Stormy Daniels Just Got Rude Awakening From The FBI! OUCH!

Stormy Daniels is once again in the news, but this time it’s because her manager, Gina Rodriguez has been subpoenaed by the FBI since reports are now confirming that Rodriguez has disclosed information to the FBI about Daniels attempt to sell the story of the alleged affair with Donald Trump for $200k in the months leading up to the 2016 Presidential election.

To make matters worse for Stormy, the FBI also required Rodriguez to submit any communications between herself and the president’s personal attorney Michael Cohen, Stormy’s attorney, and any communications between Rodriguez and Stormy herself. This move was brought on after the FBI learned that Rodriguez spoke with multiple celeb gossip magazines, TV shows, and even websites in hopes of finding a buyer for Stormy’s alleged affair story.

Rodriguez’s scheme fell apart though when Stormy took the $130k from Trump’s attorney instead of the $200k they had planned to sell the story for. If this is proven true, then it once again proves Stormy Daniels is likely a liar after she has said on multiple occasions that the President’s lawyer reached out to her out of the blue and she was never trying to profit from the alleged affair.

Rodriguez is a former adult star who quit the business back in 2008. She has represented others in the industry as well as Stormy, Some of these have been Octomom and Sydney Leathers who is the famed texting partner of Anthony “Carlos Danger” Weiner.
CNN also covered Rodriguez and her issues with the FBI: “Stormy Daniels’ former manager, who helped broker her confidentiality agreement, is cooperating with the FBI as part of its probe of an arrangement she struck with Donald Trump’s lawyer, according to a source with knowledge of the investigation.

Gina Rodriguez responded to a subpoena by handing over records to the FBI. Some of those documents pertain to the 2016 hush money agreement signed by Daniels and Michael Cohen, President Trump’s personal attorney. Cohen signed the agreement on behalf of a shell company he owned known as Essential Consultants LLC, according to the source.

Rodriguez has signed a confidentiality agreement that keeps her from talking about the Daniels deal with Cohen, the source said.
In the documents Rodriguez handed over to the FBI, there is evidence that Daniels — an adult film star whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford — was working an initial deal with Cohen on October 10, 2016. Daniels was being represented in that deal by Rodriguez and Daniels’ then-attorney Keith Davidson, according to the same source.

As CNN previously reported, that deal fell through when Cohen failed to pay the money. Eighteen days later, the second deal was finalized by Daniels and Cohen.

Around the same time negotiations with Cohen were going on behind the scenes, Daniels and her manager were shopping a story to several media organizations about Daniels’ alleged affair with Trump a decade ago.

Cohen has said that the President did not have a sexual relationship with Daniels. Trump has said he knew nothing of the financial arrangement between his lawyer and Daniels.

But during a recent phone interview with Fox News, Trump said Cohen “represents me like with this crazy Stormy Daniels deal, he represented me.”
Daniels is suing Cohen and Trump, and Essential Consultants LLC, in federal court in California over the legality of the 2016 hush agreement in which she was paid $130,000 to keep quiet about her alleged affair with Trump.”

Stormy Daniels 15 minutes of fame might be up. Critics believe she used the story about the affair as a way to spark her dancing and/or adult career. Daniels was basically an unknown in the adult world before the incident of the alleged affair with Donald Trump. Now she appears to be a household name, however, it’s probably not the way someone wants to be popular.

Stunning revelations are rocking the Washington, D.C. swamp. We now know the name of the well-known Republican politico who infiltrated President Donald Trump’s campaign as a spy at the behest of former President Barack Obama. The swamp is on fire as the mind-blowing details of this spy’s dirty deeds come to light, and Trump is furiously ready to take them all down.

The bogus “Russia-Trump” investigation was started by fired former FBI Director James Comey on July 31, 2016. The issue at hand for Rep. Devin Nunes, who heads the House Intel Committee, has been the FBI and DOJ’s refusal to turn over certain classified documents which will shed light on why the investigation was started in the first place.

This is the crux of Robert Mueller’s existence, who took over the FBI’s “Russia-Trump” counter-intel investigation and turned it into a Special Counsel investigation. What happened that caused Comey and his cabal to actually spy on a political campaign? What caused them to take the drastic measures to deny Americans their Constitutional rights to privacy?

Those burning questions have been answered, and it’s blowing people’s minds. A man named Stefan Halper happened. Mr. Halper is the secret Obama spy sent by the cabal at FBI and CIA to manufacture evidence against two minor players in the Trump campaign.
This caused Trump to tweet, “Reports are there was indeed at least one FBI representative implanted, for political purposes, into my campaign for president. It took place very early on, and long before the phony Russia Hoax became a “hot” Fake News story. If true – all time biggest political scandal!”

Remember, at first they said it was the “Russian dossier” which sparked the investigation. When that dossier became totally outed as a complete lie, the cabal switched to blaming two men hardly connected to the Trump campaign, Carter Page and George Papadopoulos.

