Former FBI Deputy Director McCabe Wants Huge Favor In Exchange For Testimony

Corrupt Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is asking Congress for a huge favor in exchange for his testimony. This is truly the weasel we have all suspected McCabe to be all along.

Dirty cop Andrew McCabe has gone from threatening President Donald Trump with a lawsuit to now submitting a request for immunity prior to an upcoming Congressional hearing on the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton investigation. In a letter sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA), McCabe’s attorney Michael Bromwich asked them to grant McCabe official immunity from prosecution in exchange for his testimony, according to Daily Caller.

Prior to receiving the letter from Bromwich, Grassley requested that McCabe testifies in front of the panel. In his 3 page letter, Bromwich oddly complained about leaks he suspects that have come out of the Department of Justice which he claims have done damage to McCabe. Specifically, Bromwich argued in his letter that the DOJ leaked information about McCabe’s criminal referral by Inspector General Michael Horowitz after finding that McCabe lied under oath. According to Breitbart, Bromwich also told Grassley that McCabe’s legal counsel has requested an official investigation into the DOJ’s alleged leaks.

Excerpt from page 2 of Bromwich’s letter to Grassley:

He [McCabe] has a credible and compelling story to tell. However, as the result of a stream of leaks from the Department of Justice, it is now well-known that the OIG has made a criminal referral to the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. As you know, the grounds for such a referral is the very low standard of ‘reasonable grounds to believe there has been a violation of Federal criminal law.’ 5 U.S.C. App. 3 § 4(d). Even so, and even though Mr. McCabe committed no crime, these leaks have forced us to acknowledge the criminal referral. And, unfortunately, the stream of leaks has continued: As recently as last Thursday, additional leaks led to the reporting of specific investigative steps allegedly taken by the United States Attorney’s Office in response to the referral. We are outraged by these leaks and last Friday requested investigation by the Department of Justice’s Office of Professional Responsibility into the source(s) of the leaks.

Bromwich concluded his letter by asking the Senate Judiciary Committee to grant McCabe immunity from prosecution in exchange for his testimony. Bromwich gave the Committee an ultimatum, saying that if they refuse to give McCabe immunity from criminal prosecution that he will invoke his 5th Amendment rights.
In my opinion, McCabe should not be given immunity from criminal prosecution. Congress and the Department of Justice should wait for the criminal referral to come full circle on McCabe and wait until he’s at the mercy of a federal prosecutor to talk about making any kind of deals.

In addition, whatever it is that McCabe has to offer should be disclosed to the Department of Justice to ensure that it will help take down other former Obama administration officials such as former FBI Director James Comey, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and many others.
Grassley reportedly responded to Bromwich’s letter, saying that he will consult with the leading Democrat on the committee Diane Feinstein before coming to a decision. In my opinion, it will be a tremendous slap-in-the-face if Congress gives McCabe immunity from criminal prosecution. He, like many other corrupt former government officials, deserve to pay the price that any other American would pay if they broke the same laws.

The noose is tightening for those who did Barack Obama’s dirty work and carried out political warfare on Trump during his presidential campaign and even after he was inaugurated. Likely, it will be all of the grunts like McCabe who see actual criminal prosecution while those at the top of the corrupt Obama cartel remain untouched unless our do nothing Attorney General Jeff Sessions decides to do the job he swore to do for the American people.

Bernie Sanders Pushes for Force Wage Hike, McDonald’s Has Some Bad News for Him

Left-wing politicians like Bernie Sanders are trying to force companies to raise the minimum wage. Never thinking of the consequences, they attack major businesses. But McDonald’s has the perfect solution — one that will make things much worse for employees.

How else can we say it: big government is bad. Every time the government sticks its big nose into a problem, it makes it worse. That’s especially true when it comes to the economy. I don’t have enough time to address the many times that government has all but destroyed an industry, trying to “fix” things.

From regulation to massive tax spikes, the government only knows how to hurt things. And people. Government interference in our economy has led to massive layoffs, closed businesses, and faltering communities. Yet liberals in government keep doing it because they get rich in the process.
Perhaps the stupidest initiative is the left’s “Fight for 15” campaign. Liberals, especially in California, are trying to force companies to pay their lowest-skilled workers a higher wage. Sure, that sounds nice, but salary is affected by many factors. Entry-level jobs are paid less for a reason. Those employees are new and have no skills. Over time, they can get really good, get promoted, and receive higher pay.

