The far left activists in the Democratic Party have determined that California senator Dianne Feinstein is not far enough to the left for their liking. As a result, they are trying to replace her with someone more radical.

The Washington Free Beacon reports:

California Progressives Target Feinstein With Full-on Assault Ahead of Dem Primary

Progressives in California this week intensified their efforts to unseat incumbent Democratic senator Dianne Feinstein, linking her to President Donald Trump and deriding her for not behaving “like a Democrat.”
A political action committee linked to Feinstein’s primary challenger on Thursday released a new 60-second ad in the Los Angeles media market castigating the incumbent.

A Progressive California is responsible for the ad, titled “Act Like Democrats,” which calls on Californians to support state senator Kevin de León’s bid to unseat Feinstein, who is seeking a fifth term in office. The Super PAC formed last October to back de León, who just ended his final term as leader of the state senate.

De León is vying to defeat Feinstein, 84, in California’s Democratic primary on June 5, when candidates from all political parties will face each other on a single ballot, with the top two vote-getters moving forward to a head-to-head matchup in November. The race has further exposed the increasing progressive-establishment divide in California Democratic politics, with A Progressive California’s ad illustrating some of the key divisions.

The far left thinks its time has come but they may live to regret this. They are only causing more strife in a party that is already deeply divided.

WHOA! Jerry Brown LOSES IT When Fox News Reporter Asks About Sanctuary Cities

WHOA! Jerry Brown LOSES IT When Fox News Reporter Asks About Sanctuary Cities

California Governor Jerry Brown is feeling the pressure, as city after city in his home state challenge his “sanctuary policies.”

It’s gotten so bad for the “moon-bat” governor, that he is now blaming Fox News, for asking too many questions about sanctuary cities.

Huh?
California Gov. Jerry Brown’s visit to the nation’s capital resulted in a war of words with Fox News reporter Griff Jenkins. Jenkins confronted the Democratic governor at his National Press Club event for his state’s sanctuary city policies. The reporter had evidence to suggest the sanctuary status has endangered communities.

Do critics have a point by suggesting sanctuary city laws “favor the rights of criminal illegal aliens over the rights and the safety of those communities,” Jenkins asked.

In Brown’s defensive answer, he seemed to suggest that Fox News were the first ones to make such a claim.

“Absolutely false,” Brown said. “I’d like to see a scintilla of evidence that would support such an outlandish Fox proposition.”

Jenkins, however, was provided with a specific case that supports his “Fox proposition.”

A 6-year-old girl was killed by a drunk driver in Fullerton in February who was discovered to be an illegal immigrant. If not for Brown’s sanctuary policies, perhaps the illegal would have been handed over to the authorities.

“That’s a lie,” Brown countered. “There’s nothing that stops any local official from notifying ICE that people are about to be released.”

The two continued their spat after the event.
“I think Fox News exploits this issue,” Brown said. “We have criminals that do horrible things all the time. Which ones may be documented, which ones aren’t, I’ll take a look at it.”

Then, for one more dig on his way out the door, Brown pointed at Jenkins and said, “You had your Fox nonsense.”

Jenkins’s Fox colleagues rallied to his side. “The Five” panel (most of them) chided Brown for his “lazy, cheap shot” at their network. For Greg Gutfeld it was personal. Having grown up in California, Brown was the “worst thing” about his childhood. He’s still haunting him to this day it seems.

At the National Press Club event, Brown defended his decision to send National Guard troops to the U.S.-Mexico border in a limited capacity. President Trump had initially thanked Brown for complying with his order, until the governor noted he would not direct the National Guard troops to participate in immigration enforcement.

Looks like Jerry Brown and California are not looking for safety and security along their very porous Border. He cannot come to terms for the National Guard to patrol and protect the Border. The high crime rate will only get higher. Much wanted Wall in San Diego already started!

Japan’s Prime Minister Dropped Bombshell About Trump’s Influence On North Korea

Japan’s Prime Minister Dropped Bombshell About Trump’s Influence On North Korea

Talks loom between the dictator of North Korea and President Donald Trump. However, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe made a strong statement about Trump’s impact on the situation, and not everyone is happy about what he had to say.

North Korea has been an enemy of the United States since the 1950’s. The Korean War ended with a truce, not a treaty. That means for the last 65 years, North Korea has been at war with South Korea and her allies. Of course, that includes the United States. In recent years, the leaders of communist North Korea have threatened America. Kim Jong Un has routinely promised to wipe us off the map.

Not much happened to address this issue under other presidents. Obama practically ignored the country. Meanwhile, Kim aggressively developed nukes and missiles that could strike long-range targets. South Korea, Japan, and even the U.S. West Coast could have been targeted, but our leaders did nothing.

Then, Donald Trump became President. Kim Jong Un made the mistake of shooting his mouth off at him. It didn’t take long for President Trump to put Kim in his sights. During his first year in office, Trump fired back at North Korea via Twitter. He promised to retaliate if North Korea should attack. President Trump followed that up with an impressive display of might when he visited Asia.

And what do ya know? North Korea wants peace! Kim Jong Un met with South Korea and China. There are talks of a real treaty being signed, ending the war that’s been going on since 1950. Soon, President Trump will meet Kim Jong Un face to face.
It’s all a coincidence, right? Maybe the pundits on CNN say that, but Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan thinks differently. In no uncertain terms, he praised Donald Trump, attributing everything that’s happened to his leadership.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe praised President Donald Trump for his success in getting North Korea to agree to preliminary talks with the United States.

