Zelenskyy will be meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Saturday, as European leaders grappled with the fallout from an extraordinary on-air exchange in which the Ukrainian president was loudly berated by Donald Trump.

Hours after the announcement earlier this week, programs were shuttered, leaving millions of people without access to life-saving care.
Some 10,000 contracts with the U.S. Agency for International Development were terminated on Wednesday, in letters sent to nongovernmental organizations across the globe.
