Hoagland has been working with David Wilcox for years & Wilcox claims to have contact with a guy who worked on the Montauk project (neither of whom are cited in Dark Mission). Sources used by Hoagland to explain the streamlining of Maxwell’s equations by Heaviside & the rejection of Einstein’s theory of relativity by Tesla & others relating to mass and electro-magnetism were cited by project vets Al Bielek & Preston Nichols to Art Bell as far back as 1993, e.g. Tom Bearden, Bruce DiPalma, etc.
