For the simple reason that he transcends the rancerous Denyer (Skeptic)/True Believer Debate. He is about love, about joy, about seeing the good. He works with the dying, he embraces the burdens of spirituality as well as its joys. He has an integrity that transcends the details of life. I once wrote down every prediction he made for his fans, when we spent a day together. Later I called them. Hardly any of them came true. And guess what, they all loved him. They told me they learned so much from him, so what if they didn’t didn’t get that dream job or find a new boyfriend. They didn’t think it was going to happen anyway. I have seen this personally.
