NFL Star Posts Daughter’s Prom Pic, Liberals Freak When They See What He’s Holding

Liberals are freaking out after former NFL kicker Jay Feely posted a prom night picture with his daughter and her date. The left’s meltdown will make complete sense when you see what Feely was holding in his hand.

American values often get trampled under the feet of the militant left as they push their hypersensitive politically correct agenda. In this case, former NFL kicker Jay Feely posted a picture on Twitter showing him standing between his daughter and her prom date while holding a gun. What was intended to be a joke, quickly turned into a firestorm for Feely, according to Fox News.

Feely posted the controversial picture on Saturday, April 21, 2018, just before his daughter and her prom date headed out for their big night. Feely decided to make it memorable by appearing to be the “overprotective father” and hold his handgun while standing between the two high school kids. For many, the humorous gesture was well-taken because most of us remember what it was like to be in high school getting ready for the prom.

However, for the super sensitive liberals on Twitter, the picture was more than they could bear. Feely’s tweet set off an avalanche of backlash and hate. Feely’s daughter can be seen looking up at her dad while her prom date smiles in a very comfortable fashion. You can tell from looking at the pic that no one felt threatened.
Instantly, snowflakes from every corner of Twitter started responding to Jay Feely’s picture with nasty messages. The amount of effort that liberals will put into telling other people how to live is hilarious, despite their proven track record of bad morals and lack of logic.

One Twitter user who freaked out over Feely’s tweet was Lorianne Gilmore. “Can you imagine seeing these pix of your son for the first time? Omg I would call the cops on that guy!” she wrote.
Another person on Twitter with the username “Wayenin” wrote, “Let’s see…Daddy poses for a photo by standing between daughter and her date, while holding a hand gun!? The clear message is what? That you own a gun? You make a strong case that MANY GUN OWNERS SHOULD NOT OWN A GUN!! Totally irresponsible.”

In my opinion, it’s “totally irresponsible” to let people like “Wayenin” have a Twitter account. I think it’s safe to assume that this respondent would have the same reaction if Feely were holding a butter knife. Twitter user Danielle added her worthless two cents as well. “so you’re cool with your son coming home and telling you his girlfriend’s dad held a gun to him as a ‘joke’?” she wrote.

I wonder if Danielle actually looked at the picture before opening her mouth. Nobody held a gun to anyone. It was pointed at the ground. There were no fingers on any triggers, but don’t let anything like facts get in your way if you’re a liberal.

After Jay Feely discovered that he had panicked thousands of snowflakes on Twitter, he attempted to reassure everyone that it was only a joke and that the gun wasn’t even loaded.

“The prom picture I posted was obviously intended to be a joke. My Daughter has dated her boyfriend for over a year and they knew I was joking. I take gun safety seriously (the gun was not loaded and had no clip in) and I did not intend to be insensitive to that important issue,” he wrote.
Jay Feely should never have given the snowflakes the time of day in my opinion. He didn’t owe them an explanation or anything else for that matter. Notably, there were many people who chimed in with comments in support of Feely’s “protective father” prom picture. Leave it to liberals to make a big deal out of nothing.

It’s ridiculous that all of the social justice warriors on Twitter felt the need to bash Feely for what I think is a great and memorable pic of him and his family. There’s no doubt that the left hates the pic for so many reasons. In addition to guns, liberals hate anything that resembles a traditional family or old fashioned values. There was a time in this country where a guy like Feely would have just told liberals to pound sand, which is exactly what they should do.

McCABE’S MESS DOJ Submits ‘CRIMINAL REFERRAL’ to US Attorney’s Office

The Inspector General of the Department of Justice sent a “criminal referral” to the US attorney’s office regarding former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s violation of the law when he misled federal investigators.

According to the Washington Post, the complaint states the former bureau boss “repeatedly misled” authorities when questioned over his role in Hillary Clinton’s botched email probe and other issues.

