Jim Acosta And April Ryan Trade Punches In Fight For Top Spot

In the fight to become number one at the White House press briefings, April Ryan and CNN White House Correspondent Jim Acosta are in a heated battle. The two titans of the anti-President Donald Trump media are pulling no punches.

April Ryan, who is the chief White House correspondent for American Urban Radio Networks and a CNN contributor, and Jim Acosta are fighting for the top spot in the club of temper tantrum having journalists who harass White House press secretary Sarah Sanders on a daily basis. The battle for who is the bigger baby is too close to call as both made cases for themselves this week.

After having a tough day handling Sanders on Monday, Acosta went to Twitter to whine and to beg his friends in the media to help him. “One way to address the briefing is for reporters to stick together when the press sec cuts somebody off. Ideally we could and should insist on answers if somebody is cut off. We don’t do that as much as we should. Problem is there is so little time and so many pressing q’s,” he wrote.
Acosta had asked Sanders about recent comments made by former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani when he said that the president could have shot former FBI Director James Comey in the Oval Office and not be indicted. There are two schools of thought on that statement. There are those Constitutional scholars who say that it is not true and there are others who say that the president’s pardon power is absolute, and he is unindictable while he holds the office of the president.

But whatever you believe in terms of the accuracy of Giuliani’s statement, it is irrelevant to Acosta because he is more concerned about Sanders giving his feelings an ouchy. When Acosta asked her if Giuliani’s comments were appropriate, Sanders said, “You would have to ask Rudy Giuliani about his specific comments,” adding, “Thankfully the president hasn’t done anything wrong, and so we feel comfortable in that.”

As Sanders moved on to take another question from another reporter, Acosta, who seems to be living in a world where the White House press briefings are The Jim Acosta Show, attempted to interrupt. “If I could ask a follow-up question,” Acosta shouted.
“Sorry I’m going to keep going,” Sanders said. “Not today, Jim.” But Acosta complained that it wasn’t fair because other reporters got follow-up questions. “No, they didn’t,” Sanders said. The only thing that was missing was Sanders patting him on the head, handing him a binky, and reading him a story. When it was over, Acosta emerged as the odds-on favorite to become the big baby champion of D.C.

Then on Tuesday, Ryan came out swinging to take the crown back from big Jim. Sanders was explaining to reporters why the president canceled the celebration of the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles after he found out that many of them planned on not attending because they were angry about his stance that players should stand for the National Anthem.

“Is the president aware that this is about police-involved shootings and not about disrespecting the flag?” Ryan shouted. “Is the president aware of that, Sarah?” As Sanders attempted to take a question from another reporter, Ryan persisted.
“There’s an underlying issue and he keeps going on about disrespect of the flag and soldiers,” she continued. “there are black and brown soldiers that fight in the military as well who feel that taking a knee, bringing attention to police-involved shootings is something that this White House should deal with.”

“Is the president aware that taking the knee is about police-involved shootings?” she asked. Sanders explained that the president “has made his position crystal clear on this topic,” but that did not work for Ryan.

“But people are standing up,” Ryan pressed, “so will he deal with the issue of police-involved shootings? And the NFL is now telling people they have to stand. Will the president deal with the issue of police-involved shootings?”

“I’m gonna deal with the issue of addressing your colleague’s question,” Sarah Sanders fired back.
Both competitors have made strong cases for being the bigger whining crybaby, but who will come out on top? The only way to find out is to keep watching the White House press briefings.

Liberal Group Tries to Bash “Good Guy With a Gun,” Gets Wrecked Instead

Liberal Group Tries to Bash “Good Guy With a Gun,” Gets Wrecked Instead

Liberal group ThinkProgress tried to attack the often quoted “good guy with a gun” mantra. But their limp-wristed argument could barely hold water, and patriots let them know it in the most humiliating way possible.

