REPORT: FBI Agent Who Interviewed Flynn is Gearing Up to Throw Comey and McCabe UNDER THE BUS

According to reports, Joe Pientka, the FBI agent who interviewed General Michael Flynn along with agent Peter Strzok is gearing up to testify against both James Comey and Andrew McCabe.

One last thing. At the end of his letter, Grassley asked the FBI to “make Special Agent Joe Pientka available for a transcribed interview with committee staff.” Pientka is thought to be one of the two agents (with Peter Strzok) who interviewed Flynn on Jan. 24, 2017, and who Comey said did not believe Flynn was lying. Pientka’s account of the Flynn interview would be critical to understanding the case — and in terms of public credibility, Pientka would not have the baggage of Strzok, whose text exchanges with fellow FBI agent Lisa Page are under investigation both inside the Justice Department and on Capitol Hill.

In a report by investigative journalist Sara Carter earlier this month, she revealed that both Pientka and Strzok did not believe Flynn was lying, but that McCabe was looking for “a reason, any reason, to make it look like Flynn was lying.”
Friday is the deadline for the FBI and Justice Department to give the Senate Judiciary Committee key documents in the Michael Flynn case.

It won’t happen, because that’s not how the current FBI and Justice Department deal with congressional demands involving the Trump-Russia affair. But sooner or later, Judiciary Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, is likely to get his way.

In a May 11 letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Grassley noted that more than a year ago, on Feb. 15, 2017, the Judiciary Committee requested a copy of the transcript of a Dec. 2016 phone call between Flynn and Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak. It was that call that led the FBI to go to the White House to question the newly installed national security adviser on Jan. 24, 2017, just four days into the Trump administration. And it was that questioning that led to Flynn pleading guilty to lying to the FBI.

The Judiciary Committee request was bipartisan. But the Justice Department refused to hand over the document. Instead, then-FBI Director James Comey briefed the committee on Flynn and other issues on March 15, 2017.

“Director Comey specifically told us during that briefing that the FBI agents who interviewed Lt. General Michael Flynn ‘saw nothing that led them to believe [he was] lying,’” Grassley wrote. Comey “led us to believe … that the Justice Department was unlikely to prosecute [Flynn] for false statements made in that interview.”

On Dec. 1, 2017, with special counsel Robert Mueller in charge of the case, Flynn pleaded guilty to one count of lying to the FBI.

Now, with Flynn awaiting sentencing, Grassley wants the information he asked for more than a year ago. Plus, he wants the FBI agents’ contemporaneous report on the interview, known as a 302, and any other notes or documents relating to the interview (the interview was not recorded.)

It seems certain that the Justice Department, in conjunction with Mueller’s office, will refuse, citing an ongoing investigation. That will be true until Flynn is sentenced, or until his case concludes in some other way.

There is no way to predict when that will happen. But tea-leaf-readers watching the Flynn case have noticed one small development that might be a hint things are wrapping up.
On Jan. 31, 2018, Flynn and Mueller jointly asked the court to put off sentencing. “Due to the status of the special counsel’s investigation, the parties do not believe that this matter is ready for a sentencing hearing at this time,” they wrote. They asked for and received a 90-day extension, until May 1.

A Nebraska high school ceremony became embroiled in controversy. The principal pulled a girl from the line after he saw what she was wearing under her graduation gown. Now, parents and students are outraged.

In this day and age, every student should be celebrated for graduating high school. There are plenty of obstacles to overcome, simply to make it to that day. Young people are bombarded with distractions and life-ruining situations. Students that work hard, pass their classes, and graduate should enjoy the moment.

But we’re talking about public schools, here. So anything good or momentous has to be ruined by political hacks. That was the case in Nebraska when one student wanted to attend graduation while wearing a sash over her robe.
The sash was important to her and symbolized her future after high school. It was no more offensive than the other sashes that people were wearing. Yet the school still denied her the right to wear it. The student decided, if she can’t wear it over her robe, she’d tuck it under. That way she could show it in pictures.

