After nearly two years of intense investigation, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s sham Russia probe has failed to yield any evidence that President Trump colluded with Russia to STEAL the election from Hillary Clinton.
To make matters even worse, a new report suggests that Mueller’s indictment against 13 Russian nationals may face a humiliating dismissal.
On Friday, a new report suggested that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s February indictment against several Russian companies and over a dozen Russian citizens could face an embarrassing dismissal.
The 37-page indictment alleges that three Russian companies and 13 Russian citizens used social media and other means to interfere with the 2016 U.S. elections.

Last month, however, a pair of Washington-area lawyers suddenly surfaced in the case, notifying the court that they represent Concord Management. POLITICO reported at the time that the move appeared to be a bid to force Mueller’s team to turn over relevant evidence to the Russian firm and perhaps even to bait prosecutors into an embarrassing dismissal in order to avoid disclosing sensitive information.
Prosecutors on Mueller’s team revealed on Friday that lawyers Eric Dubelier and Kate Seikaly, who represent one of the Russian companies named in the indictment, made multiple requests demanding “nonpublic details about the case and the investigation.”
Dubelier and Seikaly accused Mueller’s team of having no regard for the court’s rules and suggested that they are just doing whatever they want without any legal authority to justify their actions.
“Defendant voluntarily appeared through counsel as provided for in [federal rules], and further intends to enter a plea of not guilty. Defendant has not sought a limited appearance nor has it moved to quash the summons. As such, the briefing sought by the Special Counsel’s motion is pettifoggery,” Dubelier and Seikaly said in a statement.
This is just the latest embarrassing developing for Mueller’s Russia investigation as a Virginia federal judge accused Mueller’s team of “lying,” saying that they only cared about trying to take down President Donald Trump.

Michelle Obama offended half the country as she spoke out at the Women’s Summit in Los Angeles on Saturday. The former first lady said stupid women voted for Donald Trump “when the best candidate was clearly a woman.” Thankfully, First Lady Melania Trump acted just in time to give her a nasty surprise.
Michelle Obama has been raking in the cash as she goes around the country speaking at liberal events. Yesterday, she was in Los Angeles at the Women’s Summit, some leftist convention where host Tracee Ellis Ross sat down with the former first lady to have a “conversation.”
One question Ross asked Michelle was how do we make sure that young girls grow up to think “beyond gender” and “to dream beyond limitations” with how our society is today? Michelle mused for a minute and decided this would be the Trump bashing portion of the presentation.
Michelle Obama said, “Sorry, in light of this last election, I’m concerned about us as women and how we think. And what is really going on. What is going on in our heads where we let that happen, you know?”
She continued, “When the most qualified person running was a woman, and look what we did instead, I mean that says something about where we are. Forget everybody else. That’s what we have to explore, because if we as women are still suspicious of one another, if we still have this crazy, crazy bar for each other that we don’t have for men.”
Michelle finished with, “If we are still doing that today. If we’re not comfortable with the notion that a woman could be our president compared to … what, then we have to have those conversations with ourselves as women.”
Hilarious, isn’t she? According to Michelle, “how did we [women] let that happen” translates into any women who voted for Trump was stupid. Well, Michelle wasn’t in charge of the women who voted for Trump, thank God, and she didn’t “let anything happen.” She’s not that powerful.
Actor James Woods thought so too, tweeting to Ms. Obama, “You didn’t ‘let’ anything happen. The citizens of the United States, through the power of the Constitution, duly elected a President of their choice. May come as a shock to you, madam, but the People speak in America. We don’t do what you ‘let’ us do.”
Female Trump supporters agreed, with Twitter user Carole posting, “Dear @MichelleObama Here’s OUR FOREVER FIRST LADY.”
In fact, Michelle Obama’s comment, bashing women who voted for Trump as stupid, might be her reality, but it’s not accurate at all. It’s not what really happened. Smart women weren’t duped to vote for a gender. We did our homework and learned Hillary Clinton wasn’t on our side as women, she was an opportunist who used her political position to commit crimes.
The former first lady’s timing was perfect in bashing women who voted for Trump. Our first lady will be front and center in the Rose Garden on Monday as she expands her role. This flies in the face of Michelle Obama’s recent comments and makes her look like a fool.
CNN reports, “Melania Trump will announce her eagerly awaited formal platform Monday during a Rose Garden event, nearly 16 months into her tenure as first lady. While Trump has since September of last year said she plans to focus her efforts on the well-being of children, she had yet to define what exactly that means, instead delving into a broad range of topics under a wide umbrella of issues.”
They add, “That changes with a planned Rose Garden announcement, her first speech from that historic location on the West Wing side of the White House, feet from the Oval Office.”
Former First Lady Michelle Obama did not announce her “Let’s Move” campaign until February 2010, 11 months into her tenure in the position, according to CNN. So for all the naysayers who constantly complain Melania isn’t “doing anything,” maybe it’s time they laid off the first lady.
In fact, Melania had been more of a traditional first lady, which makes the leftist go nuts. They were silent after she pulled off the first White House State Dinner without an event planner, doing something no recent first lady has ever done.
It all comes down to your values. This host at the Women’s Summit said to Michelle, “A girl who just dreams about her wedding is a sad thing we need to change.” Ms. Obama agreed. To those at that Women’s Summit, a young girl wanting a family and being a stay at home mom is obscene.
That is why we love Melania Trump. She has been a successful businesswoman in her own right, but she chose to be “just a mom,” after she had her son Barron. Raising a family is probably the most important job in the world, and traditional values should never go out of style.

