The phrase “Fake News” was recently named 2017 word (phrase) of the year by Collins Dictionary. It’s use has reportedly risen by 365%, according to the Collins’ lexicon monitors of memes, words and phrases.
The corporate mass media is the “king” of peddling “Fake News.” For this reason, it is more important today than ever before to monitor the mainstream news, identify the truth tellers and support their efforts to convey truth, a dying commodity in this venue.
