  1. He was both, really. He described himself as “Chomsky with ***** jokes”.

This “sketch” had a bigger impact on me than any philosophical ideas put forward by anyone. Plato, Aristotle, Aquinas, Descartes, Wittgenstein – this is it.

  2. This is what youtube was made for… a fitting tribute to a genius, i applaud you for one of the finest things ive seen on here b6gm6n

  3. “I left in love, in laughter, and in truth and wherever truth, love and laughter abide, I am there in spirit.” – Bill Hicks

  4. here is the ultimate question:

Bill Hicks or George Carlin or Carl Sagan?

they are all equal and were the greatest minds of past 100 years.

  5. Its good to know that theirs is people like him becuase this world can seem so fucked up sometimes.

  6. along with george carlin he taught me everything i need to know a ******** legend

  7. if i could bring one person back from the dead just ONE bill hicks would be the man I would choose

  8. It is not the people who were great, but the spirits that possessed them during their time on this planet. We all have the ability to channel these powerful spirits but all too often instead are distracted by the forces of evil looking to tear what good has become down to nothing.

But what do I know, I’m just some random stoner on the internet….

  9. What a great video. I love Bill Hicks the man was a genius, and the work you have done using that piece from his show was truly brilliant. Thanks for making it and putting it on YouTube for us all to see.

  10. This should be a mandatory video, everyone should have to watch this at least once a day…just to remind us not to take life so damn serious.
