After Michelle Obama recently told a crowd full of school kids that she is our “forever first lady,” actor James Woods humiliated her in front of everyone with a few harsh words. He said what most of us were thinking. You won’t want to miss this.
According to Breitbart, Michelle Obama recently spoke to a crowd of high school seniors on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The soon-to-be college students were present for a star-studded College Signing Day event which had Michelle accompanied by celebrities such as Robert De Niro, Rebel Wilson, Bradley Cooper, Karlie Kloss, Ciara, Janelle Monae and Zendaya
Although the event was really supposed to be about the kids, Michelle found a way to spend a great deal of her allotted time talking about herself. No shocker there. Apparently, Michelle couldn’t help herself when she took the stage as she subjected the crowd to some vintage Obama self-aggrandizement.
“The only reason I am standing here today is because I was where you were way back when. I was a kid who grew up on the south side of Chicago. I went to public schools my entire life, and when I decided that I wanted to go to college and I applied — Do you know what one of my college counselors told me? She told me don’t set my sights too high. Yeah, she told me that some of the schools that I was trying to apply to, maybe they were too hard for me,” Michelle said.
“Shoot, when Barack and I set foot in the White House, it was a struggle. There were a lot of people who told us that we weren’t supposed to be in the White House. That we couldn’t handle the pressure, that we weren’t ready. So I’m telling you, they will doubt you today and they will doubt you for the rest of your life, but you will have some struggle and that’s okay,” she added.
“I’m not one of those doubters. I know you have everything it takes to succeed. I know you are me, and if I can be standing here as your forever first lady, then you can do anything you put your mind to,” Michelle said, according to Fox29 News.
In all honesty, hearing Michelle claim to be our “forever first lady” is worse than nails on a chalkboard. In comparison to many of the wonderful first ladies that came before her, Michelle is a stain and an embarrassment to that group of otherwise cherished American women.
One person who notably took issue with Michelle’s outlandish claim is actor James Woods. Social media quickly erupted with a backlash of comments aimed at Michelle, and Woods contributed a few brutally honest words that I think are very appropriate.
“With all due respect, you aren’t our ‘forever First Lady.’ No one is, nor should anyone be. Pump your brakes a tad,” Woods wrote in a tweet
Michelle Obama’s “cute” comment just spilled out of her mouth with a rather disturbing giggle to follow. I’m surprised there was no token heel kick to the side after she delivered what was obviously a premeditated ego boost.
I could not agree more with James Woods. Michelle sees herself as way more significant than she really is. There were far more classy women who have held the title of the first lady. They would never have dreamed of such self-inflating behavior. In my opinion, “forever a pompous ass” would be more accurate. I would have respected Michelle if she had said something to that effect on stage because it’s the truth.
Let’s hope that Michelle gets the message after social media erupted over her idiotic comment. In reality, America will remember her for two things: Being married to the socialist demon who nearly destroyed our country and wrecking school lunch programs. I think it’s time for Michelle to take it down a notch and ease off of the egocentric rhetoric. There’s no good reason for her to continue embarrassing our country.
