Election Postmortem: What Macron’s Landslide Means to Globalism, Le Pen and the Future of the EU

In the past French politicians, as the Express reports, have announced their victory to the sound of La Marseillaise, which has stood as their anthem for hundreds of years.

But Mr Macron, who has gained support from major European figures including Jean-Claude Juncker and Angela Merkel, instead blasted the anthem of Europe ‘Ode to Joy’ from the speakers as he waved to adoring crowds of voters outside the Louvre museum.

The show of allegiance with the faltering European project was condemned by the losing Front National, who have fought to remove France from the crumbling European bloc.

CIA espionage orders for the last French presidential election

All major French political parties were targeted for infiltration by the CIA’s human (“HUMINT”) and electronic (“SIGINT”) spies in the seven months leading up to France’s 2012 presidential election. The revelations are contained within three CIA tasking orders published today by WikiLeaks as context for its forth coming CIA Vault 7 series. Named specifically as targets are the French Socialist Party (PS), the National Front (FN) and Union for a Popular Movement (UMP) together with current President Francois Hollande, then President Nicolas Sarkozy, current round one presidential front runner Marine Le Pen, and former presidential candidates Martine Aubry and Dominique Strauss-Khan.

The CIA assessed that President Sarkozy’s party was not assured re-election. Specific tasking concerning his party included obtaining the “Strategic Election Plans” of the Union for a Popular Movement (UMP); schisms or alliances developing in the UMP elite; private UMP reactions to Sarkozy’s campaign stratagies; discussions within the UMP on any “perceived vulnerabilities to maintaining power” after the election; efforts to change the party’s ideological mission; and discussions about Sarkozy’s support for the UMP and “the value he places on the continuation of the party’s dominance”. Specific instructions tasked CIA officers to discover Sarkozy’s private deliberations “on the other candidates” as well as how he interacted with his advisors. Sarkozy’s earlier self-identification as “Sarkozy the American” did not protect him from US espionage in the 2012 election or during his presidency.

Speaking to the public he said: “I’ll defend France, I’ll defend Europe, and will strengthen links between Europe and its people.”

And while he later sang the French anthem with the crowd at the end of his speech, French voters on Twitter were quick to criticize his decision as a sign of European subservience.

Macron Demolishes Le Pen: Why It Happened and What It Means

Centrist globalist Obama ideological doppelganger candidate Emmanuel Macron has blown up the French presidential election. Mr Macron defeated far-out and far-right (and Trump-esque) candidate Marine Le Pen by about 65% to 35% to become, at 39, the country’s youngest president, the results show. If confirmed, he will also become the first president from outside the two traditional main parties since the modern republic’s foundation in 1958. A bitterly fought election concluded on Sunday amid massive security and herein I’ll tell you what the hell it all means.

Obamacare Replacement, Hill’s Blame Game, Prince Phil Says No Mas and the World Slides Into Insanity

The House on Thursday voted to repeal key parts of the Affordable Care Act and replace them with new provisions. The vote, which President Donald Trump was planning to tout as a YUGE victory, sends the Republican-sponsored bill to gut Obamacare to the Senate for consideration. Here we go.

Then Hillary appeared to offer up a rather mixed message about her loss in the 2016 presidential election to Trump, saying she was personally responsible — all the while also blaming the FBI director and Wikileaks. How’s that?

“I take absolute personal responsibility,” Clinton told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour at the Women for Women (?) International event. “I was the candidate; I was the person on the ballot.” But just a couple minutes later, bang! Clinton said she “had a very strong assessment” that she was on the path to winning, until FBI Director James Comey publicly announced he might reopen the investigation into her use of a personal email server when she was secretary of State.

Then after a frenzied and ballyhooed, middle-of-the-night scramble by the global news media for strategic real estate outside Buckingham Palace and an hourslong wait in the cold, the much-anticipated announcement finally came: A 95-year-old man named Phil was retiring. From what, who knows?
