Since Donald Trump’s election in 2016, Americans have seen a transformation in the Republican party.

Many Trump supporters want the President’s America First agenda.

But certain individuals in his own party are standing in his way.

Americans have been shocked at the level of opposition to President Trump. Not from the left—that’s expected. But from established Republicans who openly criticize and attack the Commander in Chief.

And Americans are fed up with these insiders, these swamp dwellers.

Now the top Republican leader, who has stood with Trump on some issues like taxes and Obamacare, but against him on amnesty, is calling it quits.

From Yahoo:

U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan, the top Republican in Congress, told Republicans in the House of Representatives on Wednesday he will not seek re-election in November, his office said.

Ryan will serve his full term and retire in January, Brendan Buck, spokesperson for the Speaker, said in a statement.

“After nearly twenty years in the House, the speaker is proud of all that has been accomplished and is ready to devote more of his time to being a husband and a father,” Buck said…

Liberals are already spinning this as good news for the mid-terms. Some are already predicting a House majority for the Democrats. Yahoo even claims Republicans will be “dragged down” by the “unpopularity” of the President.

Really, Yahoo? Trump has scored higher approval ratings than Obama during this time in his administration. Millions of Americans are eager to support the President. Ryan’s departure spells big changes in the House—but only to help drain the swamp.

All that conservatives need to do to secure a majority in Congress is to back the President. Remind voters it was the GOP that pushed the historic tax cuts. Every Democrat opposed the bill. They’ll have a hard time explaining to voters why they didn’t want their pay to go up.

With Ryan leaving, it gives a huge opportunity to America First politicians. The country has seen how the economy’s rebounded under Trump. Only if he gets the support he needs in Congress will he be able to make good on key promises. A new group of conservatives is needed in the House and Senate.

It all comes down to what happens in November. The fake news will lay it on real thick. But the American people will always have the final say.
