After Trump Learns Iran Lied About Nuclear Weapons, He Drops The Power Hammer

With conditions rapidly improving with North Korea, our eyes turn to another big problem.
Iran is determined to be a major threat on a global level. They regularly promise to destroy our ally Israel, and they are eager to slice up the Middle East.
Frankly, only a fool thinks they aren’t planning something nasty for the U.S.
That’s why most Americans were stunned when President Obama signed the Iran Nuclear Deal; for a long time, the rogue nation was trying to develop nuclear weapons.
Tough sanctions and demands from the international community slowed their progress but Obama undid all of that, and therefore endangered the civilized world. And now, we learn some disturbing news: Israel revealed Iran has been lying all along. And a very unhappy President Trump is weighing in on the matter.
From Fox News:
“President Trump called the Iran nuclear deal a ‘horrible agreement for the United States’ in response to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s bombshell allegations about Tehran’s covert activity – but stopped short of saying whether he’d abandon the deal ahead of a looming deadline.
The president addressed the claims during a Rose Garden press conference Monday afternoon, moments after Netanyahu held a dramatic presentation revealing intelligence he says shows Iran is lying about its nuclear weapons program.‘That is just not an acceptable situation,’ Trump said…
‘They’re setting off missiles which they say are for television purposes,’ Trump said. He added: ‘I don’t think so.’”
Yeah, we don’t think so, either.
All along, Iran has been building a nuclear weapons program; they are developing missiles that can carry nukes. This program has been going on under the United States’ and the U.N.’s nose.
The previous administration gave Iran what they wanted and on top of that, they supplied billions of dollars to the rogue nation. Thanks, Obama!
Netanyahu’s report should be a wake up call for everyone: Iran is not interested in playing games. They want to assert their domination across the Middle East and entire world. For years they’ve been developing nuclear weapons.
The time for action is now.
President Trump has not officially announced an end to the deal; however, it would be very unlikely to continue, given this new information. Real efforts MUST be made to end their nuclear program.

Speaking at the Ministry of Defence in Tel Aviv, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed Iran was continually expanding the range of its ballistic missiles. Israel also claims that they have proof that the Iranian government has a secret weapons program.
Netanyahu showed a video that he said was taken from Iran’s top-secret nuclear facility in Tehran. The Israeli Prime Minister said the new evidence proved that the Iran nuclear deal signed in 2015 by President Obama was “built on lies,” according to The Daily Star.
The news comes just hours after Israel closed off its airspace on its northern border as a response to a supposed threat from Iran.
Netanyahu said he was “sure Trump will do the right thing,” because of Israel’s claims that the 2015 nuclear deal made by former president Barack Obama is being ignored by Iran. “After signing the nuclear deal in 2015, Iran intensified its efforts to hide its secret files. In 2017 Iran moved its nuclear weapons files to a highly secret location in Tehran.”
Speaking in English, Israel’s leader showed pictures and videos supposedly of some historic secret Iranian nuclear facilities, as well as Iranian documents and plans to develop atomic weapons. Netanyahu claimed Israel had gotten a hold of half a ton of files on Iran’s nuclear program and also added that the Iranian government was keeping up its nuclear weapons program for future use. Netanyahu added that he had personally shared the intelligence information with the United States, which it allegedly confirmed as true.
However, it is highly important to note that most of the evidence presented by Netanyahu was from before 2015 and therefore before the signing of the nuclear deal.
According to Fox News, President Trump called the Iran nuclear deal a “horrible agreement for the United States” in response to Prime Minister Netanyahu’s bombshell allegations about Tehran’s covert activity, but he stopped short of saying whether he’d abandon the deal ahead of a looming deadline.
Trump addressed the claims made by Israel during a Rose Garden press conference Monday afternoon, moments after Netanyahu held a dramatic presentation revealing intelligence he says shows Iran is lying about its nuclear weapons program. “That is just not an acceptable situation,” Trump said. The president added that Netanyahu’s claims show Iran is “not sitting back idly.”
“They’re setting off missiles which they say are for television purposes,” Trump said. “I don’t think so.” Trump has repeatedly expressed a desire to exit the Iran deal, which was signed during the Obama administration. A crucial deadline for re-certifying the deal is on the horizon.