Here’s where Halper comes in, and this is the part the swamp rats are still trying like hell to hide. Stefan Halper is a Cambridge University professor who has ties with the CIA and British intelligence. He also has ties to the Nixon, Ford, and Bush administrations. He’s a well-known politico who supported Hillary Clinton in 2016 and acted as a spy trying to entrap Carter Page and George Papadopoulos.

Halper stalked both Page and Papadopoulos for months. Halper’s ploy was to pretend to be with them supporting Trump while another spy, a Maltese professor named Joseph Mifsud, was feeding them information, saying, “the Russians had stolen emails embarrassing to Clinton.”
Halper pretty much struck out with Page, but the cabal thought they struck gold with a contrived incident that they arranged in London with Papadopoulos. First, Halper contacts Papadopoulos in July 2016 and offers him $3000 dollars to write a policy paper about energy issues in Turkey, Cyprus, and Israel.

Secondly, according to the Daily Caller, “[Halper] contacted Papadopoulos [again] on Sept. 2 with an offer to fly the Trump associate to London for several nights to discuss the policy paper. Papadopoulos and Halper met several times during that stay, having dinner one night at the Travellers Club, an Old London

The suspect in the Texas high school shooting that killed at least 10 people, has been identified as 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis, an honor student at Sante Fe High School, just outside of Houston.

Dimitrios Pagourtzis is the teenage shooting suspect who allegedly shouted “surprise” before opening fire on students and teachers at Santa Fe High School in Texas. Multiple people were killed at the school. In the initial aftermath, KHOU reported that eight people were killed. That number eventually rose to 10, with officials saying that nine students and one adult had been killed.

The school is located 36 miles outside of Houston and has around 1,400 students enrolled. The majority of the fatalities are students. The suspect was first named by CBS News as Dimitrios Pagourtzis, 17.

The Santa Fe Independent School District posted on Facebook at around 8 a.m. local time on May 18 that Santa Fe High School was being placed on lockdown due to an active shooter event. At around 10 a.m., officials said that the scene was no longer active with Galveston County Commissioner Joe Giusti saying there were “multiple fatalities.”

A second person was detained at the scene in relation to the shooting.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. Pagourtzis Posted a Photo of a T-Shirt With the Words ‘Born to Kill’ Emblazoned Across it
On April 30, Pagourtzis posted a photo to Facebook of a t-shirt with the words, “Born to Kill” written across it. CW39 reports that witnesses saw the Santa Fe High School suspect wearing a “Born to Kill” t-shirt and “army boots.” Those witnesses added that the suspect is “quiet” and “kept to himself.”

According to his now-deleted Facebook page, Pagourtzis is in the 11th grade at Santa Fe High School. Also on that page, Pagourtzis promoted a YouTube channel under the pseudonym Comma Kazi. The channel features three uploaded videos of various rap songs. The last update came in 2013.
In October 2016, Pagourtzis was noted as playing “a huge role” in a 14-0 victory for the Santa Fe JV football team. While in 2013, the Galveston County Daily News listed Pagourtzis as an honor student at Santa Fe Junior High School.

2. A Tumblr Page Thought to Belong to Pagourtzis Makes Reference to Nikolas Cruz
A Tumblr blog page that appears to belong to Dimitrios Pagourtzis makes reference to the accused Parkland, Florida, high school shooting suspect Nikolas Cruz. That page is titled, “I do not condone.” The Cruz posted shows a picture of the accused shooter in court with a caption reading, “When a bitch mutters something under their breath after the argument is over.” The page also features photos of students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School mocking the see-through bookbag plan that was put in place at the school.

An Instagram page that also appears to belong to Pagourtzis shows just three photos. One shows a handgun and a knife while another shows a shooting arcade computer game. Pagourtzis wrote in the bio section, “Numb.”

Initial reports indicated that the suspect was armed with a sawed-off shotgun, a pistol and was carrying pipe bombs. ABC Houston reported shortly after Pagourtzis’ arrest that police surrounded a home along Highway 6 in the area with authorities saying it was possible that there were explosives inside. That scene was around a mile away from Santa Fe High School. KPRC’s Jake Reiner was at the scene and said that a law enforcement told him, “There’s a bomb,” in the mobile home.

The shooting began during an art class. Speaking to CW39, sophomore Dakota Shrader described the scene saying, “I’m still scared, my heart is broken for all these people. It’s just something that I did not want to go through, especially on a Friday. As soon as I heard that alarm, it didin’t sound like the fire alarm so I was scared wondering what that alarm was and as soon as we got outside, ‘run, run, run’ is all I heard.”

According to the University of Texas Medical Branch, one middle aged man was brought to their hospital. The man is in critical condition after undergoing surgery. He was shot in the chest. KHOU’s Michelle Choi repo

Harris County officials confirm at least eight fatalities following a shooting Friday morning at Santa Fe High School, 36 miles southeast of Houston.

UPDATE: 11:15 am

Santa Fe Independent School District (ISD) announced via Facebook that “possible explosive devices” were located at the school and off campus.

