A petition to boycott ABC’s vile late-night host Jimmy Kimmel has already surpassed its goal 50,000 signatures with just over 100,000 as of this Sunday afternoon.

The petition was started just after Kimme cruelly mocked First Lady Melania Trump and her accent, but the lewd comedian has taken this issue even further by sparking a feud with Hannity and making disgusting sexual comments towards his teenage daughter.
Sign the petition here if you agree that Kimmel needs to face consequences for his despicable behavior.

“We may not get him kicked off the air,” reads the recently launched petition, which calls for the boycott of Jimmy Kimmel Live. “But we can send a message that these attacks on our First Lady will NOT be tolerated!”

Kimmel caused a stir last week with his monologue mocking Mrs. Trump reading a children’s book to kids at the White House Easter Egg Hunt.

“No White House Easter celebration would be complete without story time with our first lady,” Kimmel said.

“Be clever and curious, just like a cat,” Mrs. Trump reads in the video played by Kimmel. “Ask lots of questions. about this and that.”

While his audience laughed along, Kimmel delivered a mocking impression of the first lady’s accent, saying, “Yeah, about dees and dat.”

“Guillermo, you know what this means, you could be first lady of the United States,” Kimmel said to his Mexican immigrant sidekick.

The boycott organizers plan to mail the petition to “the front door of Disney/ABC Studios in Burbank, CA.”

“Let’s send a message that these attacks on our First Lady will NOT be tolerated!” the group said.
Kimmel — who is facing fierce criticism for repeatedly making grotesque gay sex jokes about Fox News host Sean Hannity and President Donald Trump — said last month that he’d seen polling that shows his anti-Trump rhetoric “has cost me commercially.”

“That’s not ideal, but I wouldn’t change anything I said,” Kimmel said defiantly.

Over the past few weeks, White House Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into President Donald Trump’s supposed collusion with Russia has imploded as multiple members of his investigative team have been exposed as top Democrat operatives. Now, South Carolina Representative Trey Gowdy has finally had enough.

Fox News reported that congressional investigators said that this week’s seven-hour interrogation of Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe contained numerous conflicts with the testimony of previous witnesses, prompting the Republican majority staff of the House Intelligence Committee to decide to issue fresh subpoenas next week on Justice Department and FBI personnel. The questioning was led by Gowdy, who has been chomping at the bit to get to the bottom of this investigation.

McCabe reportedly told the panel how hard the FBI had worked to verify the contents of the anti-Trump “dossier” and stood by its credibility. However, a source said that when pressed to identify what in the salacious document the bureau had actually corroborated, McCabe cited only the fact that Trump campaign adviser Carter Page had traveled to Moscow. Aside from that, McCabe could not even say that the bureau had verified the dossier’s allegations about the specific meetings Page supposedly held in Moscow.

The source added that when asked when he learned that the dossier had been funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, McCabe claimed he could not recall – despite the reported existence of documents with McCabe’s own signature on them establishing his knowledge of the dossier’s financing and provenance.

This came after it was revealed that Peter Strzok, one of Mueller’s top investigators, was fired from the probe for exchanging numerous anti-Trump text messages with his mistress Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer who was also involved with the case.

In their texts, Strzok and Page referred to Trump as an “idiot” and as a “loathsome human.”

On top of that, Fox News reported that Mueller investigator Jeannie Rhee previously represented ex-Obama aide Ben Rhodes and the Clinton Foundation. She is one of three attorneys who followed Mueller from WilmerHale, the firm he worked at before becoming special counsel. While working at this firm, Rhee focused on representing people in government investigations, including white-collar criminal probes and criminal and civil fraud matters during her time at WilmerHale.

In addition, a Wall Street Journal report confirmed that Mueller’s top deputy Andrew Weissmann attended former 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s election night party in New York City. This has obviously lead to even more concerns that Mueller’s team has a strong anti-Trump bias.

Making matters worse, conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch recently published an email exchange between Weissmann and then-acting Attorney General Sally Yates’ showing Weissmann’s pleasure regarding Yates’s decision not to enforce Trump’s travel ban in January.

Masters of the Universe Town Hall Peter Schweizer Says Google and Facebook Have ‘More Power than Any Company in Human History’

Peter Schweizer, president of the Government Accountability Institute and best-selling author of Clinton Cash and Secret Empires, argued at Breitbart News’ “Masters of the Universe” town hall on Thursday that Google and Facebook have “more power than any company in human history.”

At Breitbart News’ live town hall event, “Masters of the Universe: Big Tech vs. Free Speech and Privacy” in Louisiana on Thursday night, Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow asked Schweizer, “So one of Google’s mottos is ‘Don’t be evil,’ that is not sarcasm. How are they doing?”