That’s basic job advancement. Yet liberals want people getting paid high wages for jobs any idiot can do. Worse, they want to punish companies by forcing them to spend more on their entry-level workers.

Commies like Bernie Sanders attack big businesses, claiming they can afford the increase. Liberals like him even imply big companies, like McDonald’s, don’t even deserve their wealth and should naturally redistribute it to their employees. What does that remind you of? Stalinism.

In leftist states, minimum wage hikes have been put into effect. But the result hasn’t been higher salaries and happier people. It has resulted in hundreds — if not thousands — of small businesses shutting down. They simply could not afford the hike.
And on top of that, McDonald’s has found a clever new way to get around the problem. They will replace human employees with computers. By 2020, all McDonald’s will use kiosks, dramatically reducing jobs in their restaurants

Way to go Bernie. You idiot.

Bernie Sanders has been among the high profile lefties pushing “#FightFor15,” but it won’t come without a big, counterproductive downside. Here’s the latest:

McDonald’s will roll out self-order kiosks to 1,000 stores every quarter for the next two years, according to CEO Steve Easterbrook.

Customers who use the kiosks tend to browse the menu and order more, Easterbrook told CNBC this week, adding, “There’s a little bit of an average check boost.” [Source: Twitchy]

You see what I mean about the government making things worse? We didn’t hear about McDonald’s or any other restaurant using these kiosks until liberals pushed for higher salaries. Then, all of a sudden, restaurants wanted to roll out these impersonal machines.

I know the kid behind the counter can be annoying. But interacting with a human being will always be superior to a kiosk. You can’t ask a kiosk for help or make special requests. A person brings warmth and kindness to the experience. A kiosk can break down or be hard to use (for some customers). But thanks to Bernie Sanders, we all will be forced to order food like robots.

Those kiosks will take jobs away from young adults just starting in the working world. A valuable job that could have provided cash and experience to a teenager will now be taken by a screen. All so that McDonald’s could avoid the abuse of runaway liberal politics.
You see, this is why people like us fight liberals so hard. THEIR IDEAS ARE TERRIBLE. Do you think Bernie is going to lose sleep over the thousands of Americans who will lose their jobs over this? No. He’s got multiple houses to sleep in, after all. He doesn’t care about our struggles. “Fight for $15” is a political stunt for votes. Nothing more. When it destroys jobs across the country, the Democrats will be nowhere to be found.

There are few things that tug at my heartstrings more than a Gold Star parent. Ceejay Metcalf is the Gold Star dad of Pfc. Michael Metcalf, who was k****d in a roadside bomb attack in Afghanistan on his first mission en route to rescue fellow soldiers. He appeared on Fox & Friends to tell how moved he was by President Trump’s message to him during Monday evening’s memorial reception at the White House. Obama never even recognized his son’s sacrifice, but President Trump certainly did.

President Trump shook Metcalf’s hand and said, “Enjoy your evening, pops,” at the reception, a name his son would always refer to him as. Another tiny detail that Trump cared enough to find out about. Something you would never see Barack Obama do. Not in a million years. “It took everything I had to not have tears in my eyes over it,” he said. I can’t imagine how much that meant to that father. It eased the loss just a little bit and let him know that his son did not d*e for nothing and will always be remembered as the hero he is.
“In fact when I think about it, it’s emotional to me,” Metcalf said, fighting back tears. How could it not be? Having the Commander-in-Chief do such a thing would mean the world to any parent who has lost a child in battle. “It meant a lot to me.” Metcalf says that his son was a brave man and didn’t fear the fight when it came to his service. “He had a good heart and he loved to be there for somebody,” he said. He was a handsome, strong, young warrior who made the ultimate sacrifice so you and I can sleep peacefully and soundly at night knowing we are protected by men like him.

Michael Metcalf kept a hand-written note from his mother tucked inside his United States Army uniform. On April 22, 2012, he rushed to rescue his comrades in Patkia, Afghanistan, and drove over a bomb. “Well my wonderful son, the time is here for you to open your eyes & see what’s really happening in this crazy world! I know you will be fine. You are my “life” I love you more than anyone or anything ever! I am always here for you. Remember that. Come home to me safe!!!” The blast threw the 22 year-old soldier from Boynton Beach out of the truck, splintering his ribs. A main artery severed. Doctors could not stop the bleeding. He died on the battlefield where he fought. Her son’s blood stains nearly the entire letter.

