LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – Four men have been charged with killing a man and dumping his body in a canyon on Monday, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.
Hercules Dimitrios Balaskas (dob 5/8/99), Matthew Martin Capiendo Luzon (dob 10/10/96), Francisco Amigon (dob 1/23/99) and Jacob Hunter Elmendorf (dob 3/10/99) have each been charged with three counts in case KA118273: first-degree murder with special circumstances, first-degree residential robbery and kidnapping.
The felony complaint includes three special circumstance allegations of lying in wait and murder during the commission of a kidnapping and robbery.
Additionally, the charging document alleges that Balaskas personally used a deadly and dangerous weapon, a metal chair, during the commission of the murder, robbery and kidnapping. Furthermore, the complaint alleges Luzon personally used a deadly and dangerous weapon, a rock and broken glass pipe, during the murder, robbery and kidnapping.
Balaskas, Amigon and Elmendorf were scheduled to be arraigned today, but the court appearance was continued to June 6 in Department N of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Pomona Branch.
Luzon remains out of custody. (WHY?!?)
Prosecutors allege Balaskas, Luzon, Amigon and Elmendorf attacked Julian Hamori-Andrade on May 28. The four defendants then allegedly kidnapped, robbed and killed the victim and dumped his body in Azusa Canyon, prosecutors added.
If convicted as charged, each of the defendants faces the death penalty or life in state prison without the possibility of parole. The decision whether to seek capital punishment will be made at a later date.
The case is being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

After the Philadelphia Eagles got rejected by the White House for disgracefully offering a small delegation of players instead of the entire team, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders finished them with three harsh words you won’t want to miss.
Following the NFL’s recent announcement that it will require teams to keep anyone who wants to protest the national anthem in the locker room, many in the league have taken the opportunity to demonstrate their dislike for the new rules. The Philadelphia Eagles notably decided to send only a small number of representatives from their team to the White House for their Superbowl reception.
According to Daily Caller, President Donald Trump put the smack down on the Philadelphia Eagles and canceled their Superbowl celebration ceremony. “The Philadelphia Eagles Football Team was invited to the White House. Unfortunately, only a small number of players decided to come, and we canceled the event. Staying in the Locker Room for the playing of our National Anthem is as disrespectful to our country as kneeling. Sorry!” Trump wrote on Twitter.
In my opinion, this was the right thing to do, and the President should not back down from his stance on respecting our flag, our country, and those who have fought to protect it.
“The Philadelphia Eagles are unable to come to the White House with their full team to be celebrated tomorrow,” the Trump administration said in a statement made on Monday. “They disagree with their President because he insists that they proudly stand for the National Anthem, hand on heart, in honor of the great men and women of our country. The Eagles wanted to send a smaller delegation, but the 1,000 fans planning to attend the event deserve better. These fans are still invited to the White House to be part of a different type of ceremony — one that will honor our great country, pay tribute to the heroes who fight to protect it, and loudly and proudly play the National Anthem. I will be there at 3:00 p.m. with the United States Marine Band and the United States Army Chorus to celebrate America.”
In addition, Sarah Sanders further explained, “On Thursday, May 31, the team notified the White House of 81 individuals, including players, coaches, management, and support personnel, who would attend the event. On Friday, the Secret Service cleared them for participation. These individuals, along with more than 1,000 Eagles fans, were scheduled to attend the event.”
“Late Friday, citing the fact that many players would not be in attendance, the team contacted the White House again, and attempted to reschedule the event,” she continued. “The White House, despite sensing a lack of good faith, nonetheless attempted to work with the Eagles over the weekend to change the event format that could accommodate a smaller group of players.”
Then, Sanders dropped three harsh words on the Eagles organization. “Unfortunately, the Eagles offered to send only a tiny handful of representatives, while making clear that the great majority of players would not attend the event, despite planning to be in D.C. today. In other words, the vast majority of the Eagles team decided to abandon their fans.”
In my opinion, Sarah Sanders is absolutely correct, the majority of the Eagles players did “abandon their fans,” many of whom have served this country in the military or as law enforcement. The lack of respect for our flag and our country that seems to be growing in some professional sports is simply unacceptable. If it weren’t for the men and women who serve our country and represent our flag and our values, professional athletes wouldn’t have the opportunity to earn an obscene living by playing a game.
President Donald Trump’s decision to cancel plans with the Eagles is on point with conservative values and truly sends a message to the world that he stands for America first. The simple fact that the league has failed to correct this problem from the beginning means that new leadership is needed to turn things around before fans abandon the league altogether.