We’ve all heard the saying, “The only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.” How many times have we seen this to be true? Too many times to count. Criminals prey on civilians, because they think we’re defenseless. Whenever an armed American shoots back, a potential tragedy is swiftly avoided.

Only an idiot would question the necessity of an armed public. Liberals want our people weak and defenseless. Throughout history, tyrants have disarmed the people, so they couldn’t fight back. Today, leftists want to disarm Americans, so we can’t oppose their communist agenda.

That’s why liberals try to debunk the “good guy with a gun” idea. They really hate the fact that everyday Americans own guns and can defend themselves. They’d rather see families at the mercy of criminals, mass shooters, and terrorists. How else can we explain the pathetic article posted by ThinkProgress?
They tried to craft a flimsy excuse to slander good guys with guns. But their attack was weak, as usual.

“Good guy with a gun” stories aren’t that hard to find. Heck, Twitchy even compiled a dozen such stories back in February.

ThinkProgress tried to bust the NRA’s “good guy with a gun” myth with a piece Tuesday.
One example they used, however, didn’t seem to convince very many:

A day earlier, video surfaced of an FBI agent mishandling his gun and accidentally shooting a man at a bar in Denver, Colorado. The off-duty agent attempted to do a backflip at Mile High Spirits while a handgun was in the waistband of his pants on Saturday morning. After the gun fell onto the floor, the agent picked it up and accidentally discharged his weapon, striking a bar patron in the leg. The victim was rushed to the hospital and is in good condition, according to KMGH. [Source: Twitchy]

Lol, it’s like liberals want us to humiliate them. Why, oh why, would they use this story as a way to bash good guys with guns? This was not a law-abiding citizen exercising his Second Amendment rights. This was an idiotic, off-duty FBI agent, who broke numerous rules. The worst being trying to backflip at a sleazy nightclub. Come on, dude.

This has nothing to do with armed citizens defending themselves from criminals. Even ThinkProgress should know that. But I guess these liberals have spent too much time smoking pot and reading Salon to think straight.
As you can imagine, patriots took to Twitter to roast these commies.

I definitely like this guy’s take on it:

Clearly, this FBI agent isn’t a patriotic American who grew up with firearms. He showed a shocking lack of knowledge about gun safety (and a shocking lack of dance moves). This man was irresponsible and reckless. It is more damning to the FBI’s poor standards, rather than Second Amendment-supporting Americans.

It’s really quite shocking. Liberals go on and on about gun control. But they claim they only want to keep guns out of criminals’ hands. They promise not to touch the Second Amendment. Then they post stupid stuff like this. Clearly, ThinkProgress does not respect our right to protect ourselves. They don’t care about criminals, otherwise, they’d go after the Chicago gangs that shoot up children.
Instead, they attack the NRA, a group originally created to help arm black Americans in the South. It’s a group that fights for Americans’ rights. I guess ThinkProgress doesn’t really like Americans with rights. It really makes you… think.

Lebron James Make Shock Announcement About His Future With President Trump

The sports world is abuzz after President Donald Trump disinvited the NFL’s Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles from visiting the White House to celebrate its historic win, the first in franchise history. Now, the man who is arguably America’s top sports star has spoken out on it and sent a message to the president himself.

James, who puts a ball in a hoop for a job and makes hundreds of millions of dollars doing it, spoke out on politics on Tuesday, again attacking one of his favorite targets, President Trump. It seems James has still not gotten over the fact that the woman he endorsed for president, Hillary Clinton, was defeated. And he could be angry that the commoners thought for, and voted for, themselves rather than doing what “King” James told them was best for them.

No one is discounting how good James is at his job. He is, arguably, the best in the world and, in the eyes of some, the best in history at doing it. But it still is putting a ball in a hoop, which is why what he said on Tuesday when a reporter asked him about the Eagles being disinvited from the White House by President Trump, should be taken with a grain of salt.
“I’m not surprised. It’s typical of [President Trump],” he said the day before his Cleveland Cavaliers take on the Golden State Warriors in Game 3 of the NBA Finals. “I mean, I know no matter who wins this series, no one wants the invite anyway. So it won’t be Golden State or Cleveland going.”