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzales told assembled media at 10:45 am local time that currently “eight to 10 fatalities” are accounted for. The figures include students and adult staff. One possible male student is in custody and a second person of interest of student age was also apprehended. A Sante Fe ISD police officer was injured at the scene. The sheriff would not describe the type or types of weapons used or found at the active crime scene.

A “federal law enforcement source” confirms to the Houston Chronicle that “multiple fatalities” were suffered during the shooting. KTRK law enforcement sources report that the single shooter “appears to be a student.”

KTRK reports that law enforcement sources say eight fatalities are currently accounted for.

A spokesman for the UTMB Medical Center noted shortly after 10:00am local time that three patients are currently receiving treatment for “gunshot wounds.” Two patients are reported as adults and another is “under 18.”

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office announced via Twitter the “multiple casualty incident” is no longer active.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton released the following statement in response to the shooting:

The thoughts and prayers of all Texans are with the people of Santa Fe and those affected by today’s tragic shooting. As horrific reports come out of Santa Fe High School, my office stands ready to assist local law enforcement as needed.

UPDATE: 9:15 am

The Sante Fe ISD released a second statement via Facebook noting that the “situation is active, but has been contained.” The district confirmed injuries but did not elaborate on whether they involved students or staff. All other campuses within the school district remain unaffected and are open according to regular scheduling.

Santa Fe High School leadership tells KTRK that the alleged shooter is in custody.

Galveston County Sheriff Maj. Douglas Hudson tells the Associated Press that units responded to reports of shots fired believed to have occurred around 7:45am local time in an art class. Students on the scene told KTRK about hearing fire alarm bells triggering an evacuation. At that time, shots were reportedly fired.

The Department of Justice appears to be hiding Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s budget from the American people. Among other hidden things that are now coming to light, Mueller has some 17 lawyers many of which have direct ties to either the Clintons or the Obamas, digging into President Donald Trump and his administration and associates with virtually no oversight.

The Washington Post reported that Mueller submitted a proposed budget to the Justice Department, “but officials declined to make the document public and committed only to releasing reports of the team’s expenditures every six months.” This is a departure from the usual protocol as even WaPo notes – “When Patrick J. Fitzgerald, at the time a U.S. attorney, was appointed as special counsel to investigate the leak of the identity of CIA Officer Valerie Plame, the U.S. Government Accountability Office audited his expenditure statements every six months and released them publicly.”

Given that lack of oversight, Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) concerning the budget and administrative records of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. Judicial Watch is led by attorney Tom Fitton and is an American conservative activist and watchdog group that files Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits to investigate potential misconduct by government officials.

The case is known as Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice with a case number of 1:17-cv-02079 in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. The lawsuit was originally filed after the Department of Justice failed to respond to a July 10, 2017, FOIA request seeking the following information:
A copy of the budget prepared and submitted by Robert S. Mueller III or his staff in his capacity as appointed “Special Counsel to oversee the previously-confirmed FBI investigation of Russian government efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election and related matters.” Temporal scope of this request is from 17 May 2017 to 10 July 2017.

A copy of all guidance memoranda and communications by which the Justice Management Division will review the Special Counsel’s Office’s “Statement of Expenditures” prior to or for the purpose of making each public. Temporal scope of this request is from 1 June 2017 to present.

A copy of each document scoping, regulating, or governing the Special Counsel’s Office appointed under the leadership of Mueller III. Temporal scope of this request is from 17 May 2017 to present.

According to Tom Fitton, in an op-ed via TheHill.com:

“Three suspicious activities stand out, all intertwined: The so-called Comey Memos, Comey’s controversial testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee and Comey’s book deal.

After Comey was fired by President Trump on May 9, 2017, he arranged to give the New York Times a Feb. 14, 2017 memorandum he had written about a one-on-one conversation with Trump regarding former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. The New York Times published a report about the memo on May 16, 2017. Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed the following day.

On June 8, 2017, Comey testified under oath before the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, where he stated he authored as many as nine such memos. Regarding the Flynn memo, Comey admitted: “I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter [for The New York Times]. I didn’t do it myself for a variety of reasons, but I asked him to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel.”
Comey also testified about President Trump’s firing of him, and he detailed multiple conversations with President Trump, during which Comey confirmed he told President Trump three times that he was not a target of investigation. Judicial Watch is pursuing numerous FOIA lawsuits relating to Comey’s memoranda and FBI exit records as well a lawsuit for Justice Department communications about Comey’s Senate testimony. The American people deserve to know what, if any, complicity his former colleagues had in drafting that testimony and/or in engineering the appointment of Robert Mueller.

The day before Comey’s testimony, Fox News reported: “A source close to James Comey tells Fox News the former FBI director’s Senate testimony has been ‘closely coordinated’ with Robert Mueller…”. Comey may have violated the law in leaking his official FBI memos to the media, and it would be a scandal if Comey coordinated his Senate testimony with Mr. Mueller’s special counsel office.
