California Democrat Is About To Give ‘Undocumenteds’ One Of Your Constitutional Rights

I know there are many good Americans who live in the state, and you all must be frustrated by the frequent, idiotic actions of your super-liberal government. We all feel for you.

And after months of terrible legislation and decisions by Jerry Brown’s mafia, it’s only getting worse.

They’ve already blown through millions of tax dollars to aid illegal aliens, bad government programs, and showers for homeless. Meanwhile, dams continue to crumble and an oncoming drought will devastate agriculture.

But guess what! A state senator has another terrible plan to ruin the state; his new law is a big middle finger shoved in the face of every hard-working patriot in California.
But who cares, right? As long as democrats can drive California into the ground.

“California State Sen. Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens) is co-sponsoring a bill that would make clear that illegal aliens may serve in state office…

California has already allowed at least two illegal aliens to serve in state office. Most recently, State Sen. Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) appointed Lizbeth Mateo to the California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory Committee…

Lara, who has made attacks on President Donald Trump the hallmark of his faltering campaign for California Insurance Commissioner, is notorious for proposing radical legislation.”
This isn’t the first time Lara has proposed something foolish. For instance:

“Last year, Lara helped introduce the ‘Healthy California Act,’ which would create a single-payer, government-run health care system in the state — though he never indicated how the state would pay for it.

He also proposed legislation to discriminate against any contractors who work on President Trump’s border wall, banning them for life from doing business with the state.”

So, we know what kind of person State Sen. Lara is. He’s willing to destroy his own state, just to spite Trump and his millions of supporters.

This is a trend that is becoming more and more popular among liberals, especially the self-destructive liberals who run the Golden State.
Think about it: Illegal aliens do not pay taxes. They are not legally allowed to do business in America, enjoy government benefits, or vote (even though they do these things, anyway).

And yet, this state senator wants to hire illegals to serve in government. He’s literally putting outsiders ahead of Americans.

This is the Democratic Party in 2018. Their decisions make no sense whatsoever. The only motivation they have is to annoy and anger Trump … how pathetic is that?

They have no ideas for helping America; their only priority is to aid outsiders. People who break the law, don’t pay taxes, and suck up government benefits.

Now more than ever, democrats must be voted out of office. Let’s start with Lara.

Gov Jerry Brown Regrets Open Borders After Nasty Surprise Found In His Mansion

California Governor Jerry Brown, who errs on the Communist side of liberal, has been one of the most prominent and outspoken advocates for open border policies which allow dangerous criminal illegals to enter his state. However, Brown just learned the dire consequences of these policies in a very personal way when he arrived home at his mansion to find a nasty surprise waiting for him.

Imagine Governor Jerry Brown’s surprise when a dirty homeless man broke into his mansion in Sacremento because he figured the sanctuary state politician was “an open-door policy kind of guy”:

A homeless man who was arrested last month after breaking into California Gov. Jerry Brown’s home in Sacramento reportedly said he only tried entering the mansion because he figured the sanctuary state politician was “an open-door policy kind of guy.”

The California Highway Patrol said 51-year-old Steven Seeley was arrested April 19 and treated at a hospital for cuts he received while breaking a window to get out of the home in downtown Sacramento, located about 10 blocks from the Capitol. [Source: Fox News]

In a jailhouse interview, Seeley said he ran inside Gov. Jerry Brown’s home on April 19 through an unlocked side door after being frightened outside by a growling cat. “He’s an open-door policy kind of guy, so I figured the door would be unlocked, or else I wouldn’t have ran over there if I thought the door would be locked,” said Seeley.

Once inside, Seeley said he yelled out, telling the governor to hide. He said that he then began to hear the growling again, so he hid in a closet. “I can’t get away; I’m in a little broom closet, so the only thing to do is to dive through the window, so I dove through the window to get away,” the homeless man explained from behind bars.
Seeley said he heard what sounded like the roar of a large wild cat from a nearby garbage can before running into the home. He also said he was never approached by security before or after he entered the mansion. Though he’s never been diagnosed with a mental illness, Seeley admits he sometimes hears things, but didn’t want to take any chances in case the roar came from a legitimate threat.

