A judge sided with Judicial Watch in its ongoing effort to obtain Hillary Clinton’s missing emails. A court said Judicial Watch may continue its process of discovery, including ‘in-person’ depositions of key State Department officials. However, the judge did put a delay on those depositions. Nevertheless, Judicial Watch’s Chris Farrell sees this as a very positive sign and an important victory in the case. One America’s John Hines caught-up with Farrell and the senior attorney in the case, following that ruling.
