Nunes Hits Sessions With Severe Consequences If He Doesn’t Stand Up To Mueller

Attorney General Jeff Sessions got some bad news on Sunday from House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes when the latter appeared on “Fox & Friends.” The time for Sessions to stand on the sidelines and watch, as the president who appointed him is being victimized by a witch hunt to end his presidency, is over. If he did not know it before, he better pay attention now.

Hours after President Donald Trump’s attorney, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, spoke to Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro and told her it was time for Sessions to end the Mueller probe, Rep. Nunes said that Sessions would be held accountable for his lack of action. Rep. Nunes gave a phone interview to “Fox & Friends” and let the attorney general know that the time for complacency was over.

Rep. Nunes scolded the attorney general for “abuses” of FISA court counterintelligence wiretaps “and other matters.” He said that Sessions had ignored a subpoena demanding information on what led to approving the wiretaps on President Trump’s campaign aide Carter Page.
“Then on Thursday we discovered that they are not going to comply with our subpoena,” Rep. Nunes said. He told the “Fox & Friends” hosts that Sessions reluctance to comply with the subpoena left only one choice.

“The only thing that’s left that we can do is we have to move quickly to hold the attorney general of the United States in contempt, and that’s what I’m going to press for this week,” Rep. Nunes said. “We’ve asked for very important information, it’s still classified. Because of the way they conducted this information, most of this information is classified. But because this is so important, I’m not going to take any excuse to say, ‘Oh we’re harming national security.’”
“How many times have we heard that argument throughout this entire investigation? We’ve had to take people to court to get the information. We shouldn’t have had to take Fusion GPS to court in order to find out that the Democrats and the Hillary Clinton campaign had paid for the dirty dossier. We shouldn’t have had to do that.” the California representative said. “We’re just not going to take this nonsense of, every time we peel something back, every time we need information we get ignored, we get stalled, we get stonewalled and then lo and behold we get accused of, we’re going to destroy the nations’ ability to keep it secure.”

Rep. Nunes said that “the next step this week is … we will probably have to go to court to enforce this subpoena,” he said. He mentioned that the Congress did the same thing with former Attorney General Eric Holder and former IRS Exempt Organizations Unit Director Lois Lerner.

Rep. Nunes said that it is possible that Sessions is not “even aware of our request,” he told the hosts. “I think we need to talk to the attorney general to make sure he understands the significance of this request. I’ve already talked to the director of the FBI (to tell him that) we need this request. This just can’t continue where we don’t get information in a timely manner. Like I said, everything we try to get they try to stop us from getting.”

This is a major step as the walls are starting to come in on Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation. It was Friday when a federal judge told Mueller’s attorney team that he wanted to see the proof that says the team had the authority to prosecute President Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort on charges that went back a decade before the 2016 presidential election. The judge insinuated that the only reason Manafort was being prosecuted was to pressure him to give the investigators something to get the president on.
Now, Rep. Nunes, in not so many words, is accusing Sessions of being a part of the deep state cabal that wants the president removed from office. If they didn’t learn the lesson during the election, they will now. President Trump and his allies do not back down from a fight.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has been connected to the terrorist organization Hamas, a federal judge said in a July 2009 ruling.

An FBI chart has surfaced depicting connections between the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas. Obtained by the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, the chart shows CAIR falling under the umbrella of the jihadi outfit.

The FBI declaration submitted in connection with removal proceedings for Nabil Sadoun (a former top CAIR official) said PALCOM members used coded language to discuss the “true nature” of their clandestine operations in support of Hamas. During a Philadelphia conference, which was being wiretapped by the FBI, they “referred to Hamas as ‘Samah’–Hamas spelled backwards–or simply as ‘the Movement,’” the FBI declaration said.
CAIR was “subsequently founded” after the Philly Conference, where attendees discussed the “need to create a new front organization” for Hamas, the FBI declaration said, with PALCOM tasking Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad to chair the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). A third founder, Nabil Sadoun, would join shortly thereafter as Vice-Chairman of CAIR. According to the FBI, Sadoun was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and “was affiliated with Hamas.” Sadoun was also involved with other organizations that solicited funding for Hamas. At one point, he brought Hamas chairman Khaled Mashaal to keynote a conference in Oklahoma City, the FBI declaration reveals.