“The Justice Department inspector general referred its finding that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe repeatedly misled investigators who were examining a media disclosure to the top federal prosecutor in D.C. to determine whether McCabe should be charged with a crime, according to people familiar with the matter,” writes the Post.

The criminal complaint comes just hours after GOP members of Congress sent their own “referral” to the Justice Department surrounding former Obama aides and their role in using the ‘Trump Dossier’ to obtain FISA warrants.
The U.S. attorney’s office met with McCabe’s legal team in recent weeks, though it was not immediately clear whether prosecutors there were conducting their own investigation or believed criminal charges are appropriate.

The referral raises the possibility that McCabe could be charged and jailed for his alleged misconduct — perhaps with Comey testifying as a witness against him. A referral to federal prosecutors, though, does not necessarily mean McCabe will be charged.

Michael R. Bromwich, McCabe’s lawyer, said in a statement: “We were advised of the referral within the past few weeks. Although we believe the referral is unjustified, the standard for an [inspector general] referral is very low. We have already met with staff members from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. We are confident that, unless there is inappropriate pressure from high levels of the Administration, the U.S. Attorney’s Office will conclude that it should decline to prosecute.”

President Trump, apparently referring to comments Comey made on CNN saying he could be called as a witness against McCabe, wrote on Twitter: “James Comey just threw Andrew McCabe ‘under the bus.’ Inspector General’s Report on McCabe is a disaster for both of them! Getting a little (lot) of their own medicine?”

The Justice Department, the inspector general’s office and the D.C. U.S. attorney’s office declined to comment Thursday.

The island nation of New Zealand is bracing itself for what scientists are calling “super gonorrhea.” They say it is not a matter of ‘if’ the nation will be impacted by the disease, but a matter of ‘when.’

A historically resistant strain of gonorrhea has made its way from South East Asia to the United Kingdom and Australia, and experts are warning New Zealand will be struck next by the antibiotic-resistant super-bug gonorrhea strain. It’s in Eastern Australia, and it’s in Queensland, Australia, so those in New Zealand are rightly concerned.

Last month, it was reported a British man had contracted what was dubbed the world’s ‘worst ever’ case of gonorrhea, that he picked up in southeast Asia. It was the first documented case of the sexually transmitted infection that could not be cured with a combination of standard antibiotics. England’s public health agency even launched an “incident response” after discovering more cases of gonorrhea recently that are resistant to nearly all antibiotics currently available.

So, how long will it be before it makes its way to New Zealand? According to Family Planning’s Christine Roke, “if it isn’t here now, it will be very soon.” Auckland University associate professor of infectious diseases Mark Thomas agrees, telling Morning Report it’s “almost certain” there will be cases within the next year or two. It’s simply a matter of “who has sex with who,” he said.
Gonorrhea is caused by the Neisseria gonorrhoeae bacteria. The symptoms of the disease are difficult for men to live with, so most know fairly soon if they’ve contracted the infection. Symptoms can include discolored discharge, stomach pain, various forms of bleeding from the genitalia, discharge or bleeding from the anus and, for the fellas, sore testes. Women often are unaware of an infection, as it normally infects the cervix, which has no sensation. Occasionally you may also get a dry throat if you’ve contracted the bacteria. Normally, it has been easily treated with antibiotics, however, this new strain, appears to be resistant.

“The problem with gonorrhea is it’s a very wily bug,” says Roke. “And it’s able to mutate very easily. This leads to developing resistance.” Thomas agreed, adding that it is entirely possible that within the next ten years, humanity will run out of drugs to treat the bacteria. Roke also says that with international travel at the levels it is these days, it’s only a matter of time before someone smuggles the gonorrhea bacteria unintentionally into the country. As invasive as customs can be, New Zealand is not exactly screening for this stuff at the border.

Thomas said the current test for gonorrhea does not determine if the usual treatment of an injection antibiotic and two oral antibiotic pills will work. He said more resistant strains will require hospitals to administer the necessary antibiotics.
