7. hello yumi..correct me if im wrong but i think you’re trying to stop eating meat?right? well you dont have to go bam to veggies right away..theres a lot of selections other then meat and veggies.start slow with dairy stuff and grain type food like pastas.fruit salads and all that type..and throw in a veggy in food so you get used to it..and about fear of neglection..trust me hun youll be an inspiraton to those ingorants because it takes a real woman/man to change..and hello onison!! 😀

16. I think the reason many people who feel bad about eating meat, yet continue to do so, are not stupid or inhumane. The reason is because they are self-conscious and do not wish to subject themselves to being tormented by their parents and friends or other people in their lives. I know that I was scared to let my parents know at first that I don’t like eating meat, but they finally got used to it.
