Julian Assange was charged with conspiracy to unlawfully access a top secret U.S. government network in league with onetime Wikileaks source Chelsea Manning, viz. the the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). Somewhat “novelly” I must submit, EDVA federal prosecutors are charging Assange’s alleged hacking conspiracy as a form of delimited violations per executive orders in order to avoid statute of limitations problems. As F. Scott Fitzgerald reminds us: “The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function.”

And Rachel Dratch plays a child protective services official who has been summoned to Jordan’s residence when a neighbor complains about an unattended minor on the property.
