Sara Carter Drops Three BOMBSHELLS Found in the House Intel’s Russia Report

Investigative journalist Sara Carter has gone through the newly released House Intel report on Russian interference in the 2016 election and rounded up the three major bombshells found in the report.

The House Intelligence Committee released its long-anticipated and highly redacted Russian intelligence report Friday clearing President Donald Trump’s campaign from “colluding” with Russians in the 2016 presidential election and chiding the intelligence community for “significant intelligence tradecraft failings” as the committee found no evidence to date that collusion had occurred.

The 248-page report, of which some pages were completely redacted after review by FBI and DOJ officials, have raised the ire of committee Republicans and will lead to a review of the report once again in an effort to un-redact elements of the report that the Committee says does not relate to the classified material. Numerous Congressional committees have complained openly that the DOJ and FBI continue to “stonewall” their investigations and have slow rolled documents needed for adequate oversight of the highly controversial investigations into Trump and the Bureau’s handling of former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server for government business.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-CA, said in a press release that due to public interest and the importance of the report the Committee chose to make the report public. Nunes has had to threaten Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray with contempt of Congress before documents have been provided. It’s a battle that he continues to fight but one that has slowed down the progress of the Committee’s investigations, say congressional sources, familiar with the investigations.

Nunes stated in the press release that “we object to the excessive and unjustified number of redactions, many of which do not relate to classified information. The Committee will convey our objections to the appropriate agencies and looks forward to publishing a less redacted version in the near future.”

Three Major Takeaways from the Russia Report’s Findings:
1. Flynn Didn’t Lie
Former National Security Advisor Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, the embattled three-star general who was fired by the White House for allegedly misleading Vice President Mike Pence about his conversation with former Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, did not lie to the FBI special agents who interviewed him at the White House in January 2017.

This is important because Flynn eventually plead guilty to one count of making false statements about his December 2016 phone conversation with Kislyak to DOJ Special Counsel Robert Mueller, “even though the Federal Bureau of Investigation agents did not detect any deception during Flynn’s interview.”

It is odd that Flynn would plead guilty to one count of lying when the agents didn’t believe that he was purposefully misleading them but close friends and associates of Flynn told this reporter that he has been forced to sell his home in northern Virginia in an effort to keep up with mounting legal fees and that he couldn’t afford to keep fighting the Special Counsel.
Even more bizarre is that one of the two agents who conducted the interview was FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok, who is now under investigation himself for sending vehemently anti-Trump text messages to his paramour FBI Attorney Lisa Page, as previously reported. Strzok, who was the former Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division, was removed from the Special Counsel’s investigation after the DOJ Inspector General uncovered the anti-Trump texts, which also appeared to contain information on the investigations. Strzok was moved to the Human Resources division of the FBI. Both Page and Strzok continue to work with the FBI but are believed to be cooperating with the DOJ investigations, according to sources.

Highly classified Intelligence Leaks
Flynn’s conversation with Kislyak was leaked to columnist David Ignatius with the Washington Post on January, 12. The transcripts of the phone conversation is considered highly classified leak and a violation of federal law. It is currently under investigation and was believed by Republicans to have come from a senior level Obama administration official and considered highly classified.

On ABC’s “Start Here,” podcast, comedian Kathy Griffin said President Donald Trump ordered federal agents to make her life miserable during the investigation resulting from a photo of Griffin holding a bloody head representing Trump.

When asked about Trump not attending the White House Correspondents Dinner, Griffin said, “Of course I wish Trump was going. I’ve known this fool off and on for like 20 years. I mean, he’s actually hired me to roast him.”

She continued, “I’ll tell you something, there’s something funny to me about Sarah Huckabee Sanders sitting in. Trump is so twisted I have not ruled out the idea that it’s going to be Trump just wearing a Sarah Huckabee Sanders skin suit like ‘Silence Of The Lambs,’ just ’cause, you know, he likes to act like he doesn’t care what people say about him — comedians and celebrities — but he obviously does.”
On the investigation of the photo, host Brad Mielke asked, “You were cleared of any wrongdoing by the Secret Service, but you did say the investigation dragged on for months, and you have said this goes all the way to the White House. Are you saying that the president personally directed federal agents to investigate you?”

Griffin said, “Of course.”

Mielke pressed saying, “You think he said ‘let’s sic those guys on Kathy Griffin, let’s make her life miserable.’”

Griffin answered, “Yes. You know how he works.”

