Radical left-wing billionaire Tom Steyer, who has spearheaded a slew of “Impeach Trump” efforts, was just busted using convicted felons to commit “voter fraud.”

A radical organization backed by Styer in Arizona used convicted felons to push progressive ballot initiatives, by collecting signatures from registered voters, to get the measures on the ballot.
That is illegal in Arizona.

That is voter fraud.

Spread the word!
An organization backed by environmentalist Tom Steyer is allegedly paying convicted felons to gather signatures for a ballot initiative in Arizona — a crime in the state.

Steyer, an environmentalist billionaire who has spearheaded numerous climate change initiatives across the country, is behind a push to increase Arizona’s renewable energy portfolio. The California activist, through his national NextGen America organization, has completely funded Clean Energy for a Healthy Arizona — a group that is campaigning to force utilities to obtain 50 percent of their electricity from renewable sources, such as solar and wind, by 2030.

Such a sweeping mandate requires an amendment to the Arizona Constitution, meaning supporters have to collect 225,963 valid voters’ signatures by July to make the 2018 ballot. Their signature effort might endure a severe setback if accusations by Arizonans for Affordable Electricity, a group opposed to the mandate, are accurate.

Multiple people registered as petition circulators for the Clean Energy for a Healthy Arizona campaign are convicted felons, according to a statement released by Arizonans for Affordable Electricity. Some of the petition circulators carry shocking convictions, which range from vehicular homicide to kidnapping and domestic violence. Arizona law bars convicted felons from circulating initiative petitions, with exception if an individual had his or her rights restored.

“Clearly, the ‘Clean Energy’ campaign hasn’t done its homework on the men and women collecting initiative signatures on its behalf. The use of felons as petition circulators is not only a violation of Arizona law, it is an outrageous abuse of public safety,” said Matthew Benson, spokesman with Arizonans for Affordable Electricity, in a statement released Monday. “Arizona families should be able to trust that the signature-gatherers approaching them on street corners, in front of public libraries and at other community gathering spots are not violent felons. Yet, that is exactly who the initiative campaign has dispatched — men with felony convictions for kidnapping, domestic violence, aggravated vehicular homicide, burglary, forgery and more.”

The accusations come as another setback for Steyer’s campaign to force renewables on Arizona electricity customers. The campaign he funds — along with its signature-collecting firm, FieldWorks — is already in hot water by the Arizona attorney general’s office in regard to its petition-circulating activities. Several former FieldWorks employees have accused the liberal canvassing group of wrongful termination for failing to reach signature-collection quotas, which is a violation of state law.
“It now seems clear the initiative registered so many phony petition circulators hoping to hide the ineligible — and, in some cases, dangerous — individuals working on the campaign’s behalf,” Benson continued in his statement. “Whatever the reason, the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office should order the campaign to immediately cease its illegal activities.”

Opponents of the Steyer-backed initiative argue it would leave ratepayers in Arizona paying more for electricity and would not help lower carbon emissions. A 50-percent renewable mandate by 2030 would likely close the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, the largest nuclear plant in the U.S. and a major producer of emissions-free electricity.

United Airlines has no regrets about caving to liberal pressure and cutting ties with the NRA following the Parkland school shooting.

UA’s CEO said his decision to end the NRA discount for his customers was a “personal” one, saying a United Pilot lost a child in the Parkland shooting.
CEO Oscar Munoz did not elaborate on what exactly the NRA had to do with the Parkland shooting, nor did he explain how taking away a discount from his customers was a benefit and something to be happy about.

United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz expressed no regrets for cutting ties with the NRA, stressing the decision to do so was “personal,” during the United Continental Holdings Inc.’s annual meeting on Wednesday.

Munoz described the decision as “personal” after a meeting attendee asked why United took a position that ran the risk of alienating every gun owner and/or pro-Second Amendment citizen in America.

Bloomberg reports that Munoz responded by saying, “Sir, it wasn’t political. It was personal with regard to my family at United.”

Munoz explained that one of the individuals killed in the Parkland school shooting was the daughter of a United airlines pilot. He added, “That’s why we made the decision. We aren’t here to make political conversation or strike political debate. We’re here to serve customers.”

He did not explain what the NRA had to do with the Parkland shooting or how cutting ties with that organization provided a service to customers.

On February 24, 2018—just ten days after the Parkland shooting—Breitbart News reported that over a dozen companies caved in the face of anti-NRA protests. United was one of those companies. Others included First National Bank of Omaha, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Symantec, Metlife, Delta Airlines, Best Western, Hertz, North American Van Lines, Paramount Rx, SimpliSafe, and TrueCar.

LOS ANGELES – A gang member who helped manage a coalition of three rival street gangs in Northeast Los Angeles that were brought together by orders issued by a member of the Mexican Mafia was sentenced today to 25 years in federal prison.

Manuel Vallejo, also known as “Boxer,” 36, of Los Angeles, a leader and “shot caller” of the Toonerville gang, was sentenced this morning by United States District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez for conspiring to violate the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, committing a Violent Crime in Aid of Racketeering (VICAR), conspiring to traffic methamphetamine, and carrying a firearm during and in relation to the commission of a VICAR.

