  5. The states closest to the Great Lakes have resisted plans to construct massive pipelines out west, but if the economy gets severely poor enough those states might one day consider it! Laws undesirable to the people can not be stopped at this point! How can we get our leadership to listen to the demands of “US” “The People”?
