Nashville public schools are going into “lock-out” mode on Monday as authorities intensify the search for a gunman who police said opened fire in a Waffle House restaurant early Sunday, killing four before a customer wrestled the weapon away, FOX News reports.

Chuck Cordero, who is a regular customer and friends with the employees at the Waffle House, told WTVF he was waiting outside the restaurant when he heard gunshots. Cordero said the restaurant was busy and he was waiting for the booth he usually sits in to clear out.
“I showed up tonight and they were a little busy so I stayed in my car. As I got out, this lunatic in a pickup pulled up. The gunman shot a customer going in the door, shot my friend on sidewalk, shot through windows and then went in shooting. He pulled up, got right out; he was prepared to do what he did.”

Twenty-nine-year-old James Shaw Jr. has been identified as the “hero” who wrestled a rifle away from alleged Waffle House gunman Travis Reinking. Breitbart

“I don’t really know when everyone said that (of being a hero), it feels selfish. I was just trying to get myself out. I saw the opportunity and pretty much took it. When he came in, I distinctively remember thinking that he is going to have to work for this kill. I had a chance to stop him and thankfully I stopped him. “I grabbed the gun and kept it down. He had one hand on it. I pulled it away and threw it over the bar.”

Police initially described the gunman as a man with short hair who was last seen walking on Murfreesboro Pike after the shooting. They added that Reinking allegedly shed his green coat after firing his gun and is nude. Reinking reportedly then ran to a nearby apartment complex, where he lives, and put pants, Aaron said. Several residents in the area reported seeing a naked man in the area.

Authorities identified Reinking as the suspect after finding the vehicle allegedly used by the gunman was registered in that name. Aaron said officials are still gathering information on Reinking, but found that the alleged gunman’s license “goes back to Illinois.” Nashville police checked with authorities in Illinois who said Reinking has a history with firearms in that state.

More than 80 Nashville officers are joined by officers from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the FBI and ATF. Reinking was also added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 Most Wanted list.

Law Enforcement statement said Sanderlin and Perez were shot and killed outside the restaurant, Groves was fatally shot inside, and Dasilva was critically wounded inside and later died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

The motive is unclear at the moment and the manhunt continues to find the shooter.

There are lot of unanswered questions about this and this will probably go down just like the Vegas shooting, a lot will never be truthfully answered. Already mainstream propaganda has spun this into everything from “racism” to “white boy is psycho”.

Jerry Brown Will Take Federal Funds For National Guard – Still Won’t Enforce Federal Law

California Gov. Jerry Brown announced Wednesday that he will accept federal funds to add National Guard members to a statewide anti-crime program, but did not say how many of those troops would go to the U.S.-Mexico border as a part of President Donald Trump’s order.

In a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and Pentagon chief Jim Mattis, Brown said 400 additional National Guard Troops would join the 250 assigned to an ongoing program to combat transnational crime. The additional staffing will allow the Guard to support law enforcement operations against transnational gangs, human traffickers and drug smugglers “throughout the state,” he said.

Brown did not specify how many of the new troops would be sent to the border, where California already has 55 guardsmen.

“The location of Guard personnel — and number specifically working in support of operations along the border, the coast and elsewhere in the state — will be dictated by the needs on the ground,” a spokesperson for the governor’s office told The Daily Caller News Foundation in an email.
Until Brown’s letter on Wednesday, California had been the only border state that had not authorized a deployment of National Guard troops to support Trump’s border security mission. Texas, New Mexico and Arizona have thus far pledged a combined deployment of 1,588 Guard members, 700 of which have already arrived on the border. The remainder are expected to arrive later this month.

In keeping with his previous rhetoric against Trump’s immigration agenda, Brown emphasized the California guardsmen will not be permitted to arrest border jumpers or other illegal immigrants.

“This will not be a mission to build a new wall,” Brown wrote. “It will not be a mission to round up women and children or detain people escaping violence and seeking a better life. And the California National Guard will not be enforcing federal immigration laws.”

Mattis signed a memo on Friday that authorized the federal government to fund up to 4,000 National Guard troops for the border mission through September.

“The National Guard’s efforts will include aviation, engineer, surveillance, communications, vehicle maintenance and logistics support,” Chief Pentagon spokesperson Dana White said in a statement last week, according to ABC News. “These National Guard members will act in support of Border Patrol agents who are performing law enforcement duties.”

The orders were similar to those given to National Guard troops in similar border deployments under former Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

A Florida judge was caught on camera berating a sick defendant over her breathing problems. However, things took an unexpected turn just a few days later. Now, the judge is the one in the hot seat.

