Elizabeth Tsurkov, a Princeton PhD student, was kidnapped in Iraq in March 2023 by Kata’ib Hezbollah, an Iran-backed militia. Independent journalist Eve Barlow has been raising awareness as Tsurkov’s family has renewed hope that the Trump Administration will help bring her home.
