The pop/rock song climbed to number four in the charts back in 1968 and remains their most well known tune. But strangely, the hit stormed the top ten before any of the Leamington crew had joined the band. Lead singer Martin Cure replaced original front man Terry Rice-Milton two years later, recruited Leamington musicians and returned home from London in 1974.