During the sentencing this morning, Vallejo told the court, “Even if I stole God’s calculator, I couldn’t add up all the mistakes I’ve made.”
Vallejo was among 22 defendants charged nearly three years ago in a federal racketeering indictment relating to the unification of three rival street gangs under Mexican Mafia member Arnold “Arnie” Gonzales. The “peace treaty” imposed by Gonzales in 2010 brought together the Frogtown, Toonerville, and Rascals gangs to control the narcotics trade and other illegal activities in an area that ran along the Los Angeles River from Elysian Park to Burbank for the benefit and profit of Gonzales and the criminal enterprise.

As alleged in the indictment, while Gonzales was incarcerated in Pelican Bay State Prison after being convicted of murder, he appointed Frogtown gang member Jorge Grey to be his emissary on the streets. The indictment accused the 22 defendants of conspiring to operate a criminal enterprise involving various criminal offenses, including narcotics trafficking, extortion, and money laundering.

According to court records, less than two years after Arnold Gonzales imposed the truce on the gangs, Vallejo was recorded describing the criminal enterprise as a “New World Order” or “United Neighborhoods,” and akin to the “United Nations.”

As part of his plea agreement, Vallejo admitted that he was one of the principal members of the conspiracy and, in that capacity, collected “taxes” from both members and associates of the enterprise and individuals engaging in narcotics trafficking or other illicit activities within the territory controlled by the enterprise. He also personally participated in selling and helping arrange the sale of narcotics within enterprise territory, thereby generating revenue for Gonzales and the enterprise.

“The defendant in this case has been held accountable for the violent and egregious acts he perpetrated upon our community,” said United States Attorney Nicola T. Hanna. “This case should put violent gang members on notice that our federal agents and prosecutors are coming for them.”

In pleading guilty to the VICAR charge, Vallejo further admitted that in December 2011 he shot victim another gang member multiple times in response to victim’s efforts to advance his own authority within Toonerville, and in order to enforce compliance with the dictates of the “peace treaty.” Vallejo was subsequently recorded on multiple occasions bragging about having shot the man, whose gang moniker was “Grinch.” In September 2012, for example, Vallejo threatened to “reenact the one who stole Christmas” against fellow gang members who were operating behind his back. Vallejo was also recorded in April 2013 stating that he did not care if people knew he had shot Grinch because “ain’t nobody gonna go testify.”

“The career criminal in this case spent his life committing violent acts and intimidating others into coercion as part of his gang activity,” said the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Los Angeles Field Division Special Agent in Charge Bill McMullan. “As justified, he is one of many from this case going to prison for a very long time. ATF is committed and dedicated to removing violent criminals like these from our society. Justice has been served.”

The RICO case is the result of Operation “Gig ‘em,” an investigation conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Violent Crime Impact Team; the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Office of Correctional Safety, Special Service Unit; the Glendale Police Department; and the Los Angeles Police Department.

Out of the 22 defendants named in the indictment, all but three have pleaded guilty, with most of those who have been sentenced receiving substantial prison sentences, including a 20-year sentence for Jonathan Zepeda and a 15½-year sentence for Giovanni Olvera. The three remaining in the case face trial this summer.

This case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Carol Alexis Chen and Alexander B. Schwab of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force.

California Sanctuary War Heats Up—Full List Of Trump-Supporting Counties Announced

The liberal media pushes the same agenda, day after day:

The United States is liberal, most people vote Democrat, and Donald Trump getting elected President was nothing more than a fluke (or deception caused by conservatives and Russia).

If outsiders actually listened to our mainstream news outlets, they’d believe 99% of the country was liberal.

But as usual, that agenda can’t stand up to the facts.

For instance, while the media spreads the rhetoric that everyone loves sanctuary cities and illegal immigrants, that isn’t even remotely close to the truth.
It’s not even true in the most liberal states in the union, in fact. One might assume everyone in California was on board with the hugely dangerous and insulting sanctuary city idea, right?

Wrong.

The U.S. Justice Department has officially sued the state of California for interfering in federal immigration policies, and it has actually received plenty of support from Cali’s own counties!

Via Fox News:
“Multiple local city or county councils have voted to join the Trump administration’s lawsuit or fight the state’s policies in some way.

California’s so-called sanctuary laws limit police cooperation with federal immigration authorities – a move passed by the nation’s largest state to resist increased efforts to deport people living in the country illegally and to stop President Trump’s plan to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The sanctuary policy, pushed by Gov. Jerry Brown and the state’s Democratic-controlled legislature, has received some backlash at the local level.”

The following counties believe California’s sanctuary city insanity is indeed unconstitutional, and have opted out of the sanctuary city law:

Los Alamitos

Hesperia

Orange County

Mission Viejo

Huntington Beach

Escondido

Fountain Valley

Aliso Viejo

Orange

Newport Beach

Westminster

San Juan Capistrano

San Diego County

Santa Clarita

Carlsbad

That’s quite the list of major counties.

Some counties voted against the sanctuary city law by unanimous decision, too, disproving once again the leftist rhetoric that all of California wishes to break federal law.

Many county executives spoke out against supporting illegal immigration; some, like Los Alamitos mayor Troy Edgar, said it was a “huge overreach.”

Others simply said they want immigration done in a legal fashion, which makes perfect sense. That’s the entire purpose of President Trump’s war on sanctuary cities, lest we forget:

Nobody is against immigration. We’re simply against illegal immigration. It’s called breaking the law and yes, we – like every other country on earth – need immigration laws and regulations.

It isn’t complicated. Just make yourself legal. Otherwise, leave … and by the way, if you’re here illegally, chances are, you broke other laws as well.

The overwhelming percentage of illegals ICE rounds up and deports have criminal backgrounds. Shouldn’t this tell us something?