She continued, “You know, he has a vendetta against certain people. Like I said, it’s unprecedented in the history of the United States that a sitting United States president has used the full power of the Oval Office, first family, obviously Fox News and the right-wing media, TMZ, which reported my tour cancellations in real time, which has never happened, and put me under a two month investigation where I possibly could have been charged with conspiracy to assassinate the president of the United States. It’s never happened.”

Court Just Handed Down This GAME CHANGING Win for Voter ID Laws

Court Just Handed Down This GAME CHANGING Win for Voter ID Laws

It seems rare lately for the courts to support conservatives, but this WIN here was a big one.

A Texas voter ID law that has been blocked twice can stay in effect for the 2018elections.
This is a HUGE win for conservatives and America.

Texas’ voter ID law that was twice blocked over findings of discrimination can stay in effect for the 2018 elections, a U.S. appeals court ruled Friday.

It was the second major ruling over voting rights in the U.S. this week after an Arkansas judge on Thursday blocked that state’s voter ID measure as unconstitutional.

But in a 2-1 decision by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, the Texas law that critics have slammed as one of the toughest voter ID measures in the nation was seen as a suitable replacement for the original 2011 law that a federal judge had likened to a “poll tax” on minority voters.

The biggest change to the Texas law — which accepts handgun licenses as sufficient identification to vote, but not college student IDs — is that voters without any acceptable photo ID can still cast a ballot so long as they sign an affidavit. Opponents and a federal judge in Texas balked at the revisions, saying criminal penalties tied to lying on the affidavit could have a chilling effect on voters.

U.S. Circuit Jones Edith Jones said the lower court went too far.

“The district court relied too heavily on evidence of Texas’s state-sponsored discrimination from a bygone era,” Jones wrote in her majority opinion.

The revisions to Texas’ law were also supported by the U.S. Justice Department — a move that amounted to a complete reversal for the federal government, which under former President Barack Obama had joined minority rights groups in suing over the law. But two months after Donald Trump took office, the Justice Department abandoned the argument that Texas passed voter ID rules with discrimination in mind and said the changes should satisfy the courts.

Opponents bristled at the ruling but didn’t immediately indicate their next step.
“We continue to firmly believe that the Texas photo ID law is one of the most discriminatory and restrictive measures of its kind,” said Kristen Clarke, president of the Washington-based Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, one of the groups involved in the lawsuit.

Texas first passed the voter ID law in 2011, the same year the GOP-controlled Legislature adopted voting maps that were also struck down as discriminatory. Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton said Friday’s ruling “removes any burden on voters who cannot obtain a photo ID.”

The law was twice shot down by U.S. District Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos — an appointee of then-President George W. Bush — who ruled that the strict requirements disadvantaged minorities and effectively dampened the electoral power of Texas’ surging Hispanic population. She also disapproved of the modified version, which makes knowingly lying on the affidavit to vote a misdemeanor.

Democrats said that provision could keep people home on Election Day over fears of incorrectly filling out a form. Republicans call those concerns unfounded but have also supported aggressive action against voter fraud, which is rare. Earlier this year, a Texas woman was sentenced to five years in prison for voting in the 2016 presidential election when she was ineligible because she was on probation.

Thirty-four states have laws requiring or requesting that voters show some form of identification at the polls, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Arkansas’ newly blocked law would have required officials to provide photo identification to voters free of charge if they didn’t have any other photo ID. It also would have let voters without ID to cast provisional ballots by signing affidavits.

Pulaski County Circuit Judge Alice Gray, however, ruled there was no guarantee those provisional ballots would be counted and that they would face greater scrutiny.

BREAKING They’re All Flipping On McCabe Comey

BREAKING They’re All Flipping On McCabe Comey

It’s starting to look like the rats have begun to abandon ship.

According to high-level justice department officials and various reports, it seems like the inner circles of James Comey and Andrew McCabe on the elusive 7th floor of the FBI headquarters have started to flip. But at least now they are only ratting him out to the Inspector General, but no one can tell when it will extend to grand juries.

Within law enforcement circles these characters are referred to as “Rats.” They are cops who implicate other cops in order to save their own jobs and pensions.

Reports have suggested that the biggest fish in this whole mess might very well be FBI counterintelligence head, Bill Priestap, although none of this has been confirmed to date. But if true this would spell huge troubles for both McCabe and Comey.

An inside source was quoted as saying:

“Last guy I would have thought would cooperate is cooperating,” one high-ranking Justice official said about Priestap. “He knows about everything the IG is looking at because he was involved in it all.”

Although he wouldn’t elaborate, the Justice Department official called Priestaps cooperation a devastating blow, especially for McCabe. And McCabe realized this when he was able to bank over $500k on a GoFundMe campaign he managed to start for upcoming legal fees he might incur.

