Furthermore, his historical cell site records place his phone along the bomber’s exact route between 7:39 p.m. and 8:24 p.m., aligning minute-by-minute with the surveillance timestamps. The FBI asserts this combination of forensic evidence and location data establishes probable cause for his arrest.
