The liberal elites still can’t stand that Trump proved them all wrong and won the election, and they are out for blood.

The pathetic attempts by the left to impeach the president are becoming increasingly more laughable. Their irrational anger is on full display, especially Maxine Waters, who is currently begging for Trump to resign so that she doesn’t have to keep fighting for his impeachment.

The drawn-out Russia investigation, which is nothing more than a bogus witch hunt, is another dog and pony show that conservatives are getting a good laugh out of.

Special counselor Mueller has embarrassingly revealed his incompetency multiple times while spearheading this calamity. From indicting a Russian company that doesn’t exist to covering up his own shady dealings with the Russian government, Mueller has proven himself to be utterly untrustworthy.

We all knew this investigation was a deep state kangaroo court from the start, but Trump’s legal team has just revealed how truly toothless this whole charade is.

President Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani said Wednesday that special counsel Robert Mueller’s team has concluded they cannot indict a sitting president.

“All they get to do is write a report,” Mr. Giuliani told CNN. “They can’t indict. At least they acknowledged that to us after some battling, they acknowledged that to us.”

Mr. Mueller’s power to indict the president has been hotly debated since the investigation started last year. It appears that Justice Department guidelines limit the special counsel to issue a report or make a referral to Congress.

Precedent has already been set with the Justice Department that a sitting President can only be impeached, not indicted. And for Trump to be impeached, there has to be evidence of a high crime, which Mueller and his goons cannot make appear.

That’s what this whole circus is about. This investigation is looking for a crime where there isn’t one.

Mueller, Clinton, Obama, Comey, Clapper, Rubinstein, and the gang—theyare attempting a coup to overthrow a duly elected US President, and they are the ones who should be indicted.

If they had any real proof Trump colluded with Russia, they would have leaked it to the mainstream media by now. Eventually, they will be forced to admit that they have nothing on our president, and Mueller can go be a waste of space somewhere else.

Now, if this investigation can end and we can get our wasted tax dollars back, that’d be great.

GOP Senator Reveals New Border Wall Plan—America Won’t Have To Pay A Cent

In a recent interview, a Republican senator proposed a new way to fund the border wall.

The best part?

He has a legislative path to make it a reality, and better still, his plan is sure to make true patriots smile.

We know the Southern border will never be secure without an actual wall, right? Coyotes—the people who sneak across the border—just laugh at our current measures.

Some parts of the border are completely unguarded, while others have flimsy fencing or easily-climbable barriers. Border patrol does not have enough man power to guard it all.

Despite this disturbing fact, Congress refuses to act; even with many Republicans in both chambers, they are not funding Trump’s biggest promise. It seems like many conservatives don’t really want to end illegal immigration…

But now a fantastic new strategy has emerged, thanks to one imaginative senator. It will make Mexico pay after all, in a brilliant move.

“Republican Sen. Bill Cassidy (La.) said he believes the United States should ‘confiscate’ money from Mexican drug cartels to fund President Donald Trump’s proposed border wall during an interview with Breitbart News.

‘The cartels move about $110 billion a year from the United States to Mexico,’ Cassidy told the conservative news outlet.
If we can stop that, confiscate that money, we can use cartel money to build the wall. It won’t be the Mexican government, it’ll be the Mexican cartels [paying for the wall], and that’s probably the better party to build it.’

Cassidy also told the outlet he believed sanctuary cities should ‘pay consequences’ for shielding immigrants living in the U.S. illegally from deportation within their boundaries.”

How perfect is that?

Mexico might be opposed to this seizure of funds, as many top Mexican officials are in collusion with the cartels. But they have no say in what America does.

Much of the delay in building the wall has been about funding, after all. Democrats and some Republicans don’t want to use billions of U.S. tax dollars to fund the project, and that makes sense.

Therefore, this plan should have everyone on board: this money will be taken from criminals. They have no right to it, anyway, and using it to build security against them would be appropriate.

The only politicians against such a move are people who don’t want the wall at all.

They have to openly explain to the public that they’d rather let drug dealers and terrorists enter America than have a secure border. For all their “resistance,” though, Democrats are too cowardly to admit that.

President Trump’s new attorney, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani came out swinging against Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Giuliani called Mueller’s bluff and announced that if the witch-hunt subpoenas President Trump, the legal team will challenge it.
This statement comes after Mueller reportedly told Trump’s legal team that the president cannot be indicted.

President Trump‘s attorney Rudy Giuliani said on Wednesday that if special counsel Robert Mueller subpoenas Trump, their team will challenge it.

“We’re going to see what legal remedies are available to us, including if they [Mueller’s team] subpoena us, challenge the subpoena,” Giuliani told Fox News’s Laura Ingraham Wednesday night.

Giuliani said the president cannot be subpoenaed because his position guarantees him immunity based on the Constitution. However, no federal laws or rulings from the High Court have barred a sitting president from being subpoenaed.

Giuliani also said the president would not fire Mueller if he didn’t conclude the federal probe into alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

“No, no, we’re not going to fire anybody, then we just start from day one again,” he said.

According to Giuliani, Trump’s legal team has met with Mueller’s team once.

Earlier on Wednesday, Giuliani said Mueller informed him that Trump cannot be indicted because he is a sitting president. Mueller’s team can only write a report at the conclusion of its investigation, he said.

“They can’t indict. At least they acknowledged that to us after some battling, they acknowledged that to us,” Giuliani told CNN.
Giuliani also told the network that he believes the Constitution prevents the indictment of a sitting president. The Constitution does not explicitly prevent the indictment of a sitting president, but most legal experts agree that sitting presidents are granted immunity from prosecution implicitly by the document.

The comments come as Mueller’s probe into alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Moscow hits its one year mark. Trump has denied any such collusion, referring to the investigation numerous times as a “witch hunt.”

Well, well, well, looks like Stormy’s lawyer is getting a dose of justice, thanks to the California Bar Association, who is now officially investigating the “carnival barker” attorney for the aging porn star.

Seattle attorney David Nold filed a complaint against Michael Avenatti back in March, claiming Avenatti defrauded the state and federal government while he was the owner of a Seattle coffee chain.
Nold claims Avenatti pulled a “pump and dump” tax scheme on federal and state authorities and duped them out of millions of dollars.

Michael Avenatti, porn star Stormy Daniels’ attorney, is being investigated by the California State Bar, a new report reveals.

Seattle attorney David Nold filed a complaint against Avenatti on March 26, as The Daily Caller News Foundation previously reported. Nold accused Avenatti of defrauding the state and federal government as the owner of a Seattle coffee chain.

“In essence, he bought a company out of bankruptcy and then used it for a ‘pump and dump’ scheme to deprive federal and state taxing authorities of millions of dollars,” Nold said in the complaint.

An April 18 letter Fox News obtained on Wednesday shows Avenatti is now under investigation. The state bar only launches a “full investigation” if the attorney reviewing the complaint “sees evidence of a serious violation,” according to its website.

“The complaint against attorney Michael J. Avenatti has been reviewed and forwarded to the Enforcement Unit for further investigation and prosecution, if warranted,” the letter states, according to Fox News.

Avenatti previously dismissed Nold’s complaint in a statement to the Seattle Times but has yet to provide any evidence refuting the accusations.

The porn star’s lawyer threatened to sue TheDCNF’s journalists on Monday for reporting on his history of shady business dealing. Avenatti has yet to demonstrate a single factual inaccuracy in TheDCNF’s reporting.
