Hawaii Tried To Challenge Trump’s Travel Ban, But Got Kicked Out Of The Courtroom

The state of Hawaii has taken some of President Trump’s efforts to keep the United States safe very personally. This state of islands has sent an appeal up the chain to try and block the travel ban that President Trump put into action as one of his first moves in office. The goal of the travel ban was to attempt to keep those who might want to do us harm out of the country. Apparently, there are a whole lot of people who think they know better than the guy with the highest security clearance in the nation who might hurt us and who we should welcome with open arms. Via Aljazeera: A US appeals court has rejected Hawaii’s request to issue an emergency order blocking parts of President Donald Trump’s travel ban while the state sought clarification over what groups of people would be barred from travel. The US Supreme Court last month let the ban on travel from six Muslim countries go forward with a limited scope, saying it could not apply to anyone with a credible “bona fide relationship” with a US person or entity. A Honolulu judge this week rejected Hawaii’s request to clarify the Supreme Court ruling and narrow the government’s implementation of the ban. On Friday, a three-judge 9th Circuit panel, however, rejected that argument and said it did not have jurisdiction to hear Hawaii’s appeal.
Justice department lawyers have argued that its definition of close family “hews closely” to language found in US immigration law, while Hawaii’s attorney general’s office said other parts of immigration law include grandparents in that group. So basically the open arms liberals are looking for a loophole to let everyone in that wants to come. No matter their intent or goals in coming here, according to the left the fact that we were born free and others were not, means that we have a responsibility to those people to try and make up for the discrepancy. The idea is nice; help those less fortunate. What’s unfortunate is that there’s a difference between doing something that’s good and doing what’s best. If we let ourselves be flooded with those who not only have no intention of integration but actually in many cases plan to do us harm, we not only ruin our own lives, we ruin the integrity of the country for future generations. Nobody is saying don’t let any refugees in, they’re just saying maybe we use our heads a little so that our kids can also let in refugees when they’re old enough to use their heads in effecting policy.

The Insane 9th Circuit Court Is Giving Illegals This Right, Behind Trump’s Back

The United States is no stranger to dealing with immigrants; it’s kind of our thing, in fact. Immigration is what built our nation into the thriving beacon of western civilization that it is today. However, some recent events around the world have left us inundated with so many “huddled masses yearning to breath free” that we aren’t completely equipped to deal with because they didn’t tell us they were coming. We have a well-established system for immigration here in the states (albeit kind of a long one) but many, especially citizens from countries connected to us by land, have decided they’d like to jump the line. The flood of illegal immigrants, especially from Mexico has caused a strain on our economy and legal system that is very difficult to navigate through. Dealing with non-citizens has been challenging, and made even more so by courts who try to give them the same rights as the current citizens. Via Washington Examiner: A three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said unanimously that unaccompanied minors, as children who migrate illegally [that]are known, are entitled to bond hearings that determine whether they can be released until their case is heard in court.
The judges said the federal government must follow the terms of a 1997 lawsuit settlement that required bond hearings for minors. Once in the custody of HHS, minors are typically detained for a brief period before being permitted to join relatives or other sponsors in the interior of the country, until they have to appear in court. Government lawyers argued those statutes overruled the 1997 settlement, but the appeals court disagreed. The government may appeal the decision to a full panel of the 9th Circuit, or to the Supreme Court. The right to a bail hearing sounds great and is a right that Americans enjoy. Americans being the operative word there. This would be an open and shut issue if these were citizens we were talking about, but what is happening here is that once again, illegals are being given rights that they aren’t supposed to have. If we really want to make illegal immigration a bad thing, something that people want to avoid the consequences of, let’s give them some consequences. Mucking up the courts with whatever amount of speedy bond hearings for however many illegals decide to prance in that day seems like us accommodating their illegal activity. And anyway, many of the illegals who come here today are coming for the chance at free housing and 3 squares a day. Seems like sitting around and waiting for your day in court would fill that requirement.

The View Hints Towards Trump’s ‘Secret’ Sexuality, Gets Nasty Reality Check Seconds Later

The liberal hosts of The View have embarrassed themselves more times than they can count. Unfortunately, it seems that they still haven’t learned their lesson as they most recently made a few remarks on President Donald Trump’s “secret” sexuality – but that’s about the time things blew up in their faces as they got a nasty reality check just a few seconds later.

Mad World News has reported on The View many times, as the leftist hosts have made it abundantly clear where they stand when it comes to Trump and have provided plenty of material to show their ignorance and bias. They’ve also made it a habit of making complete and utter fools of themselves as they let their blinding hatred get in the way of the truth and common sense.

Although they’ve experienced their fair share of spankings on live television, it seems that some people actually still tune into the show as an actual source of news. Too bad for The View’s hosts, it seems that they may have overstepped their bounds when it comes to the constant attacks and unfounded accusations.

In fact, it looks like even regular viewers of the program are growing tired of the hosts’ nonsense – and they proved that most recently. As it turns out, host Joy Behar found it appropriate to make a nasty remark about Trump’s “secret” sexuality, but things didn’t turn out the way she had apparently anticipated.
“See, when Putin shook hands with Trump, he did this. This is Putin’s hand on top,” Behar said, holding co-host Sunny Hostin’s hand to demonstrate to the audience. “So, Trump was on bottom. Get it?” However, that’s about the time she got a nasty reality check as, within mere seconds, the audience could be heard groaning with disapproval.

Of course, after hearing that she had lost her loyal audience, she tried to backpedal by suggesting that she didn’t mean it in such a vulgar way. “What? He was on the bottom,” she said. “That’s all.”

The women of “The View” went on to criticize Trump for discussing the possibility of Russia helping the U.S. on a cybersecurity task force, which Trump later said wouldn’t happen.

“He doesn’t want to it admit it … They’ve got him by the short hairs. It’s so obvious,” Behar added. [Source: IJ Review]
Sadly, The View has been banging this Russian drum since the first time they heard it in order to help make an excuse for their beloved Hillary Clinton’s loss. Despite having virtually no evidence to speak of, all we’ve heard is how Trump doesn’t belong in office, even though he was rightfully voted into his position.

When it comes down to it, morons like Joy Behar think they have a legitimate issue, but they don’t. Of course, people are going to try to influence elections in order to benefit themselves personally. You’d have to be a moron to believe that doesn’t happen. However, the biggest reality that makes idiots like Behar look even dumber is the fact that they remained silent as former President Barack Obama was exposed to have done this exact thing.

According to The Washington Times, Obama sent millions of taxpayer dollars, mind you, to interfere with Israel’s elections in hopes of ousting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Of course, it was crickets from Behar when that happened.

Look, it’s fine to be mad, but you need to be fair and honest. You can’t just pick and choose when to express outrage because it’s convenient. Outrage shouldn’t be one-sided depending on political affiliation. Address and be angry with it all. Just attacking one person for one occurrence only makes the left look like the idiots that they really are – and yes, we’re talking about the morons running The View.
