Border Patrol agents watched five suspected illegal aliens getting into a sedan in the desert near Ajo, Arizona. As the Border Patrol agents attempted a traffic stop, the sedan fled — leading the agents in a high-speed pursuit.
The Missouri National Guard UH-72 Lakota and its aircrew consisting of three guardsmen and a Border Patrol agent quickly moved into position to observe the pursuit, officials stated.
The vehicle finally came to a stop and the occupants took off leading to a foot chase by the ground agents. The aircrew monitored from above and guided agents.

Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens on Tuesday authorized the deployment of state Army National Guard troops to protect the southern border wall, KSHB Local Kansas City reports.

National Guard members will be in a support role, and not conducting law enforcement missions, the governor’s office said. The Missouri Guardsmen will provide aerial surveillance. RWT Report
The four soldiers and the helicopter are not allowed to participate in any form of “law enforcement or border enforcement” but are allowed to provide aerial surveillance.
