Special counsel Robert Mueller is set to testify on Capitol Hill. The House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees issued subpoenas to the special counsel for his appearance. The two Democrat-led panels have been looking to question Mueller on his investigation, specifically when it comes to allegations of obstruction.