NEW YORK — Following an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York, a Dominican national was sentenced Friday to an additional 30 years’ imprisonment after being convicted of hiring others to viciously slash his ex-girlfriend (“Victim-1”) on June 2, 2015 in the Bronx, New York, and to murder her boyfriend (“Victim-2”) on March 20, 2016 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Omar Adonis Guzman-Martinez, 46, planned and caused others to carry out those crimes while incarcerated in the Federal Correctional Institution at Fort Dix, New Jersey (“FCI Fort Dix”), using contraband cellphones to stalk, threaten, and induce others to commit crimes of violence against his victims.

“Even while incarcerated, Guzman-Martinez thought that he was above the law. It was under his command that one individual was slashed and another was murdered,” said Angel M. Melendez, special agent in charge for HSI New York. “But, it is clear that his actions are not without consequence. His connection to these violent crimes has more than doubled his time in prison, and today’s sentencing serves as notice to criminals like Guzman-Martinez that they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
“Omar Adonis Guzman-Martinez, already serving a prison term on narcotics charges, ordered and oversaw the brutal slashing of his ex-girlfriend and the cold-blooded contract killing of her boyfriend. Today he has rightly been handed a lengthy additional prison term for the murder and mayhem he orchestrated from his prison cell,” said U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Geoffrey S. Berman.

According to the indictment, other filings in Manhattan federal court, and statements made in court proceedings, throughout his incarceration in the United States, Guzman-Martinez used contraband cellphones to engage in a course of conduct intended to harass, intimidate, and threaten Victim-1. As part of that course of conduct, Guzman-Martinez, among other things, caused co-conspirators to slash Victim-1 and to murder Victim-2, as described below.
Specifically, in mid-June 2015, while incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix, Guzman-Martinez began recruiting co-conspirators to carry out a violent slashing of Victim-1, with whom Guzman-Martinez has two children. Guzman-Martinez eventually found two young men from Puerto Rico (the “Slashers”) who agreed to cut Victim-1 in exchange for payment. Guzman-Martinez then arranged for the Slashers to fly from Puerto Rico to Orlando, Florida, where they tried to find an opportunity to attack Victim-1. When the Slashers failed to carry out the attack in Florida, Guzman-Martinez arranged for them and Victim-1 to travel to the Bronx, New York, where the Slashers carried out the attack using box cutters.

By late-2015, Guzman-Martinez had also started causing co-conspirators in the Dominican Republic to attempt to locate, stalk, surveil, and ultimately kill Victim-2, who was dating Victim-1 at the time. By March 2016, Guzman-Martinez had identified someone willing to carry out the shooting in return for payment (the “Shooter”), and he caused another co-conspirator to acquire a firearm for the Shooter to use. Shortly before 1:00 a.m. on March 20, 2016, outside a nightclub in Sabana Perdida, Santo Domingo, the Shooter shot Victim-2 in the back of the head, killing him. Victim-1 was present at the scene. Guzman-Martinez was in phone contact with co-conspirators as the shooting occurred and caused a sum of money to be paid to the Shooter for carrying out the murder.

In this investigation, HSI was assisted by the New York City Police Department and the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.

Mark Wahlberg is in the rare category of celebrities who understands that trashing President Donald Trump doesn’t bode well for his career and his fans don’t like it. More than just wanting to save his fame from backlash, he genuinely doesn’t share the same hate for our administration that the rest of Hollywood does. He didn’t shill hard for Hillary and doesn’t care that she lost. He’s too busy respecting our veterans and reaching out to them and wishes other celebrities would quit crying about politics and stick to entertaining.

Now, Wahlberg has had enough with all the divisive debauchery and just put these liberal whiners in their place with a brutally honest announcement he made.

There’s no shortage of celebrities in Hollywood who love to spew their hate from Trump and think fans should care about how mad they are about the man in the White House. While they’re busy complaining, Wahlberg has been working on his upcoming movie, “Patriot’s Day,” and putting his opinions out there in a positive way. His counterparts can’t understand this and he doesn’t care who he offends with the truth. Liberals everywhere weren’t prepared to hear what he put out there.