Let’s not forget Priestap was Peter Strzok’s boss and Priestap answered directly to McCabe himself. And now both Strozok and Lisa Page are cooperating with the Inspector General.

If all of this is, in fact, true, it looks like the corruption in the FBI might be coming down fast. Because if it’s true that Preistap flipped it’s over since he is the cornerstone of all this mess which was created during the Obama years in the Justice Department and FBI.

Here is more on Bill Priestap via The Markets Network:

“I first came across the name Bill Priestap in early April 2017, as I was going through House Intelligence Committee testimony given by James Comey on March 20, 2017:

STEFANIK: So since, in your opening statement, you confirmed that there is a counter-intelligence investigation currently open and you also referenced that it started in July. When did you notify the DNI, the White House, or senior congressional leadership?

COMEY: It’s a good question. Congressional leadership, some time recently. They were briefed on the nature of the investigation in some detail as I said. Obviously the Department of Justice has been aware of it all along. The DNI, I don’t know what the DNI’s knowledge of it was because we didn’t have a DNI until Mr. Coats took office and I briefed him his first morning in office.

Note: The DNI claim was a lie. James Clapper was Obama’s DNI.

STEFANIK: So just to drill down on this, if — if the open investigation began in July and the briefing of congressional leadership only occurred recently, why was there no notification prior to the recent — to the past month?

COMEY: I think our decision was it was a matter of such sensitivity that we wouldn’t include it in the quarterly briefings.

STEFANIK: So when you state our decision is that your decision? Is that usually your decision what gets briefed in those quarterly

Top 10 Times Unhinged Liberals Declared Trump ‘Screwed Up’ North Korea

Source: https://goo.gl/nY19wf
It wasn’t so long ago when liberals were attacking President Trump relentlessly over his handling of North Korea.

Now, as peace talks dominate the headlines and the world is basking in the amazing strength and diplomacy of President Trump, the liberal rants did not age well.
Here are the top ten FAILED predictions and attacks over President Trump’s North Korea negotiations.

President Donald Trump received a chorus of praise after North Korea and South Korea decided to not only end their decades-long war, but work towards denuclearizing the peninsula. Some, even including CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, suggested that he could receive the Nobel Peace Prize.

But before Friday, the media heaped criticism on Trump for his fiery rhetoric and some suggested he would provoke nuclear war with leader Kim Jong Un. But as Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) noted, Trump broke from his predecessors’ diplomatic strategy, and it apparently worked.

Here’s a look back at some of the times the media and Democrats knocked President Donald Trump’s diplomacy towards the North:

Mika Brzezinski suggests Trump and Kim Jong Un are ‘Equally … Imbalanced’
Perhaps the best place to start off is MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” where hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski regularly questioned Trump’s mental stability. In September of last year, Brzezinski worried that Trump’s tweets could provoke North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, whom she said was “equally, you know, imbalanced and hard to predict.”

John Kerry says Trump’s rhetoric encourages North Korea to obtain nukes
One would think the former chief diplomat of the United States would be able to see Trump’s plan leading to success. But former Secretary of State John Kerry derided Trump’s strategy on multiple occasions. He said Trump’s strategy wasn’t “smart” or “well-thought-through.” He also described Trump’s rhetoric as “over the line” and another reason for Kim to obtain nuclear weapons.

MSNBC analyst suggests Trump’s “profound sexual and masculine insecurities” could “annihilate the planet”
During an airing of “All In” in January, MSNBC analyst Anand Giridharadas attempted to psychoanalyze Trump’s reasoning for tweeting that his “nuclear button” was bigger than Kim’s. Giridharadas saw Trump’s tweet as a manifestation of Trump’s “profound sexual insecurity.” “The way he’s literally capitalizing in that tweet his nuclear button. Any psychiatrist or psychologist would have a field day with that.“ He further warned that ”never have we seen a man whose profound sexual and masculine insecurities are literally threatening to annihilate the planet,” he said.
Former Obama advisor tells “Morning Joe” that Trump could “blow up the world”
Amid news that Trump said he would meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, a former adviser to President Barack Obama worried that Trump was like his investment banking clients who would threaten to “blow up the world” if they didn’t get their way. “That’s kind of what we have here,” he said. “We have our own madman who could potentially blow up the world.”

Filmmaker Michael Moore: Trump is like a 6-year-old and can’t solve the Korean crisis
Filmmaker Michael Moore has said a lot of outrageous things but in April of last year, he may have made one of his most inaccurate predictions. While
