Donald Gives Melania Her Birthday Present Early, Shows What Kind Of Man He Really Is

The liberal narrative concerning President Donald Trump is always the same:

Trump is cold, unfeeling, and above all else, terrible toward women.

Forget the huge number of ladies who proudly wear “Women for Trump” t-shirts; leftists want everyone to think Donald is nothing more than a misogynist pig.

There’s only one problem with this message: it isn’t even remotely true.

And every time we turn around, our President does something else to prove liberals wrong about his personality and his attitude toward the fairer sex.

First Lady Melania Trump’s birthday is coming up quickly (April 26) and we’re assuming she’s in line for some pretty glorious gifts.

But before the presents start flowing, Donald decided to give his wife her first – and undoubtedly her best – present early.

In an email the President sent to the Make America Great Again Committee this week, he said (via Breitbart):

“Family is one of life’s most wonderful treasures, and serving as America’s First Family has been a truly great privilege!

This month, our family is looking forward to a very special day.

Please join us in celebrating the first lady and my beautiful, kind-hearted and exceptional wife Melania’s birthday by signing her card.

Melania is my rock and foundation, and I wouldn’t be the man I am today without her by my side.

She’s the cornerstone of our family, and an incredible mother to our son, Barron.

I’m so proud of her accomplishments, and I hope you’ll wish her well on her special day.”
Are those the words of a cold-hearted misogynist?

And despite the barrage of attacks the First Lady has suffered, it remains true that Melania is a fantastic role model for young girls everywhere. As Lifezette reminds us:

“The president is in rare company in touting the many attributes of his Slovenian-born wife.

An accomplished and multilingual businesswoman in her own right, she’s noted for being an exceptionally loving mother…”

Of course, this source also reminds us that Melania gets continually trashed and ignored, while Michelle Obama was the belle of the ball all eight years she was around.

But then again, that’s just another of the many double standards infecting the liberal agenda, isn’t it?

California Governor Jerry Brown’s New Bill Could Ban Christianity

A pro-LGBTQ bill in California could lead to the elimination of free speech, and it could even ban one of the oldest books in the world, the Bible. The law would target Christians in a way that only communist regimes have in the past. In what should be a surprise to no one, it has the support of many Democrats in the Golden State.

California Assembly Bill 2943 says that “contemporary science recognizes that being lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender is part of the natural spectrum of human identity and is not a disease, disorder, or illness.” And, if passed, the bill would make it “an unlawful practice prohibited under the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, advertising, offering to engage in, or engaging in sexual orientation change efforts with an individual.”

That means that it is conceivable that a priest, or a Muslim Imam, would be committing a crime if they taught what their respective religions teach about homosexuality. It would literally be a crime for them to do their job and preach their religion.
The law cites a report from the American Psychiatric Association published in 2000 that “advises parents, guardians, young people, and their families to avoid sexual orientation change efforts that portray homosexuality as a mental illness or developmental disorder and to seek psychotherapy, social support, and educational services that provide accurate information on sexual orientation and sexuality, increase family and school support, and reduce rejection of sexual minority youth.”

In other words, if you have a kid who is a male and that kid puts on a dress and declares that he is a woman, you are supposed to treat that as normal. What if your child climbs to the top of the house, stands on the roof, and declares that he is an airplane? Are you supposed to allow him to jump because daring to think that he could possibly have a mental issue if he believes that he is something he isn’t is verboten?
The bill is even more draconian than it seems on the surface, and on the surface, it seems pretty draconian. The bill bans “the sale or lease of goods or services to any consumer” of any book or publication that has “advertising, offering to engage in, or engaging in sexual orientation change efforts with an individual.”

That means if a church or mosque were to sell a book that tells you to fight homosexual urges, that book could be banned. If the religious institution did sell the book, it could be committing a crime. It bans any publication that says that homosexuality is a sin, and that could lead to a banning of the Bible.

Randy Thomasson of SaveCalifornia.com wrote that the law could overreach into areas of banning free speech that people like Joseph Stalin championed. It could become so pervasive that it bans the practice of religion in the state.
“So, this is a pastor speaking, you pay a ticket to hear him speak. He speaks about overcoming same-sex desires. Hey, that could be outlawed. A church sells a book about overcoming same-sex desires. There’s a sale, there’s a transaction, that could be banned,” Thomasson told CBN News.

“This is very expansive, very tyrannical and absolutely squashing free speech, religious freedom and basic choice of people. This is an anti-freedom, anti-American bill,” he said.
The bill says it is needed because “California has a compelling interest in protecting the physical and psychological well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals.” But what about the freedom of religion of Californians that is enshrined in the Constitution of the United States? Is it not enough for Commiefornia that it has infringed on the right to bear arms of its state residents? Does it need to infringe on its citizens’ First Amendment rights too?

Tampa, Florida – United States Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez announces the unsealing of two indictments charging 15 individuals with federal drug trafficking violations.

In one indictment, Jesus Manuel Rodriguez, a/k/a “Caltu,” (30, Brandon); Bryan Gomez Nevarez (30, Avon Park); Hector Jose Carrasquillo Perez, a/k/a “Tito” (25, Catano, Puerto Rico); Henry Coira (30, Avon Park); Luis Enrique Hernandez Quinones, a/k/a “Gordo” (28, Davenport); Avisys Lee Jackson (27, Tampa); Javier Albaladejo Lopez, a/k/a “the Barber” (23, Tampa); Jose Angel Mendoza, Jr. (28, Tampa); Pedro Luis Ramos Burgos (25, Kissimmee); William Leverne Norton, a/k/a “Cool” (40, Tampa); Edgar Hernandez, a/k/a “Chuck” (27, Tampa); and Ismael Pagan Marrero (42, Orlando) are charged with conspiracy and possession with the intent to distribute cocaine. If convicted, each faces a maximum penalty of life in federal prison.

In a separate indictment, Roberto Torres Gracia, a/k/a “el Silencio” (40, Pinellas Park); Eddie Alberto Pagan Santiago, a/k/a “Primo” (37, San Juan, Puerto Rico); and David Santiago, a/k/a “Flaco” (33, Tampa) are charged with conspiracy and possession with the intent to distribute heroin.

If convicted, each faces a maximum penalty of 40 years in federal prison.

According to the indictment and information presented in court, between May 2017 and April 2018, the defendants conspired to distribute more than 100 grams of heroin and more than 20 kilograms of cocaine.
An indictment is merely a formal charge that a defendant has violated one or more of the federal criminal laws, and every defendant is presumed innocent unless, and until, proven guilty.

These cases were investigated by a multi-agency task force through the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF). The principal mission of the OCDETF program is to identify, disrupt, and dismantle the most serious drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, and money laundering organizations, and those primarily responsible for the nation’s illegal drug supply.

Agencies involved in this OCDETF operation include the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Tampa Police Department, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. It will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Carlton C. Gammons.
