The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA, allows our government to secretly surveil Americans suspected of acting as foreign agents. Utah Sen. Mike Lee (R) said that process falls short of constitutional principles. He has filed an amicus brief to help strengthen the review process for FBI surveillance requests.