Five years later, Metcalf’s mother keeps the note protected in a plastic sleeve in a trunk with her son’s uniform and his boots, still discolored from the Afghanistan desert dirt. There’s another letter — one addressed to her that he never got the chance to send. Kim Metcalf goes through that trunk lovingly touching the items that belonged to her son, just remembering and in some way being with him.

Since her son’s d***h, Kim has traveled across the country to meet with Michael’s friends, their families and other military moms who have lost sons. She keeps her son’s memory alive, but she’s found that so does everyone else. She receives messages on Facebook from people who say they knew Michael. His name is on memorials across the country. “Michael, he won’t be forgotten. He really won’t,” she said. Michael’s team, the 82nd Airborne Division known as the White Devils, has been called back to Afghanistan for the third time. “He was tough he couldn’t wait,” Kim said. “When they made the call to go rescue the truck… he was the first one to the truck, saying “let’s go, let’s go.”
If you’ve ever lost someone, you can relate to this mother. Grief is a devastating thing. Some never get over it. Both of Michael’s parents have learned to deal with it and believe that their son is still with them in ways hard to explain. That faith is something you either have or you don’t.

Here is the letter that Michael wrote his mom that he never got to send:

“Dear Mom,”

“It’s Sunday here around 8:30 (morning for us) we’re still at the bigger (field operating base) so I have the luxury of the phone and computer. It’s crazy how much everyone takes things for granted (at) home.”

“What I would do to just be able to buy a shampoo bottle without it being covered in dust, it’s whatever though.”

“Last night we took indirect fire, nothing crazy, just one mortar round. Everything is fine so don’t stress it.”

“Michael told his mom he couldn’t wait to get home, especially to smell the scent of clean clothes, and fresh air.”

“I hope you and Matt are great and everything back home is still the same. I miss you guys!”

“He told his mom to say hello to everyone, and that he misses them, too.”

“I don’t want any pictures or cards from home if that’s ok, it makes me home sick.”

“Anyway I love you! and miss you!”

After Joy Tries To Pretend Obama’s Still President, Newt Destroys Her On Live TV

On Tuesday, Joy Behar, co-host of ABC’s “The View,” tried to pretend that Barack Obama was still the president, giving him all the credit for Donald Trump’s accomplishments. However, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich was having none of it, and he promptly destroyed her on live television.

On Tuesday’s episode of “The View,” former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich was the special guest at the hot topics table, where he demonstrated just how hypocritical the opinions held by the show’s liberal ladies — I use that term loosely — really are.

After asking Gingrich about President Donald Trump disinviting this year’s Super Bowl Champions team to the White House, host Sara Haines pressed him surrounding what he believes to be the best thing and the worst thing Trump has done while in office.

Gingrich praised Trump for boosting the economy and for the record-low black unemployment, saying, “I think the best thing is the economy, I think the fact that we have the lowest black unemployment in history…”
Host Sunny Hostin took issue with this, interjecting to ask, “Can he take credit for that? Isn’t that Obama’s doing?”

Gingrich, however, came prepared to back his statement up with facts. “I think this quarter we will have more than twice the economic growth rate of any quarter in 8 years of Obama,” he responded.

But Hostin wasn’t letting it go. “Because he’s been set up! He was given a gift, Newt!” she protested.

“It’s true!” echoed Joy Behar, according to NewsBusters.
“So Obama gets it both ways: He got a terrible gift from George W. Bush. He gave Trump a good gift. Anything good that happens under Trump is actually Obama,” said Gingrich, pointing out their glaring hypocrisy.

“It’s true!” Hostin responded.

“Well, that’s one way to look at the world,” said Gingrich.

“Obama inherited a deficit. Trump is inheriting a surplus,” Behar claimed.

“And is accelerating it!” explained Gingrich. “He inherited a gradually growing economy and he’s doubling the speed of growth.”
If there’s anyone who doesn’t have the knowledge, authority, or experience to be discussing politics on television, it’s these women. Yet, day after day, they position themselves as the leading authorities on everything from gun laws to the economy. In reality, Joy Behar and Sunny Hostin have zero understanding of what it takes to stabilize the economy of a world superpower, let alone what it takes to make it grow.

Coincidentally, Barack Obama also had zero understanding of this either, which is why the economy took such a dive during his presidency. Only now that President Donald Trump is in office are we finally seeing things turn around. And we haven’t just seen small improvements, either. Trump is literally breaking records.

