North Korea Agrees to Denuclearization Talks, Normalized Relations with U.S.

A South Korean envoy reports that North Korea is willing to enter denuclearization negations with the U.S. in exchange for security guarantees. This comes after a two day visit to Pyongyang. One America’s Emerald Robinson has more at the White House.
