President Trump and his administration are considering doing to the food stamp program what most Americans have been dreaming of for years. According to an administration official, a proposal to drug test snap recipients is now under review which would be applied mostly to people who are able-bodied. And those who have no dependents and who apply for some specialized jobs.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations, said roughly 5 percent of participants in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, could be affected.

Although this would affect a small number of food stamp recipients it’s a good start. And another positive step in the Trump administration’s push to allow state governments more flexibility on how they go about implementing federal programs which serve the needy, unemployed and uninsured, which also wants to give states the right to implement stricter work requirements for food stamp recipients. This initiative has garnered a lot of support from GOP governors who want to have greater control of their state’s finances.

“Internal emails obtained by The Associated Press indicated that Agriculture Department officials in February were awaiting word from the White House about the timing of a possible drug testing announcement.

“I think we just have to be ready because my guess is we may get an hour’s notice instead of a day’s notice,” wrote Jessica Shahin, associate administrator of SNAP.

Conservative policymakers have pushed for years to tie food assistance programs to drug testing.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a Republican, sued the USDA in 2015 for blocking the state from drug testing adults applying for food stamps.

A federal judge tossed the suit in 2016, but Walker renewed his request for permission later that year, after Donald Trump had won the presidency but before he took office.

“We turned that down,” said former USDA Food and Nutrition Service Undersecretary Kevin Concannon, who served in the position under the Obama administration from 2009 until January of last year. “It’s costly and cumbersome.”
The proposal is not expected to be included in a GOP-written farm bill expected to be released as soon as early this week, a GOP aide said.

Federal law bars states from imposing their own conditions on food stamp eligibility.

Still, some states have tried to implement some form of drug testing for the food assistance program, so far with little success.

Judges have blocked similar efforts in other states. In Florida in 2014, a federal appeals court upheld a lower court’s ruling that drug testing SNAP recipients is unconstitutional.

But at least 20 states have introduced legislation to screen safety net program participants in some capacity, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.

In December, Walker began moving ahead with a workaround, drug testing participants in the state’s Employment and Training Program who also received food stamps.

USDA under Trump has not taken a public position on drug testing. But Secretary Sonny Perdue has promised to provide states with “greater control over SNAP.”

“As a former governor, I know first-hand how important it is for states to be given flexibility to achieve the desired goal of self-sufficiency for people,” he said. “We want to provide the nutrition people need, but we also want to help them transition from government programs, back to work, and into lives of independence.”

The emails obtained by the AP suggest that a plan could be forthcoming.

The plan would apply to able-bodied people who do not have dependents and are applying for certain jobs, such as operating heavy machinery, the official said.

In a February 15 email to USDA officials, Maggie Lyons, chief of staff to an acting official at the Food and Nutrition Service, said, “We need to have a conversation about timing given budget and when the (White House) wants us to release drug testing.”

If the administration moves forward, it would not be the first time drug testing was used in a safety net program. At least 15 states have passed laws allowing them to drug-test recipients of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, also known as welfare.”

It’s nice to see the Trump administration continue to do what’s right for the American people. Any of us can go through tough economic times, and a safety net should exist, but the truth of the matter is that the current way the safety net is being run isn’t in the best interest of the taxpayer.

Thanks to the reckless immigration policies of Barrack Hussein Obama, we now have ISIS terrorists and violent Mexican gangs running rampant in our country. President Trump is doing everything in his power to keep the vermin out, but liberal mayors and governors continue to defy federal law, proclaiming their areas as “sanctuary cities” for whatever potentially dangerous individual wants to call home. Now thanks to liberals, it looks like we have far bigger problem on our hands than third world country invaders. Now in the heavily migrant-dominated area of Minnesota, there’s now a massive outbreak of a previously almost eradicated disease, that has locals PANICKING.

The disgusting disease of tuberculosis keeps popping up in areas where Muslim refugees are being allowed to invade. Several months ago, a horrifying outbreak happened in San Diego county, where one doctor revealed that a whopping 21.4 percent of Muslims migrants there had the disease. The nasty disease is easily spread through the air by speaking, coughing, sneezing, or spitting, and infects the lungs.

Now unfortunately, it’s not just California dealing with widespread TB outbreaks. Six have dropped dead of the disease in Ramsey County, Minnesota, where this is being called the “largest outbreak in the country.” Even more disturbing is that this particular strain is completely resistant to any type of treatment.
An outbreak of drug-resistant tuberculosis in Ramsey County, Minnesota has infected 17 people and killed six as of Nov. 6.

The outbreak is the largest in the country.

“We’ve put a lot of resources into responding to this situation,” Kris Ehresmann, director for Infectious Disease at the Minnesota Department of Health told KMSP.

The outbreak has largely impacted members of Ramsey County’s large Hmong community. Fourteen of the infected are elderly Hmong. Ehresmann believes 10 of those people were infected at the same senior center.

“We have a large Hmong community in Minnesota, so I think it’s really important that they’re aware of the situation and attentive and monitoring what’s going on with elders,” Ehresmann said.

