In late 2016, a team from Gaia traveled to Peru to investigate the discovery of several anomalous mummies. The team was joined by French Archeologist, Thierry Jamin, Russian Professor, Konstantin Korotkov and Mexican Journalist Jaime Maussan.
Testing on the mummies began in earnest in early 2017.

The Bodies
Maria: large elongated skull. No ears. Very long 3 fingered hands and feet. Large eye sockets. A type of herbal preservation fluid found in the body, similar to what was used for Egyptian mummification. Hands and body samples have SAME chemical composition and carbon dating matches. Carbon dated between 245 – 410 AD
Victoria: No head. Lizard like skin. 1’11” in height. 3 fingered hands and feet. Extremely small chest cavity. Carbon dated between 987 – 1145 AD
Josephina: internal bone structure. Metal bar embedded in chest and what appeared to be eggs in the abdomen. The cranial cavity is similar to humans. Extremely small chest cavity. Characteristics of humanoid reptilian. Atypical bone structure. Only one arm bone and one bone from knee to foot. Structure of the jaw indicates that this being couldn’t chew.

2016 Palpa Region, Peru – Bodies discovered by huaqueros or tomb raiders.
Thierry Jamin, French Archeologist contacted in October 2016 by tomb raider by the pseudonym “Mario”. Believes mummies to be authentic and travels to Cuzco with team.
On, January 11th 2017, Thierry Jamin writes a letter to Dr. Jorge Nieto Montesinos, Director of the Ministry of Culture to request his participation in the investigation. No official response was received.
Thierry was eventually contacted via email by an archeologist named Alberto Jacinto, Head of Culture Department at Nazca who would be investigating the case.
Team of experts travel to Cuzco with Gaia crew to document the investigation.
Samples sent to Medical Institute in Russia for testing. Dr. Natalia Zaloznaja performed cat-scan and believes the body to be authentic, in that it is biological in nature.