Just last week we reported that for the first time in recorded history there is a job available for every single American seeking employment. That is largely due to the millions of jobs Trump has brought back to the United States and the billions of dollars foreign companies are now investing in our economy thanks to Trump’s leadership. There’s simply no way to credit Obama for this massive accomplishment. Under the Obama administration, companies were leaving the U.S., not opening up plants and factories and storefronts here.

Similarly, there is no way to credit Obama for the record-low black unemployment rate. Despite being the first black president, he did nothing at all to help the black community. In fact, many feel that he brought this minority demographic back several decades in terms of economic advancement and race relations.
President Donald Trump is the best thing to happen to this country in years. You won’t see the women on “The View” admitting as much, though. They’re too busy worshipping the ground Barack Obama walks on.

Christian Baker Celebrated Big Win In Supreme Court, Has 6 Bold Words For Liberals

The Christian baker who recently celebrated a big win in the Supreme Court has six bold words for the liberals in the Colorado Civil Rights Commission. You won’t want to miss this.

On Monday, June 4, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court handed a shocking victory to a Colorado Christian baker who refused for religious reasons to create a wedding cake for a gay couple, according to Breitbart. The Supreme Court’s decision sent a shockwave throughout the liberal world as they stopped just short of setting a major precedent, allowing Americans to claim exemptions from anti-discrimination laws based on religious beliefs.

In a startling 7-2 decision, the justices said the Colorado Civil Rights Commision showed an impermissible hostility toward religion when it found that baker Jack Phillips violated the state’s anti-discrimination law by rebuffing gay couple David Mullins and Charlie Craig in 2012. The state law prohibits businesses from refusing service based on race, sex, marital status, or sexual orientation. The ruling concluded that the commission violated Phillips’ religious rights under the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment.
The Supreme Court declined to issue a definitive ruling on the circumstances under which Americans can seek exemptions from anti-discrimination laws based on their religious views. Their ruling does, however, open the door for other similar cases to be heard by the Supreme Court.

During his first cable TV interview with Fox News‘ Fox & Friends, Phillips and attorney Kristen Waggoner with Alliance Defending Freedom expressed their support for the Supreme Court’s ruling. Phillips spoke first about his victory which included six bold words for the liberals in the Colorado Civil Rights Commision

“It was a big win. It was a big win for us and now we’re just looking forward to hopefully getting back into the wedding business and we’ll see how the court ruling affects that,” Phillips said.
I could not agree with more with Phillips. Instead of taking his tremendous victory from the Supreme Court and stepping back to a quieter lifestyle, he is going right back to doing what he loves under the guidelines of his faith. Phillips truly represents the core American values that conservatives fight for and try to preserve on a daily basis in America.

When asked to clarify his decision to get back into the wedding business, Phillips said, “I got into the bakery business, one of the main reasons is because I love doing wedding cakes. The Colorado Civil Rights Commission took that away from me, and now hopefully we can get back and do the baking that I love.”

Phillips’ attorney then weighed in when she was asked to clarify that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission did initially command Phillips to stop being a baker. “Well, it said a whole lot more than that, and Justice Kennedy reflected that in the majority decision. Jack loves and serves anyone who walks in his store. All walks of life but he has never promoted all messages through his cakes. He’s declined a number of different cakes. Halloween messages or cakes that would celebrate divorce so this was just one of many different cakes that he will not bake because he sketches, sculps, and hand-designs artistic expression,” Waggoner said.
When asked how he would respond to those who say that he’s making a bad business decision by turning away certain money-making opportunities that violate his religious beliefs, Phillips said, “Ultimately, I serve everybody who comes into the store. I just don’t create cakes with every message that people ask me to create for them.”

In response to being asked who are the people he would say no to, Phillips responded, “Like Kristen just said, I don’t do cakes for Halloween. I wouldn’t make cakes that were anti-American or that would disparage people in any way. Including people who identify as LGBT. If someone asked me to do a cake like that, then I would tell them no.”

Phillips did emphasize that he has received a good deal of support from his local community throughout this ordeal and hopes to get his business, Masterpiece Cakeshop, back into full operation.
In my opinion, Phillips represents the very best of us. His nearly six-year court battle through the liberal Colorado court system and appeals courts has been tremendously damaging to his personal life and his business as Waggoner noted during the interview. The truth of the matter is that Phillips was persecuted by the Colorado Civil Rights Commission because of his Christian faith, and now that liberal run state agency should answer for their wrongdoing and compensate Phillips for the enormous loss of business and quality of life he has sacrificed.