This is an amazing story about a 13-year-old boy who was deemed ‘brain dead’ after a small utility trailer he was in flipped over.
Against all odds he regained consciousness after his parents had signed papers to donate his organs.
Trenton McKinley, of Mobile, Ala., was hospitalized two months ago, Fox News reports.
“I hit the concrete and the trailer landed on top of my head. After that, I don’t remember anything,” Trenton told FOX10.
Trenton suffered seven skull fractures from the accident. His parents recalled doctors saying their son “would never be normal again.”
“All I saw was a stretcher with his feet hanging out. He was dead a total of 15 minutes,” Trenton’s mother, Jennifer Reindl, told FOX10. “When he came back, they said he would never be normal again. They told me the oxidation problems would be so bad to his brain, that he would be a vegetable if he even made it.”
Trenton was brain dead and was barely breathing in the days following the crash, FOX10 reported. His mother ultimately decided to sign papers to donate Trenton’s organs that would benefit five children who needed transplants.
“Five kids needed organs that matched him,” Reindl said. “It was unfair to keep bringing him back, because it was just damaging his organs even more.”
A day before doctors were going to take Trenton off of life support, the 13-year-old began showing signs of brain activity and movement. Trenton began breathing on his own and woke up speaking full sentences in late March, his mother wrote on a Facebook fundraising page.
Trenton still has a long road to recovery and suffers nerve pain and daily seizures. He has had three brain surgeries and will have another procedure to reconnect the missing piece of his skull.
Trenton said he believes he went to heaven before he came back to life.
“I was in an open field walking straight,” Trenton recalled. “There’s no other explanation but God. There’s no other way. Even doctors said it.”

Report Dick’s Sporting Goods Lobbying Congress for Gun Control

A report published Monday indicates Dick’s Sporting Goods hired three lobbyist for the purposes of lobbying Congress on matters “related to gun control.”
The Federalist reports that the “disclosure form” related to the lobbyists listed no reason other than gun control for their acquisition. The three lobbyists are comprised of two Democrats and one Republican.
Forms show that Dick’s “gun control lobbying effort began official on April 27, 2018.”
On February 28, 2018—exactly two weeks after the heinous attack on Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School—Dick’s announced they would cease selling “assault rifles.” They made a similar announcement after Adam Lanza stole guns from his mother and attacked Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Dick’s also made clear they would no longer sell “high capacity” magazines and they adopted a policy of not selling long guns to citizens under the age of 21, although federal law allows the sale of long guns to persons 18 and older.
On April 17, 2018, Breitbart News reported that Dick’s was destroying their unsold “assault rifles,” rather than sending them back to their respective manufacturers. Dick’s also chose to destroy their unsold “high capacity” magazines.
Dick’s gun salesman Griffin McCullar resigned his post as the company began adopting bans on certain types of firearms.
The Tribunist published McCullar’s resignation letter, which said:
I am putting in my two weeks notice. I greatly apologize as my job here has been great; the staff is phenomenal and very easy to work with, the management is full of great people, and the pay is good. I do not have one bad thing to say about this store. However I cannot be the face of these new gun policies in affect. I find them morally and constitutionally wrong. I refuse to be part of a corporation with these liberal policies. Again I truly apologize for the inconvenience.
He described himself as “the 20 year old employee, that is an avid hunter, who can no longer purchase firearms from the store in which he is a salesman at the gun counter.”

