Anbesol Adult Strength Gel is used for temporary relief of pain caused by recurrent mouth ulcers and denture irritation. It can be used by children over 12 and adults. The active ingredients are the local anaeathetic Lidocaine to numb the area, and the antiseptics Chlorocresol and Cetylpyridinium Chloride to reduce infections.