If you think it’s pure coincidence that this disease is popping up in densely populated areas containing Muslim refugees, then you’re living under a rock. Liberals in Minnesota love to constantly brag about the numbers of refugees they’ve brought in, where Minnesota women are now suffering devastating results of this Muslim invasion, now constantly threatened with rape by the local Somali Muslim populace.

While there’s no cure for rapists, the Director For Infectious Disease, Kris Ehresmann, is doing everything she can to contain the outbreak. But being that this strain is resistant to antibiotics, it’s
extremely difficult to treat.
“When you have a multi-drug resistant disease what that means is the organism that’s causing the TB is now resistant to at least two of the usual drugs that are used, so it’s not that you can’t treat it, but it’s going to take second-line drugs,” Ehresmann said.

It’s not just the disease that could devastate locals, but the cost of treatment could cripple the local city’s budget. “The cost of treating drug-resistant tuberculosis is more than seven times the cost of regular tuberculosis treatment, according to KMSP. Regular treatment costs $17,000. Drug-resistant treatment costs $134,000,” Opposing Views went on.

Director of St. Paul-Ramsey County Public Health, Anne Barry, told the press that she and local health officials are doing everything they can to work directly with the community.

“In our partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health, we’re really the front line,” she said. “We’re working directly with the community and with people of the community in the health department, so we have health educations, community health workers, nurses who are in and of the Hmong community, and that’s an essential part of the work that’s being done here. We’re often not trusted by people of the community, so having relationships has been essential.”

Please tell me what these Muslim migrants are contributing to our society other than bringing their third world country Sharia Law practices and their archaic diseases into our country. I’ll wait while you think about your answer.

First, she says she wouldn’t care if the president was assassinated, then she runs off at the mouth and says something utterly psychotic.

The scariest part?

Liberals probably agree with absolutely everything she says.

A black Missouri state senator first came out and said she hoped President Donald Trump would get assassinated. You’d think that would be bad enough.

But amazingly enough, any backlash she may have experienced for suggesting such a horrific idea didn’t stop her from playing another ludicrous idea card.

Nobody should be surprised that it’s the race card, either.

During the recent tax bill debate, Democrat Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal (University City) took the Senate floor and demanded the state pass a slavery reparations policy.

She even criticized members of her own party for not joining in the obviously outrageous and clearly racist effort, according to the Kansas City Star.

In fact, she said Democrats who didn’t join were “no different” than Republicans who oppose slavery reparations. Via Breitbart:
“Neither one of them give a heck about the black community, only the votes.

When I’m getting a single mother of three children calling me trying to find a place to live because they don’t have a place to live, that’s what’s on my mind today and every single day.”

How exactly does a single mother not having a place to live have anything whatsoever to do with racism? Today’s taxpayers should GIVE her a home because of something that happened 250 years ago?

How far back can we go in history? How many nations or groups of individuals would owe “reparations” to other people, simply because one ancestor’s group attacked another in the distant past?
The entire planet would owe.

But liberals aren’t interested in reality or history, of course. And thankfully, after more backlash to Chappelle-Nadal’s silly idea, she had to back off and apologize.

“I am not resigning. … What I said was wrong, but I am not going to stop talking about what led to that, which is the frustration and anger that many people across America are feeling right now.”

Oh yes, many are indeed frustrated.

But not for the reason you think, that’s for darn sure.

TEL AVIV – President Donald Trump said Americans have “a moral obligation to combat anti-Semitism, confront hate and prevent genocide” in a statement marking Yom Hashoah, Israel’s Holocaust Remembrance Day, on Thursday.

“Although spearheaded by one individual, this undertaking could not have happened without the participation of many others who recruited, persuaded and coerced in their efforts to incite the worst of human nature and carry out the ugliest of depravity. The abject brutality of the Nazi regime, coupled with the failure of Western leaders to confront the Nazis early on, created an environment that encouraged and enflamed anti-Semitic sentiment and drove people to engage in depraved, dehumanizing conduct,” Trump’s proclamation read.

In addition to six million Jews who died at the hands of the Nazis, the statement also noted the millions of Europeans who were killed.

“We must ensure that the history of the Holocaust remains forever relevant and that no people suffer these tragedies ever again,” the proclamation said.

In contrast to International Holocaust Remembrance Day, when Trump sparked outrage from Jewish groups for failing to specifically make mention of Jews, Trump’s statement Wednesday noted that the Holocaust was the “systematic persecution and brutal murder of six million Jewish people.”

On Yom HaShoah, or Holocaust Remembrance Day, and during this week of remembrance, we reflect on one of the darkest periods in the history of the world and honor the victims of Nazi persecution. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, when the imprisoned Polish Jews mounted a courageous and extraordinary act of armed resistance against their Nazi guards.
The Holocaust, known in Hebrew as “Shoah,” was the culmination of the Nazi regime’s “Final Solution to the Jewish Question,” an attempt to eradicate the Jewish population in Europe. Although spearheaded by one individual, this undertaking could not have happened without the participation of many others who recruited, persuaded and coerced in their efforts to incite the worst of human nature and carry out the ugliest of depravity. The abject brutality of the Nazi regime, coupled with the failure of Western leaders to confront the Nazis early on, created an environment that encouraged and enflamed anti-Semitic sentiment and drove people to engage in depraved, dehumanizing conduct.