An Avenues gang member who was captured last year after more than a decade on the run was sentenced Monday to 20 years in prison on federal hate crime and firearms charges that were filed against him in 2004, announced Acting Assistant Attorney General John Gore of the Civil Rights Division, United States Attorney Nicola T. Hanna of the Central District of California, and FBI Special Agent in Charge Paul D. Delacourt for the Los Angeles Field Office.
Merced Cambero Jr., 39, who used the gang moniker “Shadow,” pleaded guilty in February to participating, along with other gang members, in a conspiracy to use violence against African-Americans to interfere with their right to live in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Cambero also admitted to participating in the 1999 racially-motivated murder of Kenneth Wilson, an African-American man who was shot and killed in furtherance of that conspiracy. The defendant was sentenced by United States District Judge Percy Anderson, who in 2006 presided over the trial of four co-defendants who were charged along with Cambero in the initial 2004 indictment and a superseding indictment that followed in 2005.
The superseding indictment alleged that Cambero and three of the four co-defendants – Gilbert “Lucky” Saldana, Alejandro “Bird” Martinez, and Fernando “Sneaky” Cazares – shot and killed Mr. Wilson because of his race and because he was using the public streets in Los Angeles, and that they used firearms during and in furtherance of that crime. These defendants were also charged, along with a fourth co-defendant, Porfirio “Dreamer” Avila, with conspiring to use violence to interfere with the federal housing rights of African Americans in Highland Park, including another African-American man, Christopher Bowser, who was shot and killed in 2000. Saldana, Martinez, Cazares, and Avila stood trial in 2006, were convicted on all charges, and were sentenced to life in prison. Although Cambero was charged in the same indictment, he was never arrested or arraigned until he was captured in Mexico last year. He was then returned to the United States to face the charges against him.
At the 2006 trial of the co-defendants, a jury heard testimony from two Avenues gang members who participated in the murder of Kenneth Wilson and implicated Cambero and three co-defendants. The gang-member witnesses also testified about an agreement among Avenues gang members to try to preserve the primarily-Latino make-up of Highland Park by engaging in violence against African Americans. Their testimony was corroborated by numerous African-American residents of the Highland Park neighborhood who described acts of racially-motivated violence directed at them by the defendants and their fellow gang members.
In court filings connected with Cambero’s guilty plea and sentencing, Cambero confirmed the evidence from the earlier trial, admitted that he and his fellow gang members were in a stolen van when they saw Wilson, whom they did not know, and decided to kill him because of his race. Cambero admitted that he and two other gang members then got out of the van and fired guns at Wilson, who was killed by a single gunshot through the neck.
“This Justice Department will not tolerate any act of violence motivated because of another’s race,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General John Gore. “The defendant’s egregious actions were unlawful, and as this sentencing demonstrates, will not go without punishment. The Civil Rights Division will continue to vigorously prosecute those who commit violent acts of hate.”
“This defendant was part of a reprehensible scheme that targeted an entire class of people simply because of skin color,” said U.S. Attorney Nick Hanna. “The Justice Department is committed to preserving and protecting everyone’s civil rights – particularly when violent acts are used to violate those rights. Mr. Cambero attempted to avoid prosecution for many years, but we persisted to bring him to justice and send a message to the entire community that this type of conduct will not be tolerated and will be punished.”
After hearing from the mothers of two African-American men killed by the gang, Judge Anderson on Monday accepted the guilty plea and sentenced Cambero to 20 years in prison. Among the considerations Judge Anderson cited as influencing his sentence were the defendant’s acceptance of responsibility and the desire of the victims and witnesses to be spared the trauma of another trial.
This case was investigated by the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office and was prosecuted by Deputy Chief Bobbi Bernstein of the Civil Rights Division’s Criminal Section and Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jennifer Chou and Daniel O’Brien of the Central District of California.