Another reporter asked if he was surprised that the gap between the president and certain athletes continues to grow. James, predictably, placed the blame squarely on the president and none of the athletes who have been acting like petulant children.

“I think as long as he’s in office, then the communication and things like that are going to continue to happen,” he said. “It’s a lot of things that we believe in as Americans that we don’t feel that he’s for. There are a lot of people that believe that he’s not for the people or doing things that’s right by the people.”

Interestingly, a lot of Americans don’t feel that these pro athletes are for America. The ratings speak for themselves. These millionaires don’t represent the average American while they disrespect our flag and invent instances of injustice while signing million dollar contracts.

“I think more importantly, as Americans and especially people in Philadelphia, we shouldn’t let that news take away from what that unbelievable team did and accomplished, what all those players did to sacrifice throughout each and every Sunday, going out and playing the style of football that they played and winning a Super Bowl the way they won it,” James said.

“Let’s not let that accomplishment of things that you will have for the rest of your life, and people will always call you a champion for the rest of your life, let’s not let someone uninviting you to their house take away from that moment. Because I think the championship — winning a Super Bowl or winning a Stanley Cup or winning a World Series or winning an NBA championship or national championship — is way bigger than getting invited to the White House. Especially with [President Trump] in there, in my opinion.”

The Warrior’s Steph Curry, who had a war of words with the president last year over attending a White House celebration of the team’s championship win, agreed with James.

“I agree with ‘Bron,” he told reporters. “Pretty sure the way we handled things last year, we’d stay consistent with that. At the end of the day, every team has an opportunity to make for themselves and speak for themselves — and that’s powerful being in that situation.”
It is powerful. And a powerful statement to the kids that are watching James and Curry would be for them to visit the president at the White House and voice their concerns to the president face to face like men. And to show that, even when you don’t get your way, you are still able to have a conversation and show decorum. But that seems to be too much to ask of people whose job it is to put a ball in a hoop, and that is a shame.

American Couple Retires To Mexico, How They Were Greeted Is Turning Stomachs

American Couple Retires To Mexico, How They Were Greeted Is Turning Stomachs

An American couple, eager to enjoy their golden years, moved to the Mexican town of Bahia de los Angeles. They hoped to live out the rest of their days in peace and relaxation. Instead, they were greeted with something out of a horror movie.

Jo Anne Butler, 69, and Ray Ball, 72 decided to leave their hometown of Prescott, Arizona for Mexico. They were ready to retire after many years of hard work and dedication. Their hope was to enjoy their lives together in a relaxing atmosphere.

Why they picked Mexico, we’ll never know. There are more than a few places a couple can retire in the United States. Places that are affordable, safe, and just as relaxing. Perhaps the cost of living in this Mexican town was too low to ignore. It’s true the American dollar can go a long way South of the border. As a retired couple, perhaps they wanted their savings to stretch far.

However, they might have considered other options. Late one night they awoke to the sounds of noise in their home. Robbers had broken into their house. They demanded the couple hand over their 22-foot-long fishing boat. When they refused, things got ugly.

A retired American couple was found fatally shot inside their Mexico home after a botched robbery Saturday, authorities said.

Jo Anne Butler, 69, and Ray Ball, 72, of Prescott, Ariz., were killed in their Bahia de los Angeles home, about 380 miles south of the U.S. border on the Gulf of California, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

“It was an attempted robbery, and an individual went to defend his property, and that’s when they shot him,” Octavio Lopez, a top local government official, told the Union-Tribune. “This is the first time we’ve had something like this happen.”