By the end, the Nazis and their conspirators had murdered 6 million men, women and children, simply because they were Jews. They also persecuted and murdered millions of other Europeans, including Roma and Sinti Gypsies, persons with mental and physical disabilities, Slavs and other minorities, Christians, Jehovah’s Witnesses, gays and political dissidents.

Let us continue to come together to remember all the innocent lives lost in the Holocaust, pay tribute to those intrepid individuals who resisted the Nazis in the Warsaw Ghetto and recall those selfless heroes who risked their lives in order to help or save those of their persecuted neighbors. Their bravery inspires us to embrace all that is good about hope and resilience; their altruism reminds us of the importance of maintaining peace and unity, and of our civic duty never to remain silent or indifferent in the face of evil. We have a responsibility to convey the lessons of the Holocaust to future generations, and together as Americans, we have a moral obligation to combat antisemitism, confront hate and prevent genocide. We must ensure that the history of the Holocaust remains forever relevant and that no people suffer these tragedies ever again.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, do hereby ask the people of the United States to observe the Days of Remembrance of Victims of the Holocaust, April 12 through April 19, 2018, and the solemn anniversary of the liberation of Nazi death camps, with appropriate study, prayers and commemoration, and to honor the memory of the victims of the Holocaust and Nazi persecution by internalizing the lessons of this atrocity so that it is never repeated.

Former President Barack Obama is about to be out for blood after he found out what happened to his precious daughter Malia when she was with Harvey Weinstein. It didn’t take long after the sick and depraved sexual assault stories came out about Weinstein for Barack Obama to be annoyed enough to go after Weinstein. The ogre-like Weinstein might be in hiding since the rapey stories came out, but he might have to cut a big check or come out of his lair to face the former President and figure out how to fix this big problem that has him in yet another conundrum.

It’s being reported that Harvey Weinstein owes Malia Obama money. While Harvey has been accused of numerous crimes related to sexual assault, this is not one of those crimes. He didn’t steal Malia’s dignity, but he allegedly didn’t pay her for the work she did either. Supposedly Malia was sent to work for Weinstein as an intern and she didn’t get paid. Or, if she did get paid, she wasn’t paid enough or the slimeball owes her money. There’s another huge problem that lies with the accusation of not paying a former President’s daughter. Weinstein apparently owes a lot of people money, but they’re filing for bankruptcy and the people he owes might not ever see a penny of their worth.

Vice reported more on the scandalous situation: “The Weinstein Company finally filed for bankruptcy Monday night, and with it came a massive, 394-page list of organizations and A-list celebrities that the disgraced company still owes money to—including President Obama’s daughter, Malia, USA Today reports.

The documents don’t go into details about how much money is owed to each of the creditors or why, but since Malia Obama interned for the Weinstein Company back in early 2017, only months before Harvey Weinstein’s long history of alleged sexual harassment and assault became global news, it’s likely that she’s still owed some intern wages. On top of working for an alleged monster during her internship last summer, Malia was accosted by a stalker after a guy snuck into the Manhattan building where the 18-year-old was working and proposed to her—and now it looks like she wasn’t even properly paid for the job.

The Obamas released a joint statement speaking out against Weinstein—a former donor—in October, after Malia’s internship had ended, saying they were “disgusted” by the allegations and that “any man who demeans and degrades women in such fashion needs to be condemned and held accountable, regardless of wealth or status.”

Along with the former Weinstein intern, Robert De Niro, Seth Rogen, Jennifer Lawrence, David Bowie, and former close Weinstein associate Quentin Tarantino are also reportedly owed money by the Weinstein Company, as well as dozens of major networks and agencies like CNN, WME, and even VICE.”

Harvey Weinstein was on top of the world. He was rich, he had women even if they were doing it reluctantly, and he probably didn’t have a care in the world. Now he’s probably sitting in a diner crying about free refills of Diet Coke as his company and career fall apart faster than a deck of cards smacked over by an inglorious bastard. One might think a guy with that much success and money would be a bit smarter about the women he courts or convinces into sexual relations. Then again, half of the women were guilty too. It should be said that there’s a good amount of women who probably knew Harvey Weinstein could be tricked into giving bad actresses roles in movies. How many women willingly went to Harvey Weinstein, did sexual things with him, and knew that they would get a career out of it? I know who. Every woman who claimed Harvey molested them 20 years later were probably the women who used him. They saw a big rich ugly man who could get them cast in a movie and they used their body to get a role and have a career.

If any of the women who accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault actually were raped or assaulted, then they should’ve said something when it happened. Instead, they enjoyed a life having a career. Why? Because they were just as guilty as he was.

Now Obama has to go after the big flailing bankrupt sexual assault participant and gather take the guys money to pay his daughter. Malia wanted an internship and experience, not to be ripped off by some overweight guy who trades sexual favors with Hollywood celebrities.