That was a big mistake, apparently. When she was lining up to receive her diploma, the principal spotted the sash under her robe. He then proceeded to pull her from the line and chide her, like some kind of rebel.
What was this shockingly controversial sash? It was her U.S. Army sash that she received from a recruiter. Yep, now public schools are censoring the Army.

A Nebraska high school has received major backlash on social media after denying a graduating senior’s request to wear her U.S. Army sash during the graduation ceremony.

Megan Pohlmeier was planning on participating in her high school’s graduation ceremony in May. To celebrate the occasion, the teen said she wanted to wear her Army sash, which was given to her by her recruiter at the Grand Island office in Nebraska four days before graduation, she told Fox News…

“It was something I worked really hard to earn. They told me ‘no’ and did not really give me a reason,” she told the Omaha World-Herald.

Big mouth Democrats want to make sure they can attend the upcoming House Intelligence Committee meeting with President Donald Trump. However, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) has just two words he wants them to hear loud and clear.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes will be welcoming President Donald Trump to meet with his panel on Thursday, May 24, 2018, according to Daily Caller. The hot topic of the day will be the most recent developments on the FBI’s spy who was planted to gather intelligence for the deep state. In my opinion, that is the last meeting you would want scheming lying liberals to attend, but during a recent interview with Fox News‘ anchor Dana Perino, Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) boiled it down for Democrats.

“Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, the leading Democrats, they have sent out a letter to the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who we just saw addressing the President on this MS-13 conference, and to the FBI Director saying that they believe that this briefing that’s going to be held tomorrow should be done in a bi-partisan fashion with the gang of eight. Would you have any objection to that?” Perino asked.
Gowdy never sugar-coats his answers to spare the feelings of others. He immediately blasted the Democrats for their colossal absence of confidentiality and close-minded behavior. “I don’t care who comes. I’m not in control of the invite list. The only thing I would ask Dana is if you’re going to show up, show up with an open mind and closed lips,” Gowdy said.

Then the “bulldog” let loose and dropped two words for the Democrats in Congress. “In other words, don’t leak like a sieve when we get through with the meeting. And the importance of an open mind, you gotta keep in mind, Dana, sixty of my House colleagues have already voted to move forward with impeachment on President Trump before the very first finding by Bob Mueller,” Gowdy continued.
The South Carolina Congressman then took aim at the corrupt former Obama administration operatives. “Brennan wants him in the dustbin of history. Comey says impeachment is too good of a remedy for him. Loretta Lynch wanted it called a matter and not an investigation. Those are the folks that don’t have an open mind. So if there’s a Democrat who is serious about figuring out what our law enforcement agencies did in 2016 and importantly the basis, the factual predicate that led to what investigatory decisions were made, I’m happy to have them in the room, but it’s not my meeting and I don’t publish the invite list,” Gowdy added.

Trey Gowdy is one of those rare members of Congress who actually cares about what is right and wrong. Unfortunately, the majority of Democrats in Congress are brainwashed idiots who subscribe to an ideology of “no absolutes.” Therefore, leaking confidential information that only further damages the trust America has for Congress continues to be a problem mainly because of Democrats.

In the days leading up to President Donald Trump’s meeting with the House Intelligence Committee, Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) said that if the FBI did indeed plant a spy to collect information on Trump and his campaign associates and was paid with taxpayer dollars, it’s over. It is a “red line” that should never have been crossed.
“There is not an honest person in this country who can believe that taxpayer dollars, going to fund this ring and operate like this, like what’s said in The New York Times I would think had quite a bit of detail on it. If any of that is true, that’s a red line in this country. You can’t do this to political campaigns,” Devin Nunes said during an interview with Fox News‘ host Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures.
I could not agree more with Nunes. The deep state has crossed so many red lines under the direction of former President Barack Obama. When the truth comes out and the trials begin, President Donald Trump should deal harshly with those who conspired to take him down and subvert the will of the American people.

Victim of MS-13 Thanks Trump For Calling Bloodthirsty Gang ‘Animals’

In a world gone completely mad, the Democrats have come out in support of MS-13, by attacking President Trump for calling them “animals.”

