TUCSON, Ariz. – Nogales Station Border Patrol agents at the Interstate 19 Immigration Checkpoint arrested a Mesa man after finding more than 46 pounds of methamphetamine concealed in his vehicle Thursday morning.
Agents referred the 18-year-old male driver of a Nissan Maxima for a secondary inspection. A subsequent search of his vehicle led to the discovery of 41 packages of methamphetamine valued in excess of $140,000 hidden inside the vehicle.
Agents arrested the man for narcotics smuggling and turned the drugs and vehicle over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Federal law allows agents to charge individuals by complaint, a method that allows the filing of charges for criminal activity without inferring guilt. An individual is presumed innocent unless and until competent evidence is presented to a jury that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
And in PHARR, Texas, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations (OFO) at the Pharr International Bridge seized $112,598 worth of alleged marijuana and cocaine concealed within a commercial trailer.
“This interception of a significant amount of narcotics is a direct result of the outstanding inspections work our CBP officers do on the frontlines every day to keep our borders secure,” said Port Director Carlos Rodriguez, Hidalgo/Pharr/Anzalduas Port of Entry.
On May 2, CBP officers assigned to the Pharr International Bridge cargo facility encountered a red 2015 Kenworth tractor-trailer. A 29-year-old male Mexican citizen from Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico drove the conveyance. After the conveyance was referred for a secondary inspection, CBP officers along with the help of a canine team located the narcotics. CBP officers extracted 14 packages containing 90.38 pounds of alleged marijuana and five packages containing 12.26 pounds of alleged cocaine concealed within the trailer. The narcotics have a combined estimated street value of $112,598.
CBP OFO seized the narcotics, arrested the driver, and turned him over to the custody of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents for further investigation.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection is the unified border agency within the Department of Homeland Security charged with the management, control and protection of our nation’s borders at and between the official ports of entry. CBP is charged with keeping terrorists and terrorist weapons out of the country while enforcing hundreds of U.S. laws.

Larson RonDeau (center), 38, Randall Flatlip (left), 28, and Jerry Flatlip (right), 31, have been accused of raping the young Utah girl after an Easter-egg hunt in March 2016. (Uintah County Sheriff’s Office)
Three thugs raped a 9-year-old girl in Utah at an Easter egg hunt while her filthy, scumbag mother hid in a garage smoking meth.
THIS PISSES ME OFF!
The three — Larson RonDeau, 38, Randall Flatlip, 28, and Jerry Flatlip, 31 — have been accused of raping the young Utah girl after an Easter-egg hunt in March 2016. The girl, who has not been publicly identified because of her age, testified via video on Thursday that the men threatened to kill her and her family if she told anyone about the attack, Fox News reports.
Authorities said that she told her mother two days later.
The girl’s mother pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor child abuse charge for leaving the girl behind to use drugs with a friend she’d met during a prior stay in jail; the friend had been sharing the home with the three defendants.
WHAT?!? A fricking misdemeanor for letting her little girl get raped by three thugs just while she sneaks off to go smoke meth?
That is unbelievable.
She was sentenced to jail and drug treatment after the guilty plea. Her identity was also concealed to protect the identity of the young girl.
The three defendants deny the accusations, and their attorneys argue that there is no DNA or other physical evidence linking them to the alleged attack.
The girl was placed in state custody and is now in the care of her Native American tribe, authorities have said.
Oh, Native Indians are in charge of the investigation. Nice. That should well…
EXECUTE THESE SCUMBAGS ALREADY! THEY DID ID, THE ARE GUILTY SO EXECUTE THEM! FIRING SQUAD TIME.
FAST, EFFICIENT AND EXTREMELY COST EFFECTIVE.
I’LL SUPPLY THE BULLETS BUT I DON’T HAVE BLANKS SO THEY’LL HAVE TO PAY FOR THOSE.

BREAKING! Federal Judge Just Accused Mueller’s Team of ‘Lying’ – This Is Not Good!

Almost since the day Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed, it has been pointed out repeatedly by that his almost single-minded objected have been to employ a scorched earth strategy to get President Donald Trump by literally throwing everything at the wall and seeing what sticks.
Paul Manafort was simply going to be collateral damage to that agenda. Except, Manafort was not going down quietly, and today his attorneys quietly filed a motion to dismiss. Like most motions to dismiss, Manafort’s was initially viewed as a long-shot bid to win the political operative his freedom and get out from under the Mueller’s thumb. Yet after the surprise turn of events in today’s hearing on a motion to dismiss filed by Manafort’s lawyers, it is increasingly apparent that Manafort may escape charges of any sort and freedom may once again be his due to U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III.
Eastern District of Virginia Judge T.S. Ellis, a Reagan appointee, issued a harshly worded rebuke for Mueller and his team citing Mueller’s “overreach” suggesting they lied about the scope of the investigation, and are more interested in seeking “unfettered power” in an effort to bring down a rightfully elected president, than in any level of “justice.”
Judge Ellis told Mueller’s team. – “You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort. You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr. Trump and an impeachment, or whatever.”
The Judgment on to conclude that the additional charges brought against Manafort did not appear to stem from Mueller’s collusion probe. Instead, they appeared to be the work of an older investigation into Manafort that was eventually dropped.
“I don’t see how this indictment has anything to do with anything the special prosecutor is authorized to investigate,” Ellis said at a hearing in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia, concerning a motion by Manafort to dismiss the case.
Oh, but Judge Ellis was just getting warmed up! It got better! Judge Ellis continued also slamming prosecutors saying it appeared as though they were using the indictment of Manafort in an effort use it as leverage to pressure him to cooperate against President Trump. Manafort has pleaded not guilty, continuing to maintain his innocence. He disputes Mueller’s assertion that he violated U.S. laws when he worked for a decade as a political consultant for pro-Russian groups in Ukraine.
Judge Ellis stated to the Mueller team – “You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort’s bank fraud. You really care about what information he might give you about Mr. Trump and what might lead to his impeachment or prosecution.”
According to Bloomberg, Ellis is overseeing one of two indictments against Manafort. Manafort is also charged in Washington with money laundering and failing to register as a foreign agent of Ukraine.
According to Zero Hedge: “The judge also questioned why Manafort’s case there could not be handled by the U.S. attorney’s office in Virginia, rather than the special counsel’s office, as it is not Russia-related. A question many others have asked, as well.
Ellis has given prosecutors two weeks to show what evidence they have that Manafort was complicit in colluding with the Russians. If they can’t come up with any, he may, presumably, dismiss the case. Ellis also asked the special counsel’s office to share privately with him a copy of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosentein’s August 2017 memo elaborating on the scope of Mueller’s Russia probe. He said the current version he has been heavily redacted.
At that point, should nothing change materially, Manafort may be a free man; needless to say, a dismissal would set precedent and be nothing short of groundbreaking by potentially making it much harder for Mueller to turn other witnesses against the president.
Judge Ellis’s attitude has made quite the change from a man that earlier this year suggested that Manafort could face life in prison, and “poses a substantial flight risk” because of his “financial means and international connections to flee and remain at large.