Nobody is going to say our criminal justice system is perfect, but most citizens have faith in the system because of the hard work and dedication of our judges. We demand that the people presiding over our fate be honest, intelligent, and decent. A judge’s ruling can determine the future of an entire life. The least they can do is show respect.

Unfortunately, that’s not always the case. Perhaps it’s because of reality TV shows that depict judges as hard-as-nails. Perhaps it’s the stress of the job. Whatever the case may be, we sometimes discover that a judge is not treating a person the way they should.
Take this case in Broward County, Florida. Judge Merrilee Ehrlich was presiding over a case concerning Sandra Faye Twiggs, who was facing misdemeanor charges over a family dispute. Not a ground-breaking case, but it was important, nonetheless. The defendant, while in court, was having trouble breathing.

The judge was not interested in showing the wheelchair-bound defendant any sympathy. She cruelly berated the woman, dismissing her concerns over her health problems. As it turns out, Twiggs suffered from asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. After the harsh treatment in court, the defendant died three days later.

Video of the confrontation has been released online. People have speculated a connection between the judge’s treatment of the woman and her death. Now Judge Ehrlich has been relieved of duty. Most likely, for good.
A Florida judge was relieved of her duties Friday after berating a woman in a wheelchair who was having trouble breathing due to two medical conditions and who died at home three days after the encounter…

The judge’s berating of Twiggs was so extreme that the wheelchair-bound woman’s public defender, Howard Finkelstein, called for the judge to be banned from presiding over criminal proceedings…

During the video, which was posted on YouTube and as a comment on a judicial gossip site, Twiggs asks about receiving treatments and the judge can be heard shouting her down, saying, “I’m not here to talk about your breathing treatments.”

It’s hard to say why the judge behaved the way she did. From the video, you can see Twiggs was not being difficult. Unlike many other defendants, she was not belligerent, rude, or dismissive of the proceedings. For some reason, Ehrlich quickly became annoyed by the defendant and shouted at her several times.

Perhaps Ehrlich was stressed out and overworked. It’s possible she was allowing outside factors to influence her job. Or maybe she just is no longer fit to serve as a judge over such cases. Regardless of the reason, the confrontation left the defendant rattled for days to come.

Public schools in the United States are glorified communist indoctrination centers.

Students are constantly bombarded with revisionist history and nonsensical Common Core math, all of which is designed to groom them to be obedient slaves to the Liberal State.

Students are encouraged to think and make decisions as a group in a way that discourages creativity or individual responsibility.

They are brainwashed into believing that anyone who isn’t a liberal is inherently evil.

Textbooks are a particularly easy way for the left to sneak in their ideological subversion of our youth, and liberals are taking advantage.
President Trump is constantly blasted by the media for being a misogynist, despite appointing dozens of women to prominent positions in his administration.

And now, a textbook in Minnesota called, “By the People: A History of the United States,” is now parroting the media’s false narrative, and made some bold claims about the President and his supporters that belong nowhere near a school.

Trump’s supporters saw the vote as a victory for the people who, like themselves, had been forgotten in a fast-changing America–a mostly older, often rural or suburban, and overwhelmingly white group.

Clinton’s supporters feared that the election had been determined by people who were afraid of a rapidly developing ethnic diversity of the country, discomfort with their candidate’s gender, and nostalgia for an earlier time in the nation’s history.

They also worried about the mental instability of the president-elect and the anger that he and his supporters brought to the nation.’

The book also says:

‘Whatever people’s opinions, on January 20, 2017, Donald J. Trump was inaugurated as the forty-fifth president of the United States. The inner circle of his advisors seemed to represent a mix of some deeply ideological conservatives, traditional politicians, and his family.

His cabinet nominees were mostly highly successful business leaders who had made their fortunes and were now joining the team of another unusually successful businessman.

They were largely white males, more so than any presidential cabinet since Ronald Reagan.’
Not only does this book claim that our President is mentally ill, it also continues to promote the idea that all white people are racists, an idea that is essential to keeping America divided and voting Democrat.

If we don’t take drastic measures soon, our country is in serious danger of losing all control of our students to the leftist ideology. Recently a teacher in Texas was suspended for repeatedly discussing her lesbian lifestyle with her elementary school students.

President Trump should direct his Department of Education to revoke Pearson, the company that produced this textbook, from editing and publishing all US textbooks.

He should further ban the company in the future from being a contractor to the US government.

Lastly, the Department of Education should be scrapped altogether; it’s a drastic but necessary step.

State and local governments, working with parents, should be able to decide what their children are learning, and there should be real consequences for those who libel.