According to liberals, bloodthirsty, killer gangs are “people too.”
However, sane people understand exactly what President Trump was saying, and agree with him.

One father, whose daughter was slaughtered by MS-13, actually thanked President Trump for calling the murderers exactly what they are:

ANIMALS.
President Donald Trump met with parents of children on Wednesday who were killed by MS-13 gang members, promising to continue deporting illegal immigrant gangs and secure the Southern border.

One father praised the president for describing the gang members as “animals” despite the controversy that followed.

“I think you used the correct word. Animals. That they are,” said Freddy Cuevas, the father of a girl murdered by MS-13 said. “They took her away from us and destroyed her dream.”

Both the girls, Kayla Cuevas and Nisa Mickens, were killed in September 2016, by MS-13 gang members beating them to death with baseball bats and machetes.
Robert Mickens, another father who lost his daughter thanked Trump for continuing to fight gangs of illegal immigrants.

“This is a fight, in my opinion, that should have been happening a long time ago, I don’t know why it hasn’t, but thank you for doing what you’re doing right now,” he said.

Mickens said that he was alarmed by children in gangs killing other children, especially in school.
“Our streets should not have to be bloodshed,” he said. “Us as parents should not have to bury our child.”

Mickens criticized protestors of the president’s agenda,

“They’re not seeing the bigger picture because they’re not living the life that we have to go through every day,” he said, recalling the feelings of his lost daughter.

He admitted that it was a “touchy subject” to talk about immigration in New York.

“They have to realize America is based off of immigration. Everybody who came here as an immigrant wanted the American dream,” Mickens said. “The American dream is still there but if you’re going to come here with acts of violence, you can stay in your country with that because we don’t need it here anymore.”

Trump promised that the fight would continue, despite criticism from the establishment media and Democrats about his use of the term “animal” to describe gang members.

“Nobody understood it, nobody, when they started rationalizing, maybe it was the way they grew up … but we’re stuck with a big problem,” he said.

Trump Just Made Boldest Move Yet Against Illegals and Mexico is NERVOUS

President Trump is cracking down on illegals from every angle.

On Wednesday, he announced that the U.S. will start deducting “foreign aid” from countries who people illegally enter the United States.
Mexico must be quaking in their boots right now since the United States provides approximately $320 million a year to Mexico.

Why on earth does Mexico get so much money from us?
President Trump announced Wednesday that the U.S. will begin to deduct foreign aid from countries whose residents illegally enter the United States.

“Many of these countries we give tremendous amounts of aid to. Tens of millions of dollars. And we’re working on a plan to deduct a lot of the aid,” Trump said at an event in New York denouncing the Salvadoran gang MS-13.

“We’re going to work out something where every time someone comes in from a certain country, we’re going to deduct a rather large amount of money from what we give them in aid, if we give them aid at all,” Trump said. “We may just not give them aid at all.”

Trump did not specify which countries would be targeted, but spoke after another panelist mentioned foreign countries refusing to accept deportees.

“They’ll let you think they’re trying to stop this. They are not trying to stop it,” Trump said. “I think they encourage people… They don’t want the people that we’re getting.”

“Despite all of the reports I hear, I don’t believe they’re helping us one bit. and it may be that’s the way life is,” he said. “We know where these people are coming from. We’re looking at our whole aid structure and it’s going to be changed very radically. It’s already started.”

MS-13 was founded in Los Angeles in the 1980s among refugees from El Salvador, where a U.S.-backed government fought communist rebels, with human rights violations on both sides. Many of its young members today illegally entered the U.S.
According to USAID, El Salvador received $75 million in U.S. aid in fiscal 2016. The amount fluctuates, and spiked to $332 million in 2015. Mexico, the top home country of illegal immigrants in the U.S., received $87 million in foreign aid in 2016, according to USAID.

Trump previously has threatened foreign aid penalties, notably in December after various countries that receive aid voted to condemn his decision to move the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