Warning letters are part of joint effort to protect youth from dangers of nicotine and tobacco products and part of FDA’s new Youth Tobacco Prevention Plan
As part of ongoing efforts to protect youth from the dangers of nicotine and tobacco products, today the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) issued 13 warning letters to manufacturers, distributors, and retailers for selling e-liquids used in e-cigarettes with labeling and/or advertising that cause them to resemble kid-friendly food products, such as juice boxes, candy or cookies, some of them with cartoon-like imagery. Several of the companies receiving warning letters were also cited for illegally selling the products to minors.
“No child should be using any tobacco product, and no tobacco products should be marketed in a way that endangers kids – especially by using imagery that misleads them into thinking the products are things they’d eat or drink. Looking at these side-to-side comparisons is alarming. It is easy to see how a child could confuse these e-liquid products for something they believe they’ve consumed before – like a juice box.
These are preventable accidents that have the potential to result in serious harm or even death. Companies selling these products have a responsibility to ensure they aren’t putting children in harm’s way or enticing youth use, and we’ll continue to take action against those who sell tobacco products to youth and market products in this egregious fashion,” said FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, M.D. “While we continue to encourage the development of potentially less harmful forms of nicotine delivery for currently addicted adult smokers, we will not allow that work to come at the expense of our children.
The FDA remains committed to important efforts to restrict youth access, limit youth appeal and reduce toxic exposure to youth from all tobacco products – and we’ll continue to address these issues from every angle. We’re going to be taking a series of escalating actions under our new Youth Tobacco Prevention Plan, beginning with our actions last week targeting JUUL products, and continuing with today’s effort with our partners at the FTC. We appreciate the FTC joining us in these actions.”
Some examples of the products outlined in the warning letters, and being sold through multiple online retailers, include: “One Mad Hit Juice Box,” which resembles children’s apple juice boxes, such as Tree Top-brand juice boxes; “Vape Heads Sour Smurf Sauce,” which resembles War Heads candy; and “V’Nilla Cookies & Milk,” which resembles Nilla Wafer and Golden Oreo cookies. Other products include “Whip’d Strawberry,” which resembles Reddi-wip dairy whipped topping, and “Twirly Pop,” which not only resembles a Unicorn Pop lollipop but is shipped with one.
“Protecting young children from unwarranted health and safety risks is one of our highest priorities,” said Acting FTC Chairman Maureen K. Ohlhausen. “Nicotine is highly toxic, and these letters make clear that marketing methods that put kids at risk of nicotine poisoning are unacceptable.”
In late 2017, the FDA started its investigation of tobacco product labeling and advertising that causes the tobacco products to imitate food products, particularly those that are marketed toward, or appealing to, children. The products noted in the warning letters are considered misbranded in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act because their labeling and/or advertising imitating kid-friendly foods is false or misleading. The FTC joined the FDA on the warning letters under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, which prohibits unfair or deceptive advertising.
The FDA and the FTC have requested responses from each of the companies within 15 working days. The companies are directed to inform each agency of the specific actions taken to address each agency’s concerns. The warning letters also state that failure to correct violations may result in further action such as seizure or injunction.
The continuing rise in popularity of electronic nicotine devices (ENDS) such as e-cigarettes, which often use nicotine-containing liquids or “e-liquids,” has coincided with an increase in calls to poison control centers and visits to emergency rooms related to e-liquid poisoning and other nicotine exposure. According to a recent analysis of National Poison Data System data, there were a total of 8,269 e-cigarette and liquid nicotine exposures among children younger than six between January 2012 and April 2017. Children are at greater risk because exposure to the nicotine in e-liquid products, even in relatively small amounts, could result in acute toxicity. Severe harm can occur in small children from exposure to or ingestion of e-liquids, including death from cardiac arrest, as well as seizure, coma, and respiratory arrest
