieces,” Bee said. “They wrote jokes through tears and panic attacks, they pushed each other to be honest and more fearless. I can only imagine what it takes to say these powerful famous, admired men abused me and I won’t be silent. No matter the consequences, Me Too.”

“Leaders of the #MeToo movement are changing the world. And we are honored to stand with you and support you as best we can,” Bee added. “There is power in saying what you feel without apology… OK, and sometimes you also have to apologize.”

Bee concluded her remarks by heaping praise on her Turner Broadcast bosses, saying, “you always have our back and we appreciate that so deeply.”

It is still unclear if Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes will follow the lead of Disney CEO Bob Iger, who called Valerie Jarrett to apologize for a tweet from Roseanne Barr just one day before Bee attacked Ivanka Trump.”

This whole Samatha Bee mess is almost god sent for us on the right. If we ever had our doubts about how Hollywood felt about us it’s now crystal clear.

Both Samatha Bee and Roseanne apologized for their nasty comments. But Roseanne is the only one who had repercussions for her late night tweet. On the other hand, Bee’s comment was written, rehearsed and taped earlier and it still made it on the air, but she is still on the air while Roseanne’s show got canceled on within hours of the tweet going viral. Some say on the orders of former First Lady Michelle Obama.

It’s about damn time Hollywood and all these people who think they are funny attacking us start to feel the wrath of the silent majority. If everyone who voted for President Trump stops buying and watching their garbage the financial hit would be so huge that they would be praising our president in no time, just like the NFL was forced to do this year with the players who kneel during the national anthem as they pick up multi-million dollar salaries.

There is no need for us on the right to have to put up with this abuse from the amoral diminutive majority that is the Hollywood Liberal!

Everitt Aaron Jameson, 26, of Modesto, pleaded guilty today to attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization.

Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers and U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott for the Eastern District of California made the announcement.

According to the plea agreement filed, beginning in or around September 2017 until around Dec. 20, 2017, Jameson voiced support for ISIS, knowing that the organization was engaging in terrorist activity and terrorism. Among other things, he had several online interactions with a confidential source, and during those interactions, he stated that he was committed wholeheartedly to “the cause.”

Jameson also expressed support on-line for the Oct. 31, 2017, terrorist attack in New York City, as well as other terrorist attacks. In subsequent communications with an undercover agent, Jameson stated that he was ready to do whatever they need done here and noted that his time in the military had trained him for combat and things of war.

According to court documents, Jameson joined the Marine Corps and received basic training, including earning a sharpshooter rifle qualification, but was ultimately discharged for failing to disclose his asthma history.
Later, he met with another undercover agent whom he believed to be associated with, and working for, the senior leadership of ISIS and offered to carry out violent acts and provide financial support for the terrorist organization. Specifically, on Dec. 16, 2017, Jameson discussed what he could offer to the cause.

Among other things, Jameson stated that he was well versed in the Anarchist Cookbook, and explained his desire to use explosives in an attack. He also noted that he could get PVC pipe, nails and powder for explosive devices, and asked for remote timing devices from that person. Jameson identified Pier 39 as a target location of an attack, noting that it was crowded and explosives could be used to funnel people into an area so that he could inflict casualties by shooting people trying to escape. Jameson also offered to provide money to the cause.

Jameson is scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. O’Neill on Sept. 4. If the Court accepts the plea agreement, the parties have agreed that the defendant should be sentenced to 15 years in prison and a life term of supervised release.

This case was investigated by the FBI. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Dawrence W. Rice Jr. and Christopher D. Baker of the Eastern District of California, and Trial Attorney Brenda Sue Thornton of the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section are in charge of the prosecution.