Schweizer responded:

It is really interesting when you look at all of the warnings about technology over the last century, the biggest dystopian novels, 1984, and Brave New World, tt was about the government controlling and manipulating technology. I do not think anyone envisioned it would be these two large companies that would use these technologies to control.
“With Google, it is different. It’s softer, they are still trying to steer, manipulate, and direct us in ways that they want to go,” Schweizer added.

Schweizer then said, “Part of the problem is that they do not define what evil is.”

Schweizer then explained that Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt once said that the technology giant would move the company towards, but not cross, the “creepy line” of what the company does with their technology.

“Eric Schmidt said that they would go right up until the creepy line but not cross it,” Schweizer revealed. “Which is funny because you would think that people in power would not want to get close to that creepy line.”

The Clinton Cash author then argued:

The Schmidt admits that lines changes, and shifts. This is the inherent problem. These two large companies are unaccountable. At least with the government, you can file a Freedom of Information Act [FOIA] request, you can try to get access to that information.

[With] Google you have no recourse. So that is the inherent problem. They have enormous powers, powers that I would argue that company has ever had in human history over the flow of information. They are not just Internet companies. They are media companies, they are opinion companies, and they steer the national debate in ways that are unimaginable.

Schweizer then posed, “I think the fundamental question is, what are we going to do about Google, and what are going to do about Facebook?”

While members of the liberal echo chamber look back glowingly on Obama’s presidency as if it was flawless, the story back here in reality is quite different.

Obama dropped a number of policies that hampered our nation as a whole, and they were completely glossed over by a mainstream press that was more concerned with how enchanting his rhetoric was during a speech or how sharp his golf game looked while on vacation.

Thankfully, President Donald Trump has been breaking out the dustpan whenever he can to clean up Barack’s liberal mess, and he just managed to sweep up another huge pile.

In short, Obama can officially kiss his financial legacy good-bye forever.

The Trump administration unveiled a proposal Wednesday morning that would begin a substantive roll back of the broad, Obama-era banking regulation Dodd Frank.

The Department of the Treasury released a 57-page proposal that does not fully repeal Dodd Frank, keeping a crucial provision that allows the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to take control of an insolvent bank and restructure it using federal money.

The main purpose of Dodd-Frank was to prevent the failure of major banks. The thinking behind that is that such a thing would lead to a massive financial crisis.

While Dodd-Frank may have prevented that from happening, it doesn’t come close to address the real issue.

When financial powerhouses aren’t held accountable for their actions, they’ll continue building the house of cards as high as it can possibly go with nary a thought given to the possibility that it can come tumbling down at any second.

Trump’s proposal is a big step in the right direction, and the GOP-led Congress is on board.

The proposal does address banks filing for Chapter 14 bankruptcy, arguing for a more predictable, fair and streamlined process.

“The Chapter 14 framework would preserve the key advantage of the existing bankruptcy process—clear, predictable, impartial adjudication of competing claims—while adding procedural features tailored to the unique challenges posed by large, interconnected financial firms,” the proposal states.

Under the proposal, shareholders, management level employees and creditors would be on the hook for all losses under the bankruptcy filing.

In short, those responsible for the mess would be held accountable for their actions.

Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be in the first place?

The Obama administration didn’t seem to think so, but his successor’s business background knows that accountability is crucial in order for any economy to survive.

California Democrat Introduces Bill to Force Websites to Use ‘Fact-Checkers’

California State Senator Dr. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento) has proposed a bill, the “Online False Information Act,” that would require anyone who posts news on the Internet to verify their information through “fact-checkers.”

The bill, filed quietly in late February as SB 1424, requires all California-based websites to develop a plan to fight “fake news,” to use “fact-checkers,” and to warn readers — including via social media — of “false information.”

The bill reads as follows:

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.

Title 14.5 (commencing with Section 3085) is added to Part 4 of Division 3 of the Civil Code, to read:

TITLE 14.5. False Information Strategic Plans

3085.

(a) Any person who operates a social media Internet Web site with physical presence in California shall develop a strategic plan to verify news stories shared on its Internet Web site.

(b) The strategic plan shall include, but is not limited to, all of the following:

(1) A plan to mitigate the spread of false information through news stories.
(2) The utilization of fact-checkers to verify news stories.

(3) Providing outreach to social media users regarding news stories containing false information.

(4) Placing a warning on a news story containing false information.

(c) As used in this section, “social media” means an electronic service or account, or electronic content, including, but not limited to, videos, still photographs, blogs, video blogs, podcasts, instant and text messages, email, online services or accounts, or Internet Web site profiles or locations.

The bill would arguably impose onerous costs on individuals and businesses alike, and would serve as a tool for censorship by subjecting dissenting opinions to review via “fact-checkers.”

It is not clear who would appoint the “fact-checkers.”

Currently, Facebook uses fact-checkers approved by the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN), an organization run by the Poynter Institute, which in turn is funded, in part, by George Soros’s Open Society Foundation and other liberal organizations.