“The background of this change is Donald’s unwavering conviction, as well as the determination that you demonstrated in addressing the issue of North Korea,” Abe told Trump. “So your stance made it possible to achieve this major change.”

…He praised the strength of the United States military as well as the success of the Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, concluding that diplomatic relations in the region had changed dramatically since Trump became president. [Source: Breitbart]

Japan is one of our closest allies. They have a lot at stake when it comes to North Korean aggression. Over the last few years, we’ve learned about test missiles fired dangerously close to Japanese shores. There is no doubt that one of the first countries hit by North Korea would have been Japan.
So, I’m guessing Abe knows a thing or two about what’s going on. Unlike the clowns in our media, he is seeing the real impact Trump’s words and actions are having on North Korea. Keep in mind, North Korea has been a threat to Asia, for the last sixty-five years. Nothing has worked to stop their weapons development. Former U.S. presidents did nothing. But a few tweets from Trump and everything is changing.

Prime Minister Abe has no problem giving credit where credit is due. He’s seeing Trump’s leadership having a real impact on his own country. Thanks to Trump, Japan does not have to fear a nuclear war with North Korea. That’s pretty huge. Millions of Japanese citizens will sleep easy at night, knowing North Korea is not about to fire missiles at them.

“I’d like to take this opportunity to express and pay my tribute to your leadership,” he said.

Abe said that denuclearization in the region was a top priority for Japan, expressing hope for the expected diplomatic meeting.

“This will be a historic meeting, and I certainly hope that there will be progress on these fronts,” he said. [Source: Breitbart]
Numerous attempts at denuclearizing North Korea have failed. But now, even Kim Jong Un is expressing an interest. He is close to signing a peace treaty with South Korea. He is about to meet with President Trump. Who knows what will come of that meeting? Are we about to see a long-time enemy becoming an ally? Anything’s possible, with Trump at the helm. Hmm, I wonder if CNN is going to give this adequate coverage? My guess is no.

Andrew McCabe Lied Will the FBI Apply the Same Rules to Him as to All of Us

Andrew McCabe Lied. Will the FBI Apply the Same Rules to Him as to All of Us?

Source: https://goo.gl/uAKRTD
It’s official: Andrew McCabe lied.

The new report from the Justice Department inspector general concludes that McCabe, the former FBI deputy director, lied to then-FBI Director James Comey, to other FBI agents, and to officials of the Office of the Inspector General. Some of those lies came when McCabe was under oath.

What did he lie about? Unauthorized disclosures about the FBI’s investigation into the Clinton Foundation. The information was leaked to a reporter for The Wall Street Journal.

The inspector general has completed his work. The question now is, will the Justice Department prosecute McCabe? Or, put another way: Will the FBI and the Justice Department follow the same rules they apply to members of the public who lie to a federal agent?

Remember, the only charge brought against Gen. Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser to President Donald Trump, was lying to the FBI, a felony. And Flynn wasn’t even under oath when he supposedly lied to the FBI.

Given that recent history, failure to prosecute McCabe would tell the American people that officers of the Justice Department and the FBI think they are above the law.

According to the inspector general’s report, “law enforcement sensitive information” appeared in an Oct. 30, 2016, Wall Street Journal article titled “FBI in Internal Feud Over Hillary Clinton Probe.” Until that time, the FBI had publicly refused to confirm that an investigation into the Clinton Foundation was underway.

Despite that official stance, the inspector general determined, McCabe told his special counsel and an assistant director in the FBI’s Office of Public Affairs that they could give information about the probe to Wall Street Journal reporter Devlin Barrett.

In particular, McCabe told them to disclose a phone call he had received in August from the Justice Department’s principal associate deputy attorney general. The report does not identify the person by name, but the principal associate deputy attorney general at the time was apparently Matthew Axelrod.

McCabe claims that the official called him and “expressed concerns about the FBI agents taking overt steps in the (Clinton Foundation) Investigation during the presidential campaign.” According to McCabe, he pushed back, asking, “Are you telling me to shut down a validly predicated investigation?”

McCabe told the inspector general the conversation was “very dramatic” and that he had never had a similar confrontation with a high-level Justice Department official “in his entire FBI career.”

The way The Wall Street Journal reported this was that a “senior Justice Department official” called McCabe “to voice his displeasure” that the FBI was “still openly pursuing the Clinton Foundation probe during the election season.” The “Justice Department official was ‘very pissed off,’ according to one person close to McCabe, and pressed him to explain why the FBI was still chasing a matter the department considered dormant.”

What spurred McCabe’s disclosure, according to the inspector general, was a prior Wall Street Journal story “that questioned McCabe’s impartiality in overseeing FBI investigations involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.” This was due, according to that Oct. 23 story, to the fact that a PAC run by longtime Clinton friend and associate Gov. Terry McAuliffe, D-Va., had donated nearly $675,000 to the unsuccessful 2015 state Senate campaign of McCabe’s wife.

Friday’s report from the inspector general presents a series of findings. It concludes that McCabe lied when he told Comey that he had not authorized the disclosures to The Wall Street Journal and did not know who did. He repeated that lie when questioned by agents from the FBI’s Inspection Division and again when questioned by the Office of the Inspector General.

Only in a second round of questioning by the inspector general did McCabe finally acknowledge that “he had authorized the disclosure to (The Wall Street Journal).”

And if the Department of Justice no longer believes in the rule of law, the whole notion of America is turned on its head.