During a press junket for his film, Wahlberg was asked by a representative from Task And Purpose, a magazine dedicated to veterans, if he openly discusses his political opinions openly. Clearly, this came up since it’s the hottest trend in Hollywood right now to be political. The unapologetic actor responded in the least expected way with a message heard by all self-loathing leftists.
“A lot of celebrities did, do, and shouldn’t,” Wahlberg said. He then unloaded the best reason why it’s time for everyone in Hollywood to shut up and move on.

“You know, it just goes to show you that people aren’t listening to that anyway. They might buy your CD or watch your movie, but you don’t put food on their table. You don’t pay their bills,” he said, according to Fox News. “A lot of Hollywood is living in a bubble. They’re pretty out of touch with the common person, the everyday guy out there providing for their family.”

While all other actors are focused on trashing Trump, Wahlberg showed respect for him by choosing a different route when being political and making a real point.

Fox News reported: He pointed out that his decision to stay mum on policy issues comes from the fact that he spent his life around real Americans.

“Me, I’m very aware of the real world. I come from the real world and I exist in the real world,” he said. “And although I can navigate Hollywood and I love the business and the opportunities it’s afforded me, I also understand what it’s like not to have all that.”

Wahlberg doesn’t take the lifestyle and opportunities he has for granted like so many entitled celebrities do. But more importantly, he doesn’t take advantage of his public platform in a way that perpetuates hate and divisiveness in this country, just to get some attention on himself and his career. He knows what it’s like to live without basic means and hasn’t forgotten where he came from just because he has it all now.

It should be insulting to every American to hear an entitled actor in a multi-million dollar mansion, likely protected by a protective fence or wall, complain about the struggles they face now with Trump as their president. Trump isn’t working to make life better for them, he cares about the average American family and the very real struggles they’re dealing with, from the rising cost of healthcare to simply finding work.

Trump has made monumental improvements in major areas in record time, and that’s just the start. America is certainly better today than it was for eight years before him and there’s no denying that. People should be praising him, rather than constantly complaining simply for the fact that their candidate didn’t win over a year ago. It’s time for them to move on. We need more celebrities like Wahlberg, Clint Eastwood, and Roseanne Barr who aren’t afraid to speak the truth, support the president and oppose the major political rhetoric coming out of Hollywood.

Sorry, liberals, but there’s no stopping this Trump Train, and even progressive MSNBC has to admit it.

Thanks to 18-year low unemployment, a strong economy, and WORLD PEACE with North Korea, MSNBC announced President Trump will win his second term.
The unemployment rate dropped below 4 percent for the first time since 2000, prompting analysts to call it a “wow” number. It also provoked a surprising election analysis from MSNBC Morning Joe contributor Donny Deutsch on May 4.

“3.9 jobs, if he does the North Korea thing, ISIS. This man, unless there’s some real serious stuff in these indictments is gonna get reelected in a landslide,” Deutsch said following Sara Eisen’s update on April 2018 unemployment.

The CNBC correspondent and co-anchor Eisen told MSNBC about the “big headline 3.9 percent” unemployment, which is the lowest rate since December 2000. The Bureau of Labor Statistics also announced that 164,000 jobs had been added in April. They included a 32,000 job upward revision to the March numbers, and a downward revision of 2,000 to February’s data, for an added 30,000 total jobs.

Eisen called the 3.9 percent rate “a wow number” and said the stock market “loves this number.

The also told MSNBC there aren’t a lot of inflation signals so the Federal Reserve won’t need to be “super aggressive when it comes to interest rates.”

Of course, it wouldn’t be MSNBC’s Morning Joe if someone didn’t throw cold water on the administration. The show’s economic analyst Steve Rattner, told fellow Morning Joe panelists that “Donny is right, it’s a good number,” and “Sara is right” that the numbers are at a “sweet spot,” before implying that the economy won’t remain this good.

“I take Donny’s point, in the fall of 2020, if the economy looks like this, it will be very good for Donald Trump,” Rattner admitted, but added it “has a long way to go from here to there without some kind of economic bump in the road.”
