ALEXANDRIA, Va. – A federal grand jury returned an indictment today charging a Dumfries man with distributing Fentanyl, a very potent pain killer used in the medical profession, that resulted in the non-fatal overdose of a Virginia woman.
According to the indictment, since November 2017, Christopher Sorensen, 31, engaged in a conspiracy to distribute Fentanyl, distributed Fentanyl, distributed oxycodone, and possessed Fentanyl and oxycodone with the intent to distribute such substances.
Sorensen is charged with one count of Fentanyl distribution causing serious bodily injury as well as six other drug-distribution counts.
If convicted, Sorensen faces a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life in prison.
Actual sentences for federal crimes are typically less than the maximum penalties. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after taking into account the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
G. Zachary Terwilliger, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, and Nancy McNamara, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office, made the announcement. Assistant United States Attorney James L. Trump and Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys Matthew Reilly and Kaitlin Paulson are prosecuting the case.
An indictment contains allegations that a defendant has committed a crime. Every defendant is presumed to be innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.

KEY Piece of EVIDENCE in Awan Brothers Case Stolen From Congress
SOURCE : https://goo.gl/frLZSB
Something stinks to high heaven.
This past week, the former IT guru, and right-hand man to disgraced former DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz struck a plea deal in his “cyber hacking” case with the U.S. Government.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that he will not be seeking to press charges against Pakistani national Imran Awan and his wife – a decision President Trump is not happy about.
However, did Sessions opt to strike a plea deal with Awan, because the KEY PIECE of evidence – the SERVER – was stolen from Congress?
A server belonging to the House Democratic Caucus went missing in early 2017 after it had been identified by the inspector general as a key piece of evidence in a hacking probe.
The Office of Inspector General had found months earlier that a group of House IT workers had logged in to the server 5,735 times during the surveyed period between October 2015 and April 2016.
The IT workers, most of whom were members of the Awan family, were working at that time for dozens of House Democrats, earning an estimated $7 million since 2004.
Imran Awan was first hired by House Democrats in 2004, after which two of his brothers, his wife, and his sister-in-law were added to the congressional payroll despite having little to no IT experience.
In a behind-closed-door briefing to the House leadership in September 2016, the inspector general said their activity was suspicious in part because the IT workers had taken steps to conceal their identities.
“Excessive logons are an indication that the server is being used for nefarious purposes and elevated the risk that individuals could be reading and/or removing information,” reads a presentation by the inspector general that was not released to the public.
The inspector general also warned of the risk that the server could be used as a repository to store documents “taken from other offices or evidence of other illicit activity.”
The investigation had uncovered Dropbox accounts installed on at least two Democratic Caucus computers used by the IT workers, against House IT policy.
The two accounts associated with the Dropbox accounts on the computers each contained thousands of files.
“We have not been permitted to view content of the files on these workstations. However, based on the file names, some of the information is likely sensitive,” the presentation says.
The inspector general also warned House leadership that the accounts could have been used to exfiltrate information.
“While file-sharing sites, such as Dropbox, have legitimate business purposes, use of such sites is also a classic method for insiders to exfiltrate data from an organization.”
Server Goes Missing
Following a second briefing in late September 2016, in which the House inspector warned the House leadership of “continuing unauthorized access,” the investigation was moved to the Capitol Police in October.
It was not until months later, on Feb. 2, 2017, that the House sergeant at arms banned the IT workers from the House network.
The Democratic Caucus server, which had been identified by the inspector general as ground zero of the suspicious activity, had disappeared at that time.
Three senior government officials with knowledge of the situation told the Daily Caller News Foundation last year that it had been physically stolen.
The server had disappeared just weeks before Rep. Xavier Becerra (D-Calif.), who was the chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, left his position to become California’s attorney general.
Police had informed Becerra that the server was the subject of an investigation and had requested a copy of it, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported last year, based on an account from a senior official.
The official also said that the police were provided with an elaborate falsified image of the server.
Sensitive Information on Server
According to the inspector general, the Awans made numerous unauthorized log ins to systems of House members. Besides the members they worked for, they also accessed servers of 15 House representatives they didn’t work for.
Information stored on the servers is considered extremely sensitive in nature and contains representatives’ personal data, calendars, emails, and information provided by constituents, such as personal and medical problems as well as their contact information and, in some cases, Social Security numbers.

Liberals Furious As Congress Finally Decides To Hold Robert Mueller Accountable For 1 Thing
SOURCE : https://goo.gl/Qzx69n
Liberals have another huge reason to be furious after Congress voted to hold deep state operative Robert Mueller accountable for one very important thing. You don’t want to miss this.
For over a year, Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been able to operate with impunity and zero accountability to any higher power. In essence, the Trump-hating degenerate was turned loose by his Democrat puppet masters to fabricate a Russian collusion case against President Donald Trump and destroy his administration.
One huge reason that Republicans in Congress have become fed-up with Mueller is that, up until now, he hasn’t been required to justify his obscene spending habits. That is all about to change.
According to Daily Caller, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a measure on Friday, June 8, 2018, which will now require financial oversight of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s sham investigation. It is far past time for Congress to take this action, but we’re lucky they are even doing this much. Typically, Americans get a lot of talking, promises, and even more posturing from members of Congress with very little action.
The House passed the amendment by a vote of 207 – 201. It’s sickening to think that there are 201 elected members of the United States Congress who do not want Mueller to be held accountable for spending millions of taxpayer dollars. This is exactly the kind of corrupt thinking that Democrats are well-known for.
In this case, it would appear that many liberals in Congress don’t want Mueller held accountable specifically because he is investigating President Donald Trump. Notably, after a year of conducting this witch hunt, Mueller has zero evidence against Trump and has wasted millions of taxpayer dollars.
In all seriousness, the Russian collusion investigation could more accurately be thought of as the Democrat’s pet project. It was allowed to take form when our traitor of an Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from the Russian investigation when there was no need to do so. Sessions is simply part of the deep state mechanism hoping to dethrone our President, and he needs to be held accountable for his corrupt actions in addition to leftist operatives such as former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
The amendment voted on and passed by Congress requiring Mueller to be fiscally accountable was introduced by Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC). The amendment now requires the Government Accountability Office to perform a semi-annual audit of Mueller’s office, according to The Hill.
This decision comes nearly a week after it was reported that Mueller’s team of Trump-hating attorneys spent more than $4.5 million on the Russia investigation from October 2017 to March 2018. This means the total amount spent exceeds $7.7 million in taxpayer money.
Meadows took to Twitter to state his very logical position on why Mueller at least needs to be held accountable for his spending. “I’ve introduced an amendment to require a semi-annual financial audit of special counsels by the GAO. A special counsel’s work is important, but they should not be able to spend taxpayer dollars without accountability. Americans need to know where their money is going,” he wrote.
The truth of the matter is that Robert Mueller should have never been allowed to embark on such a baseless investigation. The entire investigation is founded on one set-up after another, orchestrated by the deep state via their pals who served in the FBI and intelligence community.
As more information surfaces on Spygate, the worse things continue to look for the deep state and their Democrat partners who tried to first prevent Trump from becoming President and then decided to bring him down after he was elected. There needs to be hell to pay for this egregious violation of our constitutional rights.