CHP confirms that a man who was “behaving erratically” trespassed inside the mansion. “The Governor was not present and the First Lady was on an upper floor of the residence when the incident occurred and had no contact with the subject,” CHP Spokesperson Fran Clader said in a statement. The mansion has a “robust” onsite security presence 24/7, according to Clader. [Source: KCRA]

The Golden State’s homeless population of more than 130,000 people is now about 25 percent of the nationwide total, and cleaning up after the surging group is getting costly, topping $10 million per year, according to the state’s Department of Transportation. Already heavily in debt, this is an issue that California can’t afford.

You would think that with so many people in his state already homeless, Gov. Brown would see fit to tend to that growing problem before opening California’s southern border to throngs of illegal aliens the state’s already burdened taxpayers cannot support. However, Brown named California the very first “sanctuary state” in 2017, completely bucking federal immigration laws.
Under threat of possible retaliation by the Trump administration, Gov. Jerry Brown signed landmark “sanctuary state” legislation Thursday, vastly limiting who state and local law enforcement agencies can hold, question and transfer at the request of federal immigration authorities.

Senate Bill 54, which takes effect in January, has been blasted as “unconscionable” by U.S. Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions, becoming the focus of a national debate over how far states and cities can go to prevent their officers from enforcing federal immigration laws. Supporters have hailed it as part of a broader effort by majority Democrats in the California Legislature to shield more than 2.3 million immigrants living illegally in the state. Clearly, the homeless man who supposedly heard a growling cat and subsequently decided to break into Jerry Brown’s mansion to escape from it has some mental issues. But, will the governor rethink his open borders policies now that he has experienced first-hand the consequences they can have?
I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for that to happen if I were you. If the murder of Kate Steinle wasn’t enough to jar him from his liberal way of thinking, I doubt this incident is going to change anything.

The DCNF Files Lawsuit To Disclose Comey And Obama Meetings

The Daily Caller News Foundation and the watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit in federal court Wednesday seeking records to determine the actual number of times and reasons former FBI Director James Comey met with then-President Barack Obama.

The request by the two organizations was filed because the former FBI director claimed he rarely met with Obama, and he was an independent and nonpartisan leader of the nation’s top law enforcement agency. The parties filed the lawsuit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Comey’s impartiality about his relationship with Obama was sharply called into question by the Senate Committee on the Judiciary when its chairman, Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, uncovered a private, undisclosed meeting Comey held with Obama on Jan. 5, 2017, two weeks before Trump’s inauguration.

TheDCNF requested, “records that identify and describe all meetings between former FBI Director James Comey and President Barack Obama,” in its Freedom of Information Act request before the FBI, which it filed Feb. 19.
On May 22, the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch sought records for a broader set of Comey meetings including Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and top political figures. Its request included records “written or ordered written by FBI Director James Comey summarizing his conversations with any of the following individuals: Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Senator Chuck Schumer, Representative Nancy Pelosi, and Senator John McCain.” Their timeframe for its request was between Sept. 4, 2013 and May 9, 2017.

Comey has carefully parsed his words about his interactions with Obama. In his June 8, 2017, testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence he suggested his firsthand meetings with the Democratic president were rare. He claimed he only spoke with Obama twice, once in 2015 and another “to say goodbye in late 2016,” according the former FBI director’s testimony.

“As FBI director, I interacted with President Obama. I spoke only twice in three years,” he said. “I spoke alone with President Obama twice in person (and never on the phone) – once in 2015 to discuss law enforcement policy issues and a second time, briefly, for him to say goodbye in late 2016,” Comey’s opening statement to the Senate Intelligence Committee read.