Meghan Markle may have weaseled her way into the Royal Family, but the 1,000-year-old monarchy is no match for the former D-list actress. A big part of scoring her prince was receiving her own “Coat of Arms” along with a royal title, “Duchess of Sussex.” But now that the wedding is over, Meghan’s furious as her new royal title has been downgraded by the Queen’s nasty surprise.
Meghan Markle thought after her wedding was over she would be holding all the cards going forward. But just like Princess Diana and Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, found out, marrying into the British Royal Family is only the beginning of the battle to stay relevant in the 1000-year-old monarchy.
Sarah Ferguson, known as “Fergie,” is probably the best example to compare to Meghan Markle, except Fergie is rather likable and is British. Fergie married Prince Andrew, who like Prince Harry is called a “spare” to the throne, in the line of succession.
When we talk about the line of succession to the throne, it’s passed on to the monarch’s firstborn child, regardless of gender. So, in this present case, we have Prince Charles, who is first in line, then after he dies, it will go to Prince William. After Prince William, it will go to his firstborn, Prince George. At this point, Prince Harry is behind all of William’s children, in the line of succession.
The monarch’s duty to provide “an heir and a spare” is the saying the British use when talking about the line of succession. Kate Middleton felt the pressure to get pregnant and provide “the heir and the spare,” but Meghan Markle isn’t under that pressure, which is a good thing as she’s almost 37-years-old.
But Meghan didn’t give up her budding acting career and her nice free lifestyle rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous to be just the spare’s wife, hemmed in by archaic royal rules. No, Meghan wants to be center stage, and what she is finding out, as Fergie did, is that she’s really not as important as she thinks.
In fact, it was quite a shock to the new Duchess of Sussex to learn what will befall her daughters. In a punch to her rousing feminist gut, any female progeny she may have with Harry will have no royal title.
Even Fergie’s daughters have the royal title of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, but Meghan’s daughters will never have any royal title. Why? Well, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie’s father is the son of the reigning Monarch. And if you think having a royal title is not a big deal, consider it does come with perks, potential lands, jewels, and of course, the status.
When the crafty Queen issued Prince Harry his dukedom upon his marriage to Markle, she could have chosen from several available titles. She could have issued a special proclamation regarding Harry’s heirs. But she chose the old unwanted title of Sussex, where it states no female from their marriage can inherit it.
People Magazine reports, “Queen Elizabeth made the couple the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but the dukedom can only be inherited by a male heir, and if they don’t have any boys, then the title will die out.”
They add, “Meghan has said in the past that both she and Harry are feminists, and her ‘About’ page on the royal family website underscores the importance of her being a champion of female empowerment. ‘I am proud to be a woman and a feminist,’ she is quoted on the site.”
So Meghan’s title of Duchess of Sussex came with a real nasty surprise for the feminist. If their marriage doesn’t work out, she probably won’t retain that title, either. The Queen has played Meghan well, and royal insiders say she was furious learning if she wants to really secure her royal status she better get started having babies, and then, she better pray for a son.
At 37-years-old, can you imagine having to go through Lord knows how many pregnancies until she pops out a male heir? The hard royal fact is for Meghan, as Fergie learned, her life is now under an intense microscope. Gone is the carefree lifestyle replaced with intense scrutiny by palace courtiers and with the understanding that your life is no longer your own.
Maxine Waters Hosts Event For Her Millennial Supporters, Gets Humiliating Surprise

Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters recently held a meet and greet in her own California district to welcome her many millennial supporters. However, “Auntie Maxine” got a humiliating surprise that she didn’t see coming.
Maxine Waters (D-CA) held a meet and greet tweet-a-thon event on Sunday, June 3, 2018, in an attempt to draw in what she was likely hoping would be hundreds of millennial supporters, according to Daily Caller. Following the failed event, a humiliating video surfaced on social media revealing the underwhelming response Waters received in her own district.
It’s very likely that this recent failure by Waters and her campaign for re-election is indicative of how she will perform against her Republican challenger Omar Navarro. A promotional card for Waters’ event claimed that top social media personalities would be present to show their support for her. The reality of what happened instead was very sad.
“Come join top social media influencers for a tweet-a-thon in support of Auntie Maxine, our fearless champion in Congress who taught us how to reclaim our time! We are coming together to amplify congresswoman Waters’ voice and highlight her many achievements throughout her career. Millennials come energized & ready to get out the vote!” the event card read.
The video clip from Waters’ meet and greet for millennials shows the degenerate Congresswoman speaking to a small group of attendees which numbered no more than twenty. What a humiliating and underwhelming response from the community. Waters could be seen glancing around the room frantically as if she were afraid someone was recording the lame turnout. In my opinion, this sad turn of events for Waters is an omen for what is to come in the next election.
Notably, Waters has made a complete spectacle of herself since President Donald Trump took office by demanding his impeachment regardless of the fact that there is no evidence of any kind of wrongdoing on his part. Despite the fact that the House Intelligence Committee completed a full investigation into false claims of Russian collusion and found absolutely nothing, Waters continues to peddle her lies to anyone who will listen. From the looks of her recent meet and greet, not too many people are listening.
It would appear that Waters’ nonstop attacks on Trump and her hysterical emotionally charged rants about impeachment are coming back around to bite her in the butt. The truth here is is that Waters hitched her hopes for re-election to the back of the anti-Trump movement, and it isn’t paying off the way she had hoped. While she may be a draw on social media for clicks, the reality is that very few millennials, even in her own district wanted to mobilize for her event.

Once again, the Democrats see defeat coming down the pipe as Maxine Waters gets ready to take on Republican challenger Omar Navarro who has spent a good deal of time exposing Waters for corruption and an obscene lack of achievement. Waters has been scrutinized by Navarro for sending large amounts of money to her daughter from campaign funds among other things.
This upcoming midterm election will be a tremendous opportunity for the people in Waters’ district to choose a true leader who will represent their interests instead of participating in the mainstream media circus which Waters has been unable to resist.
In my opinion, Waters’ constituents have been betrayed time and time again by their Congresswoman for her own personal gain. It’s time for the people in the Congressional 43rd district to come together and rid Congress Waters and her used car lot politics.
It has never been more evident that Americans, especially those in Communist California, need a change in leadership. As the Golden State prepares to elect a new governor, let’s hope they have the motivation to replace Waters with a Republican who could do great things for their district and the state.