Another neighbor, identified by the newspaper as former off-road racing champion Roger Mears, discovered the pair’s bodies. Authorities said Ball had 18 gunshot wounds and Butler had two in her legs. [Source: Fox News]

Eighteen gunshot wounds? Was that even necessary? These criminals were not just run-of-the-mill crooks. They were sick bastards. Once again, we see the brutality and cruelty of the lawless in Mexico. They thought they could prey on this American couple. When they refused to hand over their property, this scum riddled them with bullets.
Stories like this come out of Mexico all the time. Well-meaning Americans move or vacation in the country. They naively believe they’ll be safe. After all, they’re still in North America, right? There’s no way Mexico is any less safe than the United States.

Well, my friends, America might have its problem areas, but it’s nothing compared to Mexico. Their corrupt government and dirty police have allowed some regions to come under the control of notorious drug cartels. Their influence is so wide-spread, even “safe” regions can be affected.
Big surprise, neighbors of the couple claim “this never happens in our town.”

“We have no memory of having a shooting here,” Tom Mitchell, an American who also has a home in Bahia de los Angeles, told the Union-Tribune. “This has taken it to a level that no one here has experienced.”

“This was so out of character for our community,” Mitchell said. [Source: Fox News]

Tell that to the dead couple. It’s amazing how people will try to excuse this kind of evil. A couple who just wanted to enjoy their retirement was viciously killed over a boat. It was a time in their life to enjoy; it ended in tragedy.
We can’t help but think if this would have happened if they stayed in America. Usually, retirement communities and towns in the U.S. aren’t full of criminals. Perhaps other couples will learn from this.

Newly Released Strzok/Page Texts Reveal More Disturbing Details of FBI’s Plot Against Trump

Newly Released Strzok/Page Texts Reveal More Disturbing Details of FBI’s Plot Against Trump

The Senate just released some new tidbits of information – 500 pages worth, actually – and it included unredacted Strzok/Page texts.

The unredacted text messages between the two anti-Trump adulterers prove the FBI corruption started much sooner than we were previously told.
Instead of starting in January of 2016, we’re now learning that the investigation started at least a month prior, in December of 2015.

We also learned that there was an effort to embed more than one spy into President Trump’s campaign.
As previously discussed, FBI Director of Counterintelligence E.W. “Bill” Priestap, FBI Head of National Security Division, Michael Steinbach, and the former head of the FBI National Security Division, John Giacalone, are all scheduled to testify to congress this month.

The three FBI officials will be testifying to a joint congressional committee of the Judiciary and House Oversight members. The joint committee was formed by Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte and Oversight Chairman Trey Gowdy. The first testimony is tomorrow; and FBI Director of Counterintelligence Bill Priestap will go first. This will be Priestap’s first congressional testimony. Unfortunately, the testimony will be behind closed doors.

FBI Asst. Director of Counterintelligence, Bill Priestap, is central to all of the activity that was happening in both the Clinton investigation and the Trump investigation. Bill Priestap was FBI Agent Peter Strzok’s immediate boss. However, as noted in the text messages Strzok often worked around Priestap at the behest of the person giving him political instructions – FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

The timing of the testimony also speaks to the timing of the upcoming Inspector General report regarding the politicization of the DOJ and FBI surrounding the Clinton investigative outcomes. Some of the most significant releases have come while President Trump is outside of Washington DC; and with the G7 on June 8th – 9th in Canada; it would seem likely the IG report is to be made public anytime over the next 72 hours.

Again, a note of caution. Eight months ago -in advance of the sunlight now upon the FBI and DOJ- Trey Gowdy created the joint committee between Oversight and Judiciary. There is increased reason to believe Trey Gowdy is compromised and working on a self-driven-agenda to defend the institutions currently under review.

Remember, Gowdy opened a ridiculous investigation on the White House doctor, but refused to participate in an investigation of the Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Priorities. Recently Gowdy has been very public with his defense of Mueller, the corrupt FBI apparatus and the DOJ where he was a former U.S. prosecutor. Ergo, given his structured positioning – these closed door hearings might not generate the type of inquisitive and hard-lined questioning that many are hoping for. Again, just a precaution on expectations.