Grassley along with South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham, who is a Judiciary subcommittee chairman, discovered through the National Archives that Obama met with Comey on Jan. 5, 2017, two weeks before Trump’s inauguration.

Susan Rice, Obama’s national security adviser, recorded the meeting in an email around 12 p.m on Inauguration Day. She addressed the email to herself.

“President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates in the Oval Office,” Rice stated.

In a Feb. 8, 2017, letter to Rice, Grassley and Graham wrote, “It strikes us as odd that, among your activities in the final moments on the final day of the Obama administration, you would feel the need to send yourself such an unusual email purporting to document a conversation involving President Obama and his interactions with the FBI regarding the Trump/Russia investigation.”

Biden and Yates joined Rice and Obama in the meeting.

By failing to inform the Congress about the Jan. 5 meeting, Comey may have deliberately misled Congress about his interactions with the former president.

Comey has carefully groomed his image as a nonpolitical arbiter, but his reputation for fairness came under heated attack during the 2016 presidential election when he recommended no charges against Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server for official government business, in a July 5, 2016, press conference. Comey called it “extremely careless” but not a crime. He later infuriated Democrats when he reopened the investigation 11 days before the election.

Comey also wrote the public statement exonerating Clinton in May 2016, well before the FBI ended its investigation, causing an uproar in Congress. FBI Agent Peter Strzok, who edited the early drafts of Comey’s July speech, replaced the original phrase “grossly negligent” — a term that has criminal implications — with the phrase “extremely careless,” which is not a violation of law.

Strzok later joined special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Mueller removed from him from the team after uncovering texts that showed he and FBI attorney Lisa Page carried on an extramarital affair, held viciously anti-Trump attitudes and favored Clinton

Although Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 presidential election, she hasn’t dropped out of sight. In fact, after decades of Hillary, Bill, and grown-up Chelsea center stage, the family continues to pop up in political circles, Breitbart reports.

Axios reported that the Clintons “sporadic” appearances since the 2016 election is about to heat up this spring and summer:

Longtime Clinton supporters last week received an invitation offering access to the family (the green invitation features photos of Bill, Hillary and Chelsea) at a Clinton Foundation benefit on May 24 in New York, at prices ranging from $2,500 (“Friend”) for cocktail party and dinner, up to $100,000 (“Chair”) for “Leadership Reception for two, a premium table of ten, program recognition as Gala Chair and invitations to the Clinton Foundation Annual Briefing.” The foundation’ streamlined mission: “create economic opportunity, improve public health, and inspire civic engagement and service.”

This would be the same resistance that seems to protest something every day. And if they protest everything, are they really protesting anything? No matter, they now count Hillary among their numbers. She seems keen to get started.
“From the Women’s March to airports across the country where communities are welcoming immigrants and refugees to town hall meetings in every community, Americans are speaking out like never before. To support this wave of grassroots organizing, we’re launching Onward Together, an organization dedicated to advancing the progressive vision that earned nearly 66 million votes in the last election.”

Clinton said she would support new groups like Indivisible, the vast progressive organizing network; RunForSomething, which works to recruit millennial candidates for office; and Swing Left, which aims to flip the House of Representatives. Clinton is also supporting existing groups like EmergeAmerica, which works to elect female candidates for office, and the civil rights group Color of Change.

Onward Together is organized as 501(c)4 non-profit organization. Unlike political action committees, these types of groups do not need to disclose their donors and can accept unlimited contributions, leading campaign finance reform advocates to label them “dark money” organization.

This resistance group is not just a ragtag bunch of dejected protestors and crying liberals, it’s a motley crew of far-left militants such as Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and other anarchistic left-wing degenerates.

They’re largely funded by Soros and his lackeys, such as Hillary herself, and their goal is to spread violence and chaos throughout America.

President Trump promised America we would see “the Butcher of Benghazi” get arrested and charged. America is waiting!