A key, if under-covered, aspect of the “Pakistani mystery man” story is that Imran Awan, the Pakistani-born IT aide of former DNC head Debbie Wasserman Schultz, took a laptop with username RepDWS after he was banned from the House computer network for “unauthorized access to data,” and then left it in a phone booth with a letter to prosecutors.
On Friday, President Donald Trump tweeted: “Just heard the Campaign was sued by the Obstructionist Democrats. This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused to give to the FBI, the Debbie Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani mystery man and Clinton Emails.”
Trump appears to have accurately identified a key issue with the “Pakistani mystery man” that comes straight from court documents.
Lawyers for Pakistani-born Imran Awan currently have a copy of the contents of a laptop with the username RepDWS
Wasserman Schultz wanted to block prosecutors from seeing what was on it
Imran’s lawyers have attempted to set up a situation where it is up to Imran whether prosecutors can see the laptop, claiming “attorney client privilege”
Other analysts say the laptop should be fair game for review
Each twist has increased the intrigue:
On Feb. 2, 2017, Imran was banned from the House computer network for making “unauthorized access” to congressional data, according to the House inspector general
This happened not long after Wasserman Schultz was fired from the DNC after a cyber breach, yet she refused to fire Imran or even put him on paid leave, claiming that an IT aide didn’t need to access the internet to do his job
Wasserman Schultz’s refusal to fire him meant he had continued physical access to the congressional office buildings, even though all of his other part-time employers fired him and he knew there was an ongoing criminal investigation
On April 5, 2017, despite not being allowed to connect to the House network, he was in possession of a laptop with the username RepDWS and left it in a phone booth, where it was picked up by police who confiscated it because they recognized that it was left there by a criminal suspect
Let that sink in. A Pakistani IT aide, who had just been fired by all his other employers for being a suspected hacker, left a laptop with the username RepDWS in a phone booth. The laptop was placed next to a letter to prosecutors. What it said is not publicly known.
The cache of documents also included copies of Awan’s ID (which assured that police tied the laptop to a criminal suspect and seized it as evidence rather than returning it as lost property) and a note that said “attorney client privilege,” which put the laptop into legal limbo.
It is not clear whether the laptop was left out of carelessness or was potentially stolen and possibly planted for police to find.

It may have been left there late at night. Building staff called police at 12:21 a.m. to report “an unattended bag in the phone booth on the 2nd floor.” Imran’s attorney said in court that it was snatched by police while he had stepped out of the phone booth to search for better reception: “What occurred is a backpack from my client was found, he was trying to get a better signal, there was a note that said attorney client privilege and a hard drive.” Gowen later offered TheDCNF a seemingly conflicting account, saying in an email: “He wasn’t there late at night that is just false.”
The phone booth is in the Rayburn House Office Building. Wasserman Schultz’s office is in Longworth, a different building.
When that didn’t work, she escalated, raising the prospect of re-arranging the Capitol Police’s entire board to prevent Verderosa from being a voting member, and lamented that not all of the board’s members were subject to oversight by her committee. Questioning Verderosa’s boss, Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving, she said: “We have had jurisdictional issues and a challenging time conducting oversight because of the structure of the Capitol Police Board and there — there being a (inaudible) line rather than a direct line to us in terms of being able to hold the board accountable.”
“I’d like to know, sergeant, if you think that we should be looking at restructuring the way the board makes decisions so that we can establish a more direct line of accountability … At the end of the day, [the chief] doesn’t have a decision-making role,” Wasserman Shultz continued
